I had an issue with my ac a few months ago I called all around I could not find anyone to come out on the weekend I was referred to Justin at five star he came out and found the problem and fixed it the next day. Now that it’s winter I had a problem with my heater once again he came out the same day found the problem ordered the part and as soon as the part arrived he came out and fixed it. I will definitely use five star for any of my hvac needs.

We had our air conditioning go out and our home warranty company sent Justin from Five Star to check it out. They arrived quickly and diagnosed the problem promptly. Our home warranty company and their supplier took their time, but Justin helped us work through the warranty company, contacted the supplier and shipping company when they were extremely slow, and set aside time to install our system quickly once it finally arrived. We highly recommend Five Star Home Services who went above and beyond to get our system installed.

Our AC went out Thursday and I called another company and set up an appointment for Friday afternoon. They never showed up. I was feeling so frustrated. So grateful for 5 Star AC Maintenance!! Our AC wasn’t working, 98’ in our home. We called at 7:30 am and Justin was here at 8:30!! He had the motor fixed and cool air coming out by 9:30 😅 he’s great, fair pricing, and very professional. Our best service ever 🎉👍🏻

The office was quick to get us on the schedule, the technician was on time, quick and had us up and running with a very reasonably price repair. Will definitely recommend them to any who ask and will use again. Also was informed by the Technician that they do plumbing as well. My new go to for air conditioning, heating or plumbing needs!!

Right off the bat, the service was impressive. Within minutes of posting an online inquiry, they reached out to us to coordinate an inspection and estimate. Whitney was positive, friendly and professional. She got back to us when she said she would. She got the work scheduled and kept us up to date on the progress with timely text messages. The technicians, Josh and Brennan were a delight to work with. They showed up on time, got the job done quickly, and cleaned up after. I will be sending more business their way. Would have them all over for dinner if I could.

Our A/C went out during the summer and Justin came right over and educated us on the different systems available and what our options were. He took the time to really understand our situation financially and gave us an excellent deal on a new system to replace the old system that had lasted longer than it should have. He had our new system installed and running very quickly. He saved us from the scorching heat of the southern Utah desert. Justin and Five Star Home Services go above and beyond to take care of their customers. Its hard to find someone nowadays who is honest and trustworthy. I would highly recommend them over any of the other HVAC and plumbing services out there.

Our AC went out on a Saturday at 6 AM on a forecasted 110 F July day. Panicked because we have a newborn who is 4 weeks old I called 5 Star at 6:15 AM and they picked up right away and scheduled a tech to arrive between 10-1 pm. Tech Brennen arrived at 11:00 AM , diagnosed that the unit had a broken capacitor. Replaced and fixed by 11:30 AM. I was amazed with the prompt, professional , and quality of the service on a Saturday! 5 stars!

Justin and his partner are super professional and they responded so fast. My ac unit went out and it is HOT as everyone knows. The ac shop I normally used in the past changed owners and rold me it was at least 2 weeks till they could even send one out to diagnose. I called around. Whitney reached back to ke within and hour and I had an appt dor the next morning. They have done an amazing job getting my system installed in 2 days. They are my new to to shop. Thanks again.

Realized in January of last year that my electric heating unit was failing. Justin upgraded my unit and traveled out to my place multiple times to get us back up and running. Nice to know someone so dependable. We had him and his team back to pipe the house for new LP gas. Gas fireplace and tankless water heater are running great. Quality.

They have repaired a few water leaks that came up after this winter on my own home and most recently they replaced an AC system on one of my properties.
