I had a water supply line leak. I usually do all of my own work, but as I have aged, I often need help, especially when we had no water to the house. When the original supply line was installed, the irrigation spurs were not isolated from the house supply line, and roots caused a break in one of the irrigation spurs. With no way to shut off the spur, a new line was needed.Other estimates began in the $9K range, but with me doing much of the work, when Mr Rooter arrived, they performed the task for under $2K. Austin completed the job when he promised, did a great job and rolled with the punches, when several unexpected obstacles popped up. He was very knowledgeable, worked well alone and was a pleasure to have do the work. So much so, I also had him install a whole house water filtration system, once we got water again.This time we isolated the two irrigation spurs. I recommend Mr. Rooter and Austin and will have them return if I should need further plumbing service.

I had the best experience and customer service today with Andrew that I have ever had. It has been a tough go lately for me and Andrew made up for it.. His countenance and professional manner was awesome. They dont make kids and work ethic like this very often anymore. He made my Hot Water Heater problem a positive experience. He was on time, made it all happen and completed it efficiently today.. Thank you so much for such a great experience. I will definitely call you againif needed and will pass it on to my family and friends.

I felt like I was overcharged and after a few calls (in which THEY were very polite) we were able to come to an agreement. So not only did I get the best plumbing work Ive ever seen, but I got it at a fair price too. Totally recommend if you need it done fast and the right way.

Shower broke around 430pm. Called Mr.Rooter, was told it would be about 2 hours until someone could come. 45 minutes later I get a message saying Josh from Mr.Rooter is on his way. Josh showed up, was extremely professional and courteous. Fixed my shower in like 10 minutes flat.In other words the whole experience far surpassed my expectations.He set the bar pretty high with the service and honesty throughout the visit.10/10 would request Josh again.

Its hard to find a plumber that will come up to Springdale but Mr Rooter did. When we called, Erica was very helpful. Josh arrived on time and was able to trouble shoot and resolve our problem in less than an hour. He was professional and respectful. When I first called it was to see if my house had a backflow valve. We had a city wide flooding and the sewer is what flooded my house. Everyone I spoke to was kind and professional. They came and ran a camera the same day I called, even though they were busy due to everyone having flooding issues. The gentleman was on time for our appointment. I did not have a backflow valve and I got a quote for one.They were very reasonably priced.The next day while the cleaning crew was doing a flood cut on my drywall, they found whomever put up the dry wall had put a nail through one of my pipes. I contacted Mr. Rooter right away and they had me take pictures then gave me another reasonable quote to have that fixed.As soon as I have the cleaning crew out of the way we plan on Mr. Rooter coming in and fixing the pipe and putting in a backflow valve. I am sure this will be a good experience too.

We had a plumbing emergency on a Sunday and thought it would cost a fortune to get a plumber to help us, if we could even find one that same day. Carter showed up within a couple of hours and was professional, thorough, and courteous. He didn’t overcharge and was very knowledgeable and trustworthy. I called Mr. Rooter about a blocked main sewer pipe the morning I had a problem. The lady I spoke to on the phone was very helpful and concerned about my problem. She in formed me that they were completely booked for that day but she would put me first on the cancelation list. She then made me an appointment for 1pm the next day. Eric, the service technician, showed up 2 hrs. earlier and immediately got to work on the problem. He found my sewer pipe to be completely blocked with roots from a nearby tree. He began to clear the pipe and had a very difficult time with the roots but continued to work extremely hard to clear them. Eventually he got them all out and sent the camera down the pipe to make sure that all was clear all the way. He could have done it a different way that would have cost me more money but worked harder and did it the way he did to help save me money. Thats quality care and service. I can Highly recommend Mr. Rooter to everyone. Thanks Eric for a job well done.

I had a leak in an outdoor drip irrigation main line. I called late one evening, not expecting anything until the next morning, at the earliest.Within 10 minutes, I received a phone call from Jorge, setting up a service call for 8:30 the next morning.Joe came, on time, and quickly diagnosed the problem. He had the necessary parts on the truck to fix my problem, and did so in a timely manner.My only problem with this service episode is there was no basis for the charges, such as listing an hourly rate. I think the charge was a bit high for the time spent, but have nothing to base that on due to the fact that the invoice just showed the job charge..Joe was very helpful, and I would give him the highest rating possible.Steve Hunt

We have a storm drain in our parking lot that gets clogged with mud and debris. Our original pump date had to be moved but they were kind and professional about changing our day. The actual pumper was willing to come out on his day off and wasnt afraid to get a little dirty. He was upfront about what it would cost and definitely went the extra mile to make sure everything was as good as possible, and that we were satisfied. This is our second time using these guys and 10/10 will definitely use them again. Thanks again for the service provided at a fair price!
