    We have had Roto Rooter out to the apartment complex that I manage many times. Trenton and his team were always super quick to respond to emergencies. They get the job done quick but done right. Their prices are also very reasonable!

    Jon is so great to work with. I had a hot water heater go out and no one wanted to come up to Pine Valley. Roto Rooter delivered !! They got me going in no time I’m even up to code with my expansion tank and earthquake straps !Prices were very reasonable after checking around. The staff are very honest and caring!

    I had a low pressure issue. I called another plumber out and they charged me $130.00 for a service call but didnt do anything for the issue. i was given Roto-Rooters number. They came out the same day and assessed the problem and are well on the resolve. I am very satisfied with their work.

    Service technician Jacob Martinez was the best! He came on a weekend after hours and helped us with our water heater issue. He also fixed a mistake that our home builder made that could have been a huge issue in the future. He was fast, on time, and did a great job! Thanks Jacob!

    Hunter was very professional in his approach to our problem with our water softener.We knew it had to be replaced, but his analysis was that we didnt need all of the high end addons in a new softener. He not only saved us money, but replaced the faulty softener in a couple of hours.

    We had an emergency in a guest rental home and, despite all the other calls their technician had to make on a weekend, he showed up in the evening, corrected the problem and didnt leave until 10 pm--- then going on to yet another call. Expensive - yes. Worth the emergency visit? Yes.

    You know, I’ve tried to find fair, good plumbers and I know they’re out there but it’s not as easy as it’s sounds. So I contacted Roto-Rooter, a company I’ve used and had good experiences with in the past. They were awesome. The plumber fixed the issue and treated me fair with no unexpected charges. I’ll be calling them again the next time I have a plumbing issue.

    Hunter came over yesterday on time and gave us a bid for doing the job. He returned this morning with a helper and got right to it and went above and beyond to unclog and repair a 60 year old sewer line. I would highly recommend them!

    Jacob, Kaden, and Adam were great. Very polite, kept us informed, very tidy, and fixed our major leak. But broke sprinkler system. We had to hire sprinkler repair people to get that fixed. Jacob said if we could find and photograph the wire they broke theyd pay for fixing it. The sprinkler people would charge us $120 an hour to dig everything up to find that wire. And search all the places the plumbers dug. So not realistically possible. They had to rewire everything instead.
