Impressed with Pierside Plumbing. Had them remove a hot water dispenser, put in a push button garbage disposal and run water for a new refrigerators ice machine. Work was completed as requested. They found and informed me of a huge leak under my neighbors condo and took pictures so I could pass on the information. Care they showed was incredible. They used thick moving blankets to protect my floors and cabinets, did an amazing job of cleanup and even installed non slip cabinet shelf liner at no charge. What a nice touch! Thank you, Henry, Parker and George for doing outstanding work. Highly recommend using Pierside Plumbing.

Henry is the best plumber ive ever met! he came to give me a quote the day after i contacted him, scheduled the work, finished it in just a few hours, and was a pleasure to have in my home. i cant recommend him enough! His staff are also lovely! He completed a complicated plumbing repair on my 1920s bathroom and installed a new waste disposal in my kitchen. Best and fastest plumber in town!EDIT - its two years later and i just redid my kitchen counters/sink and i called Henry - and he sent his employee Caesar and he was so great! Friendly, respectful, clean, everything you would want in a plumber! so happy with the service from either Henry or Caesar! : )EDIT - its another two years later - Jason and Ryan came to my house to help with a plumbing problem and they were SO AWESOME! they came the same day, helped me with what i needed and we just fantastic. i cannot recommend Pierside Plumbing enough! 🧡

Responsive, polite, fair pricing, and professional plumbing solution. Our termite inspection revealed a leaking toilet through the subfloor into the crawl space. Pierside came out end of that same day to assess and quote. Monday work was completed. New toilet ring seal, new toilet, subfloor inspected, drain line camera scoped. We are good to go. $350

I hired Pierside Plumbing for a number of projects over the past two years since moving to HB. I’m fairly handy myself but I needed some expertise for remodel work in the kitchen and bathrooms. I reached out to 5 other plumbing companies to evaluate and compare my options before deciding to go with Pierside Plumbing. Their estimates were fair (not the cheapest or most expensive), work was able to be completed quickly (often the same week), and the workers were friendly and professional. I also appreciated that I wasn’t being upsold or oversold for something that I didn’t want or need.Some of the work Pierside Plumbing has completed for me includes moving a gas line for the oven, moving water lines for the fridge, replacing water shut-off valves, replacing the water heater with a new 40g Bradford White, installing a Flow-Tech “water softener” system, setting a new toilet, installing a rainfall shower head and faucets. Consistently, the workers have done a great job protecting my floors with drop cloths and are diligent about putting booties over their shoes before entering. The office was nice to keep me informed on the arrival time with phone calls and automated text messages. Whenever someone asks me for a good plumber, I recommend Pierside Plumbing!

We love Henry and his team! He provided us a free estimate and knew what the issue with our shower was right away. He gave us a quote quickly and then set up a time to come out. Our landlord also checked prices with other plumbers and he had the best rates. His team was nice and very efficient while working. Our shower is completely fixed and we are sooo happy! I had a great experience with this local company this week. Monday morning our toilets and showers started to back up, not a great way to start off the week! I was referred to this company by a friend and am I glad I was! They came out the same day to assess the problem. They were thorough and they were able to give me a clear plan along with a reasonable price. They temporarily fixed the problem so we could use our toilets and showers until the following day. They arrived the next day ask everything got fixed and now I have peace of mind. The were professional, friendly, and honest. They are my new and forever plumber.

I was very pleased with Pierside Plumbing! Their quote over the phone was $15 less than the quote my HOA plumber gave me. My HOAs plumber did some work in my unit a few days earlier for another issue, and I was displeased because they tracked dried mud all over my unit. I was going to ask them to do the additional work afterwards, but with dry mud all over their shoes and bodies I did not want them tracking any additional gunk into my unit. Pierside Plumbing was great, they put shoe covers on before entering my unit, which was very professional. Then after taking a look, they actually charged me LESS than what they quoted me over the phone due to the nature of the situation. So besides keeping my unit nice and CLEAN, they also knocked $35 off the initial quote, saving me $50 from what I would have spent with my HOA plumber. Both workers were also very nice and personable. I am a happy customer, and will be recommending Pierside Plumbing to all of the tenants in my complex!

We had a great experience with Pierside Plumbing. When I called I was treated very nicely, and the woman who answered was very patient with me as I tried to describe what our problem was. She sent someone out the next day, and we were very lucky to have Parker help us out. The On/Off valve in our shower was stuck, and Parker knew exactly what to do. He was very personable and helpful and obviously very experienced. To fix the valve he needed to remove some of the tiles on the shower wall, but he found a larger plate cover for the replacement, and it covered up where the tiles were removed, and honestly, I like it better than what we had there originally! We are so happy to have found a neighborhood plumbing company that we will certainly be using again in the future.

Had a great experience with these guys. Discovered a leak inside the wall from my shower pipes. Danny came out right away, took a look and explained what the problem was and how it needed to be fixed. I had a quote within minutes of the visit. Leah in the office was very helpful getting me scheduled in quickly. And Henry was out the next day to get it fixed. He even left me a tube of caulking for any future needs. Just before the holidays our toilet seat plastic thingy snapped off and the seat became loose. We tried to swap out the seat ourselves but because of the age of the screws underneath, our wrenches were useless. My Mom was coming to visit and we needed that toilet seat to be ready - lol. So we called Pierside Plumbing and they sent a very nice plumber within hours to help. He quickly removed the old seat and replaced with the new Bemis ‘soft close’ I had bought from Home Depot. Kudos to Pierside in a pinch - just in the knick of time! ✅👍🏻 Crisis averted.

I want to let you know that Henry and Pierside plumbing can handle any of your plumbing needs. We had a backed-up drain in our breakroom that was getting stinky and kind of disgusting to look at. I looked for a local plumber that had good reviews and Pierside came up. I called and spoke to Henry that morning and he was out in the afternoon with his snake ready to tackle the job. Henry and his helper battled for a good two hours trying to get the clog undone. He was unsuccessful on this try. He believed the clog was in the wall running to a drain that was in the middle of the building. Henry didn’t charge us for any of the work as he wanted to get it right. Henry was back out the following business day. He had to cut the wall open and pull out a lot of sludge from the pipes. We almost thought there was going to need to be more work but Henry had an idea to let it sit overnight with the sink full and the pressure would possibly break the clog loose. When I arrived the next morning the clog was gone. Henry returned and cleaned up the spot and put the final touches on the cleaning of the drain. He also repaired the urinal that was leaking in the men’s restroom on the same visit. A couple of weeks later Henry and Kyle returned for the drywall repair and now everything is unclogged and working properly. I highly recommend Henry and the Pierside plumbing team for any of your water, gas, and drain needs. He is very personable and has a great smile and is willing to help you out when you are in pinch. Exactly what you want when you are dealing with a problem that you need help resolving. Feel free to make that call to Pierside. They are here to help when you need it most.
