The plumbers always let us know ways we could save money. They really take the time to educate you on what they are doing and why. I really appreciate having the options.     Our tankless water heater failed. Level Up plumbing provided excellent and prompt service to fix the unit. Chris the repair technician assigned to our case was very knowledgeable and courteous.     This plumbing company is the best! We have used them for everything plumbing related at our house. They have a quick response and go out of their way for their services. We recently had to get a new water heater and they ended up having to move our pipes and put an electrical box in the garage. They left my garage area clean after all the work.     Excellent service, professional and friendly attitude! We had a problem with our houses main drain line. The most likely and least expensive cause is a plug so Tony promptly came out and cleared the line (twice). The problem persisted, so Tony got a camera out to identify and locate the cause, a broken drain line. He dug up the broken spot, fixed it and installed a cleanout access which will come in handy in the future if we experience plugging. The entire project was accomplished efficiently and professionally.

    My water heater was making mini explosion sounds , called the manufacture to see if was still under warranty and yes it was .. level up plumbing came the next day with replacing parts , which the manufacture told us was going to take 3 days to get parts , Tony our service guy came prepared with parts and tools and was able to fix our water heater in less than 30 min , very knowledgeable and friendly.. I will highly recommend and surely use their service when I need them thanks Level up for a quick service especially around this holidays when we need it the most !

    My wife and I just purchased our first home and as you can imagine, we were very overwhelmed with all the services and renovations needed to make a home ready to live in. We purchased an older but newly renovated home that had a solid foundation but older pipe work and outdated water tank. Tiffany & Tony - the two owners work super well together and were able to efficiently educate us on the pros/cons to tank vs tankless water heater options and what new pipe work would entail. Their attention to detail and speed at which they work is next level. The technician that came out to perform the install, Chris, was fantastic and did a great job teaching us how to check the new hardware and made sure we were 100% satisfied with the work. The customer service of Level Up is one of a kind and really put us at ease with our new home! 10/10 would recommend for all your plumbing needs.

    Very helpful and timely appointment available. Arrived on time. Professional and friendly. Appeared to love doing what he does. Also helpful with explaining why the water heater should not be set for higher than what is recommended to avoid being scalded. He said what he would set it to and my husband said turn it higher, I said no because I did not want to be responsible for someone getting burned. He said, he could not set it as my husband suggested. It is better to set it properly as recommended to prevent burns and those living there can adjust at the tap by using less cold at the tap. My husband finally listened. Thank you!

    I had an issue with my tankless water heater having an abnormal combustion error code. A different plumbing company came out and had a look at the water heater and told me I needed a new water heater to the tune of $5k since it was now 13 years old, and it was not worth the repair. Tony from Level Up came in and looked at my water heater with me, explained what the common issues were and how to maintain the water heater. He checked the condition of the heat exchanger, flame, intake, outlet, gas flow, and ignition sequence and it was obvious he was familiar with fixing these. In this case my water heater was just fine and just needed a cleanout of the intake vents which occasionally cause the heater to throw a code. I appreciate that these guys had an honest look and didnt immediately try to sell me a new water heater. I will definitely use these guys/gals again for plumbing needs!

    Level up was referred to me by my Huntington Beach real estate agent from First Team, with a strong recommendation. I used Level Up to replace a 20 year old hot water heater in a rental property. I found Level Up to be responsive, knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and easy to do business with, particularly as an absentee property owner. Tony, Tiffany, Jacqueline and technician Michael were all top notch. Within a few days, Level Up coordinated an initial visit to inspect the failing hot water heater, provide an estimate, and complete the installation of the new AO Smith hot water heater. They provided before and after pics to document the process via e-mail, same day of installation. They accepted credit card payment via phone, which was very convenient. Their pricing was fair and market based, best I can tell. I would highly recommend Level Up for your plumbing needs.

    Called late Friday morning for water heater repair after the gas company tagged it hazardous and shut off the gas supply. Level up plumbing was able to assist the same day but I missed the phone call and the plumber left to another call. Called back as soon as I could and they set me up with an appointment for next morning. Tony called when he was 30 minutes out, he showed up on time, and took about 10 minutes to fix our water heater. Quick and professional. I will be calling level up plumbing for any future issues. Definitely recommend!

    Our water heater pilot went out. After failing trying to relight it I called SOCAL gas and they tried to light it and said it needed repairing. Doing research I found out it was still under warranty and was also a recall. I spent 4 days making phone calls and every plumber said they could not help. I had some plumbers ask me what the make was and as soon as I told them they hung up on me. I’ve never experienced anything like this before. I found there are a lot of plumbers who are not helpful and just plain rude. I contacted the manufacturer in Tennessee and they connected me with Level up plumbing. They are amazing! They came to our home uninstalled our broken water heater, returned it to the store and returned with a new one and installed it. The young man who helped us, I wish I could remember his name, was polite, helpful, efficient and worked hard. He asked if we had any questions and was very knowledgeable and helpful. Level Up plumbing took a week long nightmare and made it, in the end, a great experience! I highly recommend Level Up plumbing for your plumbing needs.

    I have used Level Up plumbing three times for quick emergencies. I had a leak under my kitchen sink, just as I was leaving for vacation, a clogged shower and a dreaded leak from an upstairs toilet dripping down into my living room. Each time, I needed it handled QUICKLY! Level Up got back to me within the hour each time, had someone at my house same day and handled each case immediately.     I called them on On Sunday and they were able to come out the next day which was great because we couldn’t take showers with ice cold water or wash the dishes the person answering the phone was very friendly. The worker was also pleasant and professional he did the work in a timely fashion and he was on time within the two hour window and he explained to me what happened and what he did. I don’t know if it was a good price because I did not compare it to other places.

    My first time using level up plumbing. My tankless water heater is leaking and I don’t have hot water. I called the office on Friday and the lady at the office is very nice and willing to help me to send the technician out on Saturday and Chris is very nice and professional even though Chris have to take times to take pictures and videos to send to manufacture to prove what the problem is so he can help me get new heater. My heater still under manufacturing warranty. My heater is not working yet but I am very appreciative Chris to help me out and explained to me and asked the office to help me out to get the new heater. I write this review to show my appreciation to Chris. Still waiting for answers from the office to know when my heater is ready to install because office have to get authorization approved for new heater from manufacture.
