The Top Shelf people responded to my call quickly. Kelly was great at listening to the issues and getting someone out to assess the situation. An appointment was set up at our convenience. They arrived promptly and got right to work. The crew was competent, friendly, clean, and very conscientious. They did a great job, especially considering some of the old plumbing in this home. This is the second time weve called Top Shelf for extensive plumbing repairs and weve been very pleased both times. Theyre great people to deal with!

Top Shelf’s Wency is great. After a slab leak caused a flooded garage, he was here soon after a Saturday a.m. call, he determined the issue quickly and made arrangements for the repair. He was pleasant and thorough in explaining work. We were fortunate to have Wency, Jaime and others in the Top Shelf team take care of our plumbing issues. We will call them for any plumbing needs in the future.UPDATE: had clogged drain in bathtub typical of older homes with cast iron plumbing which was basis of problems. We tried plunging and vinegar hot water techniques that used to work but didn’t anymore.We called Top Shelf and their team was quick to respond and problem was fixed. Kelley is great with setting up appointment time and staying in touch to confirm schedule.Jaime, the first one here, explained problem and solution. We definitely appreciate work he has done; always pleasant, professional, and always excellent work.UPDATE 06/10: We appreciated work by Wency and Aaron today. From their previous work we know they are always so efficient and clear in explaining issue and work to be done.Today they replaced old broken & dripping faucet with new faucet and handles and entire under-cabinet connections. Both are very professional, great team and they do excellent work.Update- October 14– Top Shelf excellent work again! Great work today! Talked to Kelley - no hot water! Jaime and Kyle came out, and now hot water again! Great team at Top Shelf!

Top Shelf is the only Plumber I use. Owner Pete is very responsive. His people are trained right too. They replumbed my whole house and did a great job. I have called them out 3 times since for minor issues. They always get back to me right away. They come out on Saturday or Sunday no problem. Today I had them out because we have a sewage smell in house. Jaime came out and went under house. He checked walls for moisture. We didn’t find any leaks. We poured bleach down drain of hardly used shower and flushed it. Hopefully that will take care of it . No charge for this Saturday visit!

I had Top Shelf Plumbing come out to check my water heater. We decided to replace it. They use a quality brand water heater that I was going to ask for. Their work was impeccable. I would know. I was a union Pipefitter/Welder for 35 years. As they were getting ready to leave, Wency heard a noise and looked through a crawl space vent and saw I had a bad water leak. He repaired it and I asked him to visually inspect all of my water lines, which he did. Top Shelf is “Top Notch”.

No emergency, but offered short lead-time appointment to install a new hot water heater.
