Oh my goodness, I have never written a review online before, but I was compelled to because our experience was so good! I was a customer who asked so many questions, for two weeks, and Carter was awesome - he did not try to upsell, and was very direct and matter-of-fact. I cannot be happier with the service. They showed up when they said they would show up, and they did exactly what they said they would do! Thankfully, I won’t have to replace this tankless water heater system for several years, but I will absolutely call water heater solutions for any of our plumbing or air conditioning needs.Permit was signed and I am so pleased!!!

Had a 14 year old Navien tankless water heater breakdown. Called water heater solutions on a Friday night and Drew took my call with pleasure. Drew came out the next morning at 5:30AM (at my request) and performed a diagnosis on the water heater. Turns out there were a few parts that needed replacing and because the heater was already 14 years old, I decided to replace the unit with a new one.Daniel the water heater installer showed up at 8:30AM that same day to remove the old heater and intall a new one. By mid-day I had hot water again. Daniel did a fantastic job at refitting the gas, water, and exhaust connections that were already there from the previous heater. I’m very satisfied with the work performed by Water Heater Solutions technicians and highly recommend them. Thank you for your prompt response.

What a great experience working with Drew and team. He clearly outlined the way the reimbursement would work, provided financing options to bridge the gap in the funding and came out and did an amazing job. It wasn’t easy getting it up on the pedestal and finding a spot for it to drain. Overall, super impressed with their professionalism and communication. I highly recommend this company to anyone who has a plumbing/electrical problem. My old sump pump did not have a dedicated breaker. It shorted out the ground fault outlet that controlled other plugs inside my house. Carter arrived the next day after I call. He installed a new 20amp breaker and new sump pump. He had to run the new wiring through my garage. It was done so expertly that you dont even notice the wiring.I checked reviews on sump pumps. This company only uses high quality materials and does outstanding work. This company is also very professional. It confirms appointments and the status of your technician by text. As a recent widow, I was nervous about who to hire. I wish I could use Carter and Drew for all the different problems that I have with my house.

I highly recommend Water Heater Solutions. Carter came the next day, was very knowledgeable and discussed various options. We decided to replace our water heater and Carter did a very thorough and complete job, replacing all worn connectors, etc. Price was very reasonable. I mentioned that we were thinking of soft water system and he discussed various options, looked at where the best placement and described different types of systems. Will definitely be calling this company back! They also do plumbing and HVAC work.

10/5 stars! Carter was amazing. I had an issue with a tankless water heater installed by someone else that had a leak in the unit. They were able to get a new one under warranty and install it the same day! While waiting for the warranty approval from the manufacturer, Carter had a solution for a problem that had been on my to-do list for years and got everything installed. Drew drove to pick up the new unit late afternoon so Carter could install it tonight so I didn’t have to go another day with no hot water. Simply the best service I have received for anything in a long time and I can’t recommend them enough. Thank you, Carter and Drew!

My water heater was leaking water at the bottom and some of it even got to the room next to the water heater unit. I called Water Heater Solutions from a pamphlet my aunt got in the mail. Drew answered and he kindly gave me information on the pros/cons of the different water heater types including tank with heat pump and tankless. I told Drew about my water heater leaking problem and in a very timely manner, Drew was able to come out to see my water heater and was able to turn off the water supply to my water heater so it would stop leaking and also was able to drain out my water heater (as you can see in the picture, he was able to think of different solutions to help drain the water out of the heater, as it was challenging with all the sediment clogging the line). I appreciated Drews professional demeanor with me throughout the whole process in this stressful time and he was very friendly and informative on all my different options to replacing my old water heater. Hats off to Drew for excellent customer service and high quality work!Update:After draining my water heater due to it leaking inside the house, we were in the need for a new water heater and wanted to move it outside the home. Because we already had familiarity and trust in Water Heater Solutions and because their estimate price was competitive compared to other contractors, we decided to go with Water Heater Solutions to install a new heat pump water heater outside our home. Carter installed our new water heater and he did an incredible job installing our new water heater w/ heat pump including all the piping, electrical work, installing metal shed to protect the water heater, installing a recirculation pump and comfort valve for us. Carter demonstrated extensive working knowledge and experience with water heaters and you can tell from seeing his detailed work how he cares a lot about doing a good job. Also, I wanted to praise Carter as well as Drew for their customer service and great communication skills, especially with my father whom English is his second language and Carter and Drew were always very patient with us, and ensured that we got all our questions answered. I usually dont leave reviews, but I had to give a huge shoutout to the team at Water Heater Solution. After a city technician messed with our water meter, our water heater tank started leaking. We found Water Heater Solution online and gave them a call.Carter came to help us on the same day and fixed the problem within an hour. He assessed the situation, replaced our gas water tank, and answered all our questions. He was very knowledgeable about the situation and cleaned up afterwards.On a side-note, I also like their text/update system, which sent us a picture of Carter and an en-route tracker so we knew exactly when hed arrive. They also accept all sorts of payments as well.Overall, I highly recommend their service. They truly care about their work.

I accepted his quote and his team was there the next Day. No suprises as Drew did note before hand we may have to replace a regulator depending on its condition. Alex and Carter came and helped us fix several major issues quickly a professionally. We had a major sewer clog that they were able to quickly come out and run a camera to find the problem. We had a quote same day. The next day they came and cut into the slab, replaced the damaged section, repaired the concrete, and cleaned everything up same day. The day after that they came back and replaced our old water heater for us.All work was quick and professional and everything was clean and running perfectly afterwards. 10/10.
