Our tankless water heater was leaking and the unit needs to be re built. I worked with Ray and Cody. They are very friendly and their jobs are amazing! Ray processed and obtained the parts under the warranty claim super fast. Cody re-built the unit professionally. Strongly recommend this service!

I found resolved home services after going from one plumbing contractor to another and no one could help with my sewage back up at my rental home in Huntington Beach. These guys ended up finding a huge issue with our plumbing system, they ended up digging and rerouted a new sewer line!!! They were on time, very professional and you could definitely knew their stuff. The money was well worth it. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone looking for any type of sewer backup plumbing service. Also I hope they don’t mind the picture I took of one of their plumbers :)

What an experience! My wife and I were experiencing toilet issues the other day in our two bedroom one bath home. Now you can imagine what we were going through having only one toilet and bad food the night before. We had been thinking about upgrading our toilet anyway so this all worked out perfect. After speaking with Zachariah over the phone who was beyond pleasant and easy to talk to, he contacted his team immediately and they were able to make it out the same day! Not only did we get the issue resolved but we have a brand new Toto toilet which we have always wanted with a soft flush and a hard flush as well. Thank you Zachariah and team for being so responsive and being able to make it out in a timely fashion to take care of our needs. Will definitely be recommending to neighbors and friends. Five stars across-the-board for this company. I will definitely be using them again, well hopefully not !But you understand what I’m saying 😁 thank you again!!!!

Ray answered the phone and provided great suggestions to stop a water leak prior Travis (the plumber on duty) could get here in 20 min. Super fast at 10 pm at night.Travis was very kind, explained everything he was doing and noticing. He was able to get the flow going and provided an additional appointment for further work to be complete. Everything was professional, quick and fairly priced for the time & work required.I highly recommend them.

I was very impressed by Traviss knowledge of water heaters. We were considering a traditional tank versus tankless and he explained the pros and cons of those two options. He provided a detailed estimate and the installation by Travis and Cody went smoothly and efficiently. My Rinnai tankless water heater was leaking gas. I called Resolved and then Cody arrived in about 3 hours. Cody fixed my issue promptly. Not only Cody was knowledgeable, but he was able to communicate clearly so that I understand what was going on. He did go above and beyond. He wore shoes cover when getting in and out of the house so a little thing like that adds up. On top of everything, my plumber, Cody, was very friendly. Definitely use the service again in the future

Resolved Home Services was a fantastic company. Andre the head on the project was so helpful. I knew very little about remodeling a bathroom and he made sure to explain everything he was about to do in deep detail.They repositioned where my shower, sink, and toilet are so there is now more space in my bathroom. They had to tear out all of the dry wall and change the plumbing and electrical and they did a fantastic job. He retiled my floor and shower beautifully. They put all my drywall back up and I am nothing but impressed by how quickly they accomplished everything. My bathroom now looks brand new and I am overjoyed with how amazing it all looks.

Our church had many water shut off valves that had either the handle sheered off or the ball valve was frozen open. Travis came out was able to repair it on the first try. One quality I look for is someone who can educate me and not mind me shoulder surfing a little bit. Travis wasnt annoyed at all was glad to stop to explain the repair, why it happens, and what we can do in the future to prevent the same thing from happening. Im happy with their repairs. Theyre on time, communicate well, and the pricing is on the cheaper side. Im glad to refer them to anyone with plumbing issues!

I contacted multiple contractor for bids, I stopped after talking with Travis. He was upfront honest and straightforward. The renovations to my home were completed on time. The work area was always clean( as can be for a construction site). even with my wife changing aspects of the build MIDWAY through,they remained patient and accommodating and kept me informed. I really can’t express how impressed I was by not only the level of quality in the work, but efficiency of the company.

I am a stay at home wife and a mother of 2 and when I tell you that these guys are the real deal, I mean it! From start to finish they took the time needed to properly diagnose my problem in my shower as well as my broken garbage disposal.They sent out a technician by the name of William who they call Bubba and he made my children feel extremely comfortable while my husband was out of town and provided me multiple options to take care of both issues. My husband and I are new to the area and are extremely fortunate to have met such an amazing Company.

I had moisture damage on my walls and floors. I have had 2 restorations (over 3 years) to remove the damage and molds. They kept returning.I called Resolved, Zachary picked up the line with a great, can-do attitude. He asked questions to help understand what was going on. He decided Travis would be the best fit for the situation. We set up the call for later that day 4-6. Another gentlemen (wade I think) called me about 3:30 and said Travis would be arriving in 30-45 minutes. Travis arrived promptly at 4:10. He then asked even more questions about what the restoration companies did. I explained and he started to poke around the area. Nothing was obvious, he check the city water meter to see if maybe the pipes were broken under the slab, but all checked out normal. He spent around 3 hours searching. He inspected the drain system from the roof (very strange but cool camera) and found the drains had holes in the metal pipes from rust and age.They (Andre, pat, Kevin, Cody, and Justin)broke the concrete floor, and the dirt was pure mud. FINALLY there is a answer. The dig up the drains that were bad and replaced them. Now, after the first inspection was completed (Hugo, Dan, and Johny) are in the process of remodeling the bathrooms that were destroyed.So far, so good!I am just happy to get some results.I will update this review when they finish.
