I found Clean Plumbing through some very good reviews on Yelp. I asked Chris to come out to fix my dishwasher which was discharging water under my sink. He came out right away, and easily fixed the problem for a reasonable price. Chris is a very nice, friendly guy. Very knowledgeable, and was super easy to schedule with.After he left, I decided to replace a filter cartridge on my tankless water heater, and I ran into a problem attaching the new replacement filter. I didnt know what to do, so I gave Chris a call, and he said he could come back in 30 minutes. I thought that was really nice of him to circle back around to help me with that other issue. He didnt even charge me for coming back again, and he was able to fix the issue that I was having. Problem solved! Really good guy. I will absolutely be using Chris with Clean Plumbing as my go-to plumber of choice.

My kitchen sink would not drain. I called Clean Plumbing and spoke with Chris. He was able to come to my house within the hour and immediately located and fixed the problem. I found Chris to be extremely friendly and efficient. Its good to have such a great plumber locally here in Huntington Beach. I highly recommend Chris and Clean Plumbing.

Chris from Clean Plumbing is my plumbing hero! On two separate occasions he has resolved issues that had me going into panic mode. My first experience with Chris involved installing new fixtures in my bathroom. His knowledge of older homes and the problems that can arise left me feeling at ease with the repairs.Most recently Chris came to the rescue when I called on a Friday night regarding a broken water heater. I was stressed out worrying about getting a new water heater and having it installed as soon as possible. He could sense my stress and told me he would take care of everything.By one oclock the next day I had a new water heater installed! Again, he handled the entire process with extreme professionalism.Clean Plumbing is my go to for all my plumbing needs!

I had a plugged kitchen sink and called Clean Plumbing. When Chris arrived he immediately got to work. Chris was very nice and easy to talk. He cleared the plugged pipe and when he left, true to the company name, he left the work area clean and tidy. I plan on using Clean Plumbing for all my plumping needs.

I call Chris Swenson with all of my plumbing issues. He is efficient, friendly and very fair in his pricing. I most recently had him replace multiple faucets and fixtures in my home that were showing signs of damage from hard water. He recommended a soft-water system to help prevent future problems and I have to say it is great to have this in our home. Im happy to know that Chris is just a phone call away when I need him.

I had a great experience with Chris of Clean Plumbing! As other reviewers have said he answered his phone when I called and ask all appropriate questions. I made an appointment and he showed up the day and time of my appointment. Chis was very personable and when he accessed my plumbing problem gave me several understandable possible problems.Chris listened to me and l felt no pressure at all. I even suggested that maybe the total apratice should be changed which would have been costly and more money for him. He said let me get some tools. Work in an older building in downtown HB, so there are always some kind of electrical or plumbing problem cropping up. Chris & Clean Plumbing have been used previously by the office manager for her house to great success, so we thought we would give them a call when our kitchen garbage disposal locked up after the company potluck this week.Chris was here at the office right away, took the sink apart, showed us where someone had used a drain-cleaning liquid that damaged the disposal, and installed a new unit in less than 30 minutes.Knowledgeable, honest, and quick - what more can you want in a plumber?

My garbage disposal started having problems every month starting in August. Finally called Chris. He did the October fix and when called for the November one he told me, nope it’s time to replace it. I’ll bring the new one with me. Installed the new one in November and wouldn’t you know it stops working in December. Chris comes back out and looked at it. Said it needed to be cleared and reset. Instead of charging me an arm and a leg for 30 seconds of work like previous plumbers I’ve used, he gave me the needed tool, took the time to show me exactly what needed to be done and told me to call him when I really needed a plumber. Its so refreshing to find someone that just wants to do their customers right and get to the heart of the problem instead of milking the situation for every possible dollar. I most definitely will be calling Chris when really need to, until then I’ll be using the new skill Chris taught me!

I had a problem at my house with my water heater -- no hot water! My wife was frantic. So to try to remedy the situation, we called Chris Swenson of Clean Plumbing to come over and take a look at the problem. This is because I am clueless when it comes to plumbing; and my wife, who is really good at this stuff, could not figure out the problem either. Chris came over, took a look at the water heater; diagnosed the problem as being a stuck part inside the heater that was preventing the flow of hot water out of the heater. Chris quickly changed out the part and we had hot water again. Chris was very professional; diagnosed the problem immediately; solved it quickly - and did not charge us an arm and a leg. In short, Chris came, he saw, and he fixed it quickly and inexpensively! Chris is not the least expensive plumber you can find -- but Chris is extremely knowledgeable; extremely professional and charges a fair price for the work he does! I would highly recommend Chris to anyone who has a plumbing issue.

Chris is the best. Seriously. I found him on yelp two years ago and he answered the phone immediately and came out the same day to fix our toilet. Two years later, we thought we had a leak under the floor boards and gave Chris a call. Again, picked up immediately and came out that afternoon. Thankfully, it there wasnt a leak but best of all, he didnt even charge us for the emergency call. This guy is awesome!

I have had Chris come to my home and to my work several times. At home my drains we so slow, some fixtures were loose and a few drippy facets. Chris fixed it up so fast and good. He has all the parts with him on his truck. And only the good parts. Not the plastic junk you buy at Home Depot.At my office he has replace our water heater, installed a ventilation vent and once again cleaned out the drains that were hopelessly clogged. I have had other plumbers in to do work for me and it just seemed most of them did not know what they were doing or did not have the right tools or did not have the part they needed. Now I know, just call Chris at Clean Plumbing and get it done.

I needed to get a gas line added to my kitchen for a new range. I called 3 plumbers out to quote me on the job. Both of the plumbers prior to Chris wanted to do a 1/2 line around the side of my house into the back yard where it would have been in plain sight and would have been an eye sore. I want too pleased but was getting ready to go that route until Chris showed up. Chris told me that it was a bad idea to do 1/2 line to an all gas range/oven due to potentially limiting the BTUs at full capacity. He also came up with idea on how to run the pipe into the house without coming around the backside of the house. It was clear to me after he walked the job that I was dealing with a plumber with a brain as he factored in everything and explained the details of the job thoroughly. His quote was slightly higher than the others but he was using 3/4 pipe and he was going to do it the right way which would take more time than how the other two plumbers wanted to do it. What sold me on him is that he was going to do the job the hard way which happens to be the right way. The other two plumbers we selling me on the easy way which would have resulted in an eye sore and potentially affect the performance of my new range by limiting the BTUs with smaller pipe.After I gave him the job, Chris scheduled a day to do the work. He showed up promptly at the time he gave me and jumped right into the job. He was very good about protecting flooring and about making sure the mess was limited to the area he was working on. During the job he encountered an issue with the framing on the house and instead of taking a short cut by doing some more demolition to drywall/crown molding he put extra effort into getting around the issue. Part of the job entailed cutting into drywall and he did so like an expert. The drywall cuts were straight and neat so that the drywall repair person could easily re-use the cut out pieces which cut down on my cost to repair. HUGE HELP!!!When he was done he pressure tested the line to ensure it was safe for operation. I have some work I need done and I will definitely call him back!! Save yourself the headache and call Chris!

Chris stacked the washers and dryer, added a dishwasher and built a cabinet around the dishwasher in a small room off the kitchen in only a weekend. Weve lived in the same home for 25 years, and weve suffered plumbers who knew too little, charged too much, and sometimes stole from us. Ive been like Diogenes trying to find an honest man, specifically, an honest plumber. At long last, this month I found Chris.I purchased a faucet online and thought Id install it myself, but we have a huge garbage disposal and a 12-inch deep sink in the way. Id tried all the usual plumbers in our area over time and had issues with them all, but Clean Plumber was new to me & had 5 stars. Chris showed up on time, braved our big dogs, and charged a very reasonable price. Later, I realized when Id held the faucet handle in place for him I had it in the wrong position. He returned the following week and fixed it without complaint. When I told him Id pay for the additional visit, since the fault was more mine than his, he said no.Hell have all our business from this day forward--and I hope he has a long career. His kind of decency is increasingly rare today; if you call him for service, please match that decency--youll never need another plumber. (Im writing this review as a gift for our H.B. neighbors, to say we have a treasure in our community in Chris the Clean Plumber.)
