This was my first time getting a new roof and Jim Hardwick and Ideal Roofing made it so easy. They kept us informed of their schedule, what to do to be ready for them and then completed everything on time. All while keeping our yard exceptionally clean. While I hope I never have to do another roof, if I do I’ll definitely be calling Ideal Roofing!

Mike C. at Ideal seemed to be the most knowledgeable, He helped me through the process of choosing what was best for me answered all my question. The crew was Great It was so hot that day and Mike was there through out the install. I highly recommend Ideal Roofing.

David was amazing. He stuck with me through an insurance nightmare lasting from the derecho in May through Hurricane Beryl and more. Jim the owner also came to my home for one of the many times my insurance company had to come out. My roof was put on yesterday and it’s beautiful! Everyone was professional, kind and treated me right! I can’t recommend Ideal Roofing and David enough!

Ideal has installed at least 8 roofs for my family over the years. I have known the owner Jim for over 40 years and he is one of the most honest and ethical people I know.They just installed a roof on my house last week and will be putting a new roof on a family ranch house in December.The professionalism of his company, the work quality of the crews, and the cleanup after the job is complete is all top notch. I would highly recommend Ideal Roofing for any of your roof, gutter, or siding needs. Call and ask for Jim he will take care of you.

Jims crew came out and did a quick quality installation, we never felt like we were missing anything during the roof replacement. They were very responsive from the fist phone call to the job completion. They were very knowledgeable of their products. We never felt pressured into buying any upgrades we didnt want.the job site was left clean of any debris, including the pool.

Jim Hardwick and his team did quality work replacing our roof. He personally replaced a few tiles (at no charge) when inspecting our roof for the first time and that was just 2 days before the Tax Day flood in 2016. That gesture saved us from a greater disaster. I recommend Ideal Roofing to anyone needing their roof repaired!

I got five quotes from four different roofing companies. I selected Ideal Roofing and Im glad I did. This was a flat roof job which is a little different roofing job. I ended up selecting a PVC roof and the Ideal team did a really good job. The job took two days and they did also did a really good job cleaning up. Cipriano came back and did a walk through of the job.

Ramon not only identified area of leak but also pointed to another leak. He told me what needed to be done in order to repair leaks and was punctual in return to fix the problem. His professionalism and expertise made the situation easier to address. He also installed a solar powered attic fan. It has rained several time since his work and all is fine! He fixed what another roofing company I hired did not fix. I will use Ideal roofing again!

Spray painted new installation and complemented colors by accenting existing shutters and garage doors. Installation and painting completed in 3 1/2 days. Workers displayed their specialized skills with professionalism and keen expertise. Roof Specialist Paul McArthur guided our decision making process with singular expertise and experience. Ideal Roofing should be included when soliciting bids for any roofing work on your to do list.

I called Ideal Roofing on July 4th about a leaky roof. Within a short time, Ramon Torres (with Ideal Roofing) called back and scheduled a time to come out early the next day. He wasted no time identifying the cause of our roofing problems. Going into the attic, he was able to spot problem areas and even took some photos so we could see where the water was coming in. Afterwards, he explained how the roofing problems would be repaired. We were very pleased with the professionalism and work of Ramon Torres, as well as that of his crew.

One of the hardest things of homeownership is finding a reputable contractor when it is time to perform routine maintenance or repairs on your home. We needed to find a roofer to come out and inspect our roof after a series of hail storms blew through our area. A fried of mine recommended Ideal Roofing. I gave them a call and they were able to come out that weekend and the representative showed up on time as promised. Expecting the worst, he came down after inspecting our roof and informed me everything was good - no damage. I very much appreciate the honesty and integrity of doing right by the customer. I have added Ideal to my contact list and will definitely call them again when the need arises.

We had a couple of holes repaired and a roof tune up a little over a year ago. Another company told us we needed a much bigger repair -- at a much higher price. When Mr. Sanchez came he diagnosed a simple leak and pointed out how it was true. He seemed to know roofs better than the fancy company with shiny brochure. Pleased with the job and the professional manner in which it was handled.

I called Ideal to come take a look at a leak I had during the ice storm. It was an old leak that reared its head again so I called them out to give me an estimate. Sanchez came out, we discussed what happened and he told me he believes the ice was backing the water up (literally up) on my roof and thats the reason it was leaking. He explained himself further and said I can give you peace of mind for about $900 but I dont think youll ever have this problem again.I agreed I would rather wait to see what happens but its this level of honestly that is lost these days in many businesses. I give them 5 stars for their honestly and if that roof ever does leak, Ideal is the only place I will call.
