Excellent experience with Generator Industries maintenance group today! They installed my Generac back in 2020 and have been maintaining it since. Today they helped get my upstairs A/C unit back online when the Generac delay unit looked to have faulted out. Isidro quickly identified the issue, which wasn’t Generac equipment and advised me on the fix. Very helpful! I was able to quickly get the A/C unit back online. That’s service above and beyond! Thanks guys!

Generator Industries is my choice from now on. The company, which shall remain nameless, that installed the generator had issue after issue, and was next to impossible To get in contact with. After the generator was installed. It is unlevel, had serious, gas leaks, and the company appeared not to care. Despite that, I emailed it about my current problem. Generator Industries has already handled the problem, but, I have not heard from the other company, despite the passage of over two weeks. Francisco and Isidoro went above and beyond the call of duty. They kept me informed along the total process and made sure that the problem was resolved. Due to their efforts and result, I have been convinced to buy the yearly service plan. Generator Industries will be my go to company. You don’t need to look any further

I believe that you only know how great a company is when you’re in trouble. Generator Industries installed a wonderful Generac 24kW seamlessly in 2021. Their expert came out, gave me a quote and installed it by an exact timeline. They pulled all the permits and it was turnkey. I’ll never forget George, their MASTER electrician who was able to bury the cable from the generator to the transfer switch.My Generac turned on within seconds of our power going off after the massive storm blowing thru Houston at the near end of May.Well, the generator was operating perfectly and then went off at midnight on Saturday. It developed an oil leak at the oil filter. Well, I was traumatized and called Generator Industries at 1am and they picked up the phone! Diego came promptly in the morning and informed me about the leak. I added oil frequently until our power came back on after Centerpoint’s repairs.Diego, who is awesome, said he would submit for a warranty replacement and wallah! Generac immediately approved the engine replacement. They are getting it ready for shipment.Generator Industries said they would do the replacement as soon as they get the engine.Generator Industries has the reliability of Apple. And I love Apple.My gratitude to Generator Industries, Monica, Robert, Diego for their above and beyond support. I have to say that Diego cared about me as a customer and person.And I must say that a product is only as good as the service behind it. Generator Industries backs your Generator.

I called the call center at 12 noon, woman was polite and professional, I explained the situation and importance of the situation, she said she would send info out. Not hearing anything back in 3 hours, I recalled and spoke to Bertha, she was not very polite or professional but resend the text to Brandon. He called me back within minutes, said he got the first text but it didn’t have info to call me back. He apologized and said he would have a technician out there today. Within 10 minutes Jared called me and was at my house within 1 hour and repaired the problem in 20 minutes. Jared and Brandon were both professional and polite, it was a pleasure to work with them. I give them both 5 stars!!!! But your call center needs more work on their customer service in sending out the correct information to their technicians. During Hurricane Beryl, I stayed with my grandma who had a generator installed by Generator Industries. It was so nice to be out of the heat as our power was out for a week. She was the only one who had power in our family and the generator worked phenomenally! No issues with it, but we did have to go to the store to get oil for it once, but thats just how it goes with generators. Recently the power went out while we were visiting and I think the lights went out for maybe 10 seconds before the generator kicked on. Thank you generator industries for taking great care of my grandma!

Generator Industries were ultimate professionals to deal with. Started with and excellent virtual overview from Dennis Hart online that worked without a glitch. Information was complete and understandable, outlining what to expect from day one. The installation was excellent as promised, and Generator Industries took care of managing the project with the city and utilities companies. The team that did the excavating were thorough and cleaned up behind them. Brandon, the service manager was very knowledgeable and competent. Anita and Monica on the customer/sales side were rock stars. I highly recommend these guys!

Pulled the trigger after the freeze. Had previously got quotes before. I couldnt even get a few of the other quoters to return phone calls post freeze. Dennis in sales answered all question great during virtual quote. Normal/expected start time post turn on. (Getting all permits etc. in place.) Install was normal (standard install, nothing special minus a taller pad) and all the installers were very friendly and answered questions along the way. Final turn on with Brandon was great. Communication with Project manager could be improved (very minor, but I have high expectations), but all contact with other departs as they called were friendly and informative.Will see how long term goes, but I know when the warranties expire and they provided prices for when those warranties are done. Pretty much inline with expectations and what neighbors have through other companies.

I cant stress enough how much I would recommend these guys for your generator needs. From the time we welcomed Mr. Dennis to the presentation and how he measured our home for the right generator, having every crew out to our home when they said right on time, to Ms. Trinity coming in early just to relieve us from having to call the electric company for the disconnect window. Ms. Trinity also went above and beyond making sure on keeping us updated on every step of the way on what was going to be happening and making sure that our schedules would coordinate. And finally, Jared coming to do the final walkthrough checking every connection and panel, every reading and one of my personal favorite...polishing the machine while he was walking me through the essentials of the unit. The company really does delivery on everything that they say they will and when there is any concerns to be addressed, they are quick to respond. Now, my wife and I lost our home to a house fire a couple of years back, and after having dealt with several crews that it took to build my home from scratch, these guys were efficient, respectful and their customer service and level of satisfaction we received was beyond what we expected, which is very, very hard to say about hardly anybody in todays market and their ethics. My home and my family were treated with the upmost respect and the entire project was a breeze. And so, because of all of these reasons, Im giving these guys 5 stars and definitely recommend anybody in the area for all of your generator needs, thanks!

Generator Industries installed a turnkey 18kW Standby Home Generator to provide power for my entire house in case the utility service fails. The installation and turn up took up 2 weeks. Every step of the way was clearly explained and the related installation services were perfectly coordinated. So now, I just have to wait for a power outage.

I live in an area that floods and dont have lot of space. I had three other companies come out and none had all the answers on what equipment I needed and the best place to install it. They came up with the right solution that is barley visible and meets code. They did have a few minor issues during install but they were on top of it and I am very happy with the end result!
