The whole process from planning to installation was so much easier and faster than I thought! Logan was able to give us a visual estimate of where the lights would be hung on our house instantaneously through texts. The cost was much more affordable than I thought it would be. When Matt and his team arrived, which was within a few days of committing to the installation, he and his team did a quick and clean installation. We are very happy with the lights and are all ready for the holidays all year long.

From start to finish, we had a great experience. Our salesman Travis put together a great plan very fast. A minor setback of some bees that we had to get taken care of. But as scheduled, Rafael and 69 showed up on time and completed the job. They were so polite and fully explained their plan of install. Rafael made sure that my husband and I had the apps on our phones and understood how to operate them. We love them! 2 neighbors have already asked us for information.

Overall Im happy with the product. It looks great and looking forward to many years of use. However Im disappointed with the controller in that it only supports one user per account. They really need to look into this for households with more than one member so each can be able to change the lighting as needed, etc.

Installation was great. They were professional, courteous, hard working, displayed good team work. Trainer was informative and explained the app and set up zones for us. It is going to be fun and hassle free to have lights during the holiday without all the work of putting them up and taking them down. My husband should not be on ladders, he is 75 with breathing issues and dizzy spells. The guys put up the Christmas lights in our area charge $500 to put up and another $500 to take down and we have to keep with the lights. This will be great! We can use them several times throughout the year. We use some as security light that we put on a schedule to kòautomatically go off at sunrise.

I had been on the fence about installing a permanent outdoor lighting system on the eves of my house. I wanted the extra accent lighting, however I also wanted more. In steps Jellyfish Lighting, and after completing an online form, I was contacted by Marcos. He was very professional, knowledgeable on the product and understood the value of a quality installation. He worked with me to explain what the product was capable of doing and how the crew would handle the installation. He stayed in touch before, during and after the installation.The installation crew said they would be arriving early on Saturday morning, because a few days earlier my installation got rained out. The installation crew got right to work, finished it fast, but not rushed, site was left clean and I was given training on the system and how to use the app on my iPhone.Thank you Marcos and Jellyfish lighting for the great service and fantastic product.

Honest review.I’ve had the lights for a few weeks now and I’m very pleased although the price seems a little outrageous it was a luxury we could afford. My kids love it the most I set colors to the themes of characters they like and seeing them happy is exactly what I got them for.My neighbors have also stopped by to ask where I got them and tell me how nice they are & some folks have stopped to take pictures so I think all in all it was worth it. Customer service (Julian I believe) was very communicative and helped me out nicely as well as the guys who came to do the job they were thorough and helped me understand my app before they left. Haven’t had any problems.

Bought Jellyfish lighting about 16 months ago and I am so glad I did! It has changed the outlook to our whole house and created an atmosphere around the property. Things to note about the product though:a) Full warranty is only for 1 year. There is a 3 year parts warranty. Call out charges and labor will be applicable after the first year and good luck after the third year. For such a product and investment, I would like to see the warranty extend just a little longer. It inspires confidence that the company stands by its product. An extended warranty option would also be welcomed, as well as being a money earner for Jellyfish.b) I dont know about anyone else, but every time there is an electrical storm, I need to go up to the attic to reset the controller. It just no longer responds to the app. I have other sensitive equipment in the house that do not fail the way the controller does. Having had enough of this, I put a electronics surge protector to the controller and let us see what happens.c) The company claims thousands of different colors which is true. But as with any product offering thousands of colors in their products, their *discernable* colors are a lot less. Dont expect miracles.

Their installers and customer service was really good. The color of my track on my house was completely wrong. The technician made a phone call and had the correct color track within an hour and a half. Unfortunately, a drill fell from the second story and shattered one of my coach lights. I am in the process of them paying for my coach light. My feeling is accidents happen, they owned the situation and will make it right. The installers were super tired and hot when they finished my house, they had another home to install at the end of the day. Jelly Fish was nice enough to send another technician out to show me the proper way to operate the system in about a week later. He satisfied with how they treated me, well worth the money I spent.

Doyle reached out to me shortly after my original inquiry, explained all options and scenarios to me and quickly got me quoted and set up for installation. I even had a small delay in between because of some personal things, and all was still honored and communicated. The prelim check was quick and the tech was very friendly and the install went great. Absolutely love the lights. The fact that I never have to get on the roof again to hang Christmas lights & take them down. I love the accent lighting options and all the preprogrammed light configurations that let me decorate for every holiday year round. And because the lights are not visible from the street when turned off, it doesnt violate any neighborhood HOA rules.(and we have a very strict HOA). The people are very professional & respectful. I was able to get a estimate very quick with added financing options. The installation was pretty quick and when the lights were installed they did an amazing job matching the light to the color of my house. If & when I ever move, my new house will definitely have these lights installed.

**UPDATE So after a few months i guess i have a design complaint. With the lighting system being hidden it brings up an issue when they are on. While you can see the light bouncing off the house you can only see the actual lights when directly in front of the house, so viewing at an angle you cannot see the lights themselves. Now its not huge but with regular Christmas lights you can see the bulbs from all angles. Other than that i still like them but wish that issue wasnt a problem.While these types of lighting systems are expensive it is worth it to me. The pain and suffering of hanging Christmas lights is not appealing and makes the cost worthwhile. Or, if you pay to have Christmas lights done each year and having to wait for an opening before and after the holiday season to have the lights put up or taken down is also not so appealing not to mention the costs of that.As for these, you really cant compare them to regular Christmas lights, these are just, well, amazing. I mean, they do so much in the colors, the creation of zones to different functions like twinkle or lightning features that make these lights stand out from others.I initially wanted to get eve lighting with the recessed 3 or 4 inch lights but you can set these to handle that job as well. While these lights are only the size of nickle they are bright enough to function as eve lighting. Or you can dim them down, skip 4 or 5 lights or whatever you can think of, its just great.Again, while the cost is allot, it was worth it, i was going to do the front and back as these will accent a backyard pool nicely but ultimately did the sides as well knowing i would have wanted them too after seeing them.Installation was one day and was pretty straightforward, the crew was good and i dont have any issues there. The color of the metal base that the lights attach to are close to the house color but are not the same, up close you will notice it is off.A part of the system, well, the main part is the controller, it is suggested to be in the garage and for good reason as its pretty noisy when the cooling fan turns on but is ok, you just wouldnt want it in the house.The interface is nice, uses android or apple app to control the functions, settings, zones etc. The downside to it is you cannot control the lights unless you are connected to the same wifi, so away from the house you cant control it in any way. Thats ok cause you can pre set schedules and it will turn on and off at the times you set.So, pros, allot, i mean its standard Christmas lights but completely customizable and is good for all year holidays, your sports teams colors, security lighting accent lighting etc.Cons, expensive, $22 a foot i believe it came out to be with them installing. If your good with sheet metal work and ladder work you can install them yourself i believe. No controlling while away from home, metal housing colors not exact but like they advertise, you dont see them from the street.Last thing, no, i dont work for them, Dont know anyone there, they asked over a text for a review and thought this might help others decide if they want these or not.

Love my lights. Everyone ask where did you get them. Cannot even see them when they are off unless you are looking for them. Use as security lights around the house every night. So many variables to choose from. Great customer service.

We LOVE our Jellyfish lights! The install was perfect, they cannot be seen AT ALL during the day. We have a VERY picky HOA, if you could see these on the house, we would get written up constantly, but they are PERFECT. Our house is festive for EVERY holiday and sporting events/birthdays. We even use them daily as security lighting. This has more than paid for itself.

We’ve been happy with our installation and even had a light burn out about a year after the install. I sent a text and was put in contact with the Houston branch right away. Actually, I received a call the very next day to set up an appt. Two days later the technician came out and replaced the bulb. Took about 15 minutes. I also received a follow up welfare text to check on the completion of the work. I would hire these guys again. Great company with a solid customer service and warranty. That’s hard to find these days.
