As a woman who worked in a somewhat similar field, I appreciated his respectful communication—no mansplaining, just genuine expertise and a great sense of humor. He’s fantastic to work with. It does not matter which plumber you get from this company. Neil the owner makes sure everything professional and customer service oriented. For work I frequently use Alpha Omega Plumbing.Here is may opinion small jobs anyone can do that, now the big work ok most guys can handle that if scheduled properly. What separates this company from the many Ive dealt with in the past 20 years in my line of work. Its the big emergency repairs late at night waste lines or water supply line. Show up with a mini excavator ( needed to fit in the area), this vacuum truck (dont know the name of it) to remove all the water and mud to access the repair. Everything Ive thrown at Alpha Omega Plumbing (Neil) they have the equipment to do the job. Not oh we gotta schedule that for later (cause they have to rent it equipment).When you are trying to limit property damage or restore service as fast as humanely possible. Neil has always got be back up in running in hours (depending on the size of the job) not days / weeks.If you want it done fast, done right at a more than fair price this is the best place to go. From the office to the guys in the field, just great customer service and professionalism. -

Excellent service provider. They set the appontment 4 days out. Confirmed the day prior. They arrived early be 30 min and The septic tank was pumped cleared and inspected in 20 minutes. Excellent communication and several positive recommendations about maintenance that can be attended to. Highly recommended. -

First, the office operation was great and communicated very well with me prior to the appointment so we didn’t have to waste our time.Jon did excellent job working on changing old faucet, calcified 2-way valves and also a quick evaluation of my other minor problems that I had and gave me great insights.He is professional, kind, and explained what’s going on every step of the procedure he did.I am super satisfied with his outstanding and efficient work and I would definitely ask him again if I have a future plumbing issues. Austin from Alpha Omega Plumbing came to fix a leak in one of my sinks. He walked in thinking that he was just going to do a quick leak fix…but no! I ended up having him remove the sink and capping the lines. He never complained that the job took longer than expected. He has awesome customer service. Super friendly and laid back. He took the time to answer all my questions. He even went the extra mile and cleaned the walls and floors around the area. Very pleased and happy with this company and their staff!! -

Plumbing problems are scary. Thank goodness it was Jon to the rescue! Alpha Omega, has been our plumbing service for years and have always answered the call promptly and done great work! Jon always tells me what the issue is, the cause, he fixes it and has often given advice to avoid further incidents.Highly recommend! -

I recently got a new washer and dryer and found out that the water box (that is connected to the washer) needed to be replaced.The job required cutting some of the drywall because I decided to go with a different brand— supposedly better.Austin was one of the technicians that the head of maintenance of the condo I live in recommended.I contacted 2 out of 5 technicians, Austin was available the same week.He was courteous and polite - too polite. lolIt took a three and a half hours to cut the drywall and install the water box.Afterwards he cleaned up the debris and wiped off the dust from the bathroom floor.Great service! I recommend him.However, I think the company is somewhat expensive, but at the same time, we live in Hawaii. -
