I made a new patient appointment a couple of weeks in advance. Upon arrival I had to fill out the standard paperwork which took a few minutes. Afterward, I waited maybe fifteen minutes until I was called back to a room. The nurse was very friendly. Dr. Banach is super nice and much more personable than many doctors. I also had some blood drawn. Mary was incredible and very good at her job!

Abbott Heating & Cooling are an amazing company! Guy in the office and is very professional and responsive to any questions and concerns. They have had to fix my appliances several times. John arrived very fast and explained exactly what needed to be done without cutting any corners. I am very grateful to receive exceptional service from an amazing team of people. Joe and the team at Abbott Heating & Cooling did a great job! I called to schedule the repair of my boiler. Joe observed the appropriate face covering and distancing protocols. He also was sure to keep the house very clean. During the work he noticed and corrected all the issues, and gave some excellent advice for preventing future issues. Bravo!!

Derrick and his partner were very professional and understanding. We had them in our home to repair our furnace and set up a new A/C .All my question answered to their best ability and they did a great job together. I had a pipe burst resulting in partial flooding in the front bedroom. After all the preliminary checks I called Commercial Plumbing. A big shout-out to Chris K. He was prompt; knowledgeable; he really hustled; great attitude; and did a great job. His leak test was thorough and his labor charges were spot on. He was easy to talk to and ask questions of. He has the latest tools and technology to do a great job much faster than before. I am a union brother, and for me to go buy all these tools again and when would I ever use them after that? The repair was quick; thorough; and priced right-in three hours he was driving away-outstanding!! The quality of their work is well known; and peace of mind matters.

My mom was Dr.Banach first patient in his office after leaving Primed,I tracked him down that was 13 years ago,my mom had Parkinson Disease and only saw Dr.Banach for General Medicine, he always said that he hoped to never grow so big that he couldnt spend the quality time with his patients, when my mom passed away Dr.Banach actually called me introducing himself as Daniel and expressing his sympathy,Id definitely say if the staff is ugly complain to him,Im currently trying to get into see him being my insurance will now pay his practice.

About two years ago Dr. Banach moved over to a new medical center down the street. The service, facilities, lab etc. are much better organized. Also, I like Dr. Banachs professionalism and what he has prescribed has been quite helpful.

One of Abbott Heating & Cooling technicians named Derrick arrived at my home after I placed a service call to modify my furnace dampers.Once here, he instantly went to work on getting the dampers set at the best level.We were very pleased with the job that he did and the recommendations that were made!!
