Toilet was leaking and needed it quickly resolved at my elderly father’s home. 535 answered quickly and responded even quicker. Mark Mizusawa (Tech) from 535 Plumbing was the technician who came out was kind, courteous and explained what he was doing for my elderly father. Appreciate everything. In terms of pricing, it seemed fine for what we needed and when we needed it done. Will contact them again.

Philip and his apprentice, Elijah, handled this challenging situation with expertise. I’m grateful for their hard work and the great job they did!

535 did a fantastic job for me, special shout out to Johnny and Jourdan! I reported to them two separate problems: 1) A toilet tank was filling very slooowly, and 2) the adjacent sink was draining even slower. After diagnosing the problems they first set about rebuilding the toilet tank. They completely removed the tank, cleaned it (!) and replaced it with a new seal, valve, filler, and even adjusted the chain so the handle is easier to push. After testing thoroughly, they tackled the clogged drain - which I had lived with for well over 10 years - by first removing the P valve, and then using their 25’ long mechanical snake to remove gobs of thick black gunk from the pipe. They reassembled everything and tested for good drainage and no leaks. When they told me they were done, they walked me through each step of the repairs that were made before reviewing the charges with me. That’s when Johnny noticed that a “Senior Discount” wasn’t applied, so he made that final fix to my bill and left me a happy customer. Got a plumbing problem? Johnny and Alejandro arrived on time. They were professional, courteous and explained every aspect of the job being performed. Our condo unit is old, so we waited a month to fix a leaking shower faucet to coincide when our building had their monthly routine water shut down for maintenance. Johnny taught us today that behind our bathroom walls was a shut off valve and that we did not have to wait so long! We were referred to 535 plumbing by my friends and family for exceptional service. Excellent service!!! Richie and Thomas came today to change the cartridge for the Delta shower fixtures. I was so happy to learn that Richie, my former student, became an excellent plumber. He is just as kind, courteous, polite, meticulous and hard working as he was in our school classroom. I so appreciate Richie and Thomas coming today. Talking to Thomas was interesting! He shared his expert knowledge on descaling pipes and lining and coating the inside of the pipes to preserve the integrity of the pipes. thank you 535 Plumbing for always sending out your best plumbers! Called to replace water heater. Communication was great from receptionist to technicians. Johnny and Elijah arrived within the scheduled delivery/install time. Existing water heater had a clogged release valve so they could not empty out the tank. Being strong, young men they were able to lift the tank onto their hand truck and take it out to the street to empty. Very courteous and respectful in answering all of my questions. Also very clean and neat install. Would definitely recommend!

535 Plumbing took my call Saturday morning. After a brief discussion of the issue, an appointment was scheduled to have a technician come out within 2 hours, same day. Jourdan arrived within the designated time and quickly diagnosed the issues. He came for a repair of an existing toilet which turned into a replacement instead. The old toilet had corroded bolts and had a crack which wasnt visible. Looking at the rust stains in the crack shows that the crack had been forming for a while so was inevitable that it was going to fail. He explained what he was going to do to replace the toilet and left the work area very clean. He even cut up the cardboard waste and put it in the blue bin. The finished work looks great.

Johnny originally came out to change an anode rod in my water heater, but ended up having to change out the water heater completely. I told him he could come back another day, since he still had other jobs scheduled after me, but he hustled back to his office, picked up the new one and come back to install, the same day. I had a full plumbing inspection done on all plumbing at my property, and a main water shutoff valve installed. The inspection cost $300 and included an itemized report with estimates for each repair needed. The shutoff valve was $500. My plumber was Philip, and I highly recommend scheduling with Philip. Philip made the difference. He’s knowledgeable, easy to work with, skilled, fast without sacrificing quality, and he has great customer service. In my opinion, a plumber who listens to the customer, explains their process, and does their best work for someone else is worth the price.

She was able to give me an estimate very quickly, and luckily they had our water heater in their warehouse. We scheduled to get it fixed the following day, but Kelli called a couple hours later and said they were able to do it today! Amazing! The sewer pipes in my home were almost 60 years old and needed help. The pipes had developed cracks and other signs of deterioration. Rather than replacing them, I decided to go with CIPP technology. After researching my options, I decided to go with NuFlow and 535 Plumbing.NuFlow pipe lining is an excellent solution for rehabilitating aging sewer pipes, particularly for systems that are decades old and showing significant wear.Unlike traditional pipe replacement methods, which would have required digging up the yard and disrupting landscaping, 535 Plumbing was able to reline the old pipes from the inside using NuFlow, avoiding the need for excavation. This saved a lot of time, hassle, and money.The process was efficient and relatively quick. Dalen and his crew ( Korey, Ana, Tritan) were on time and worked efficiently and cleaned up the area at the end of each day. Throughout the workday, I was kept informed by Dalen about the process and what was happening. Dalen and his crew (Korey, Ana, Tritan) cleaned the interior of the old pipes and then inserted a durable epoxy liner, which effectively sealed all cracks and restored the pipes to a like-new condition. The result was a seamless, corrosion-resistant lining that should extend the life of the pipes for decades.The water flow through the pipes has improved since the repair, and there has been no recurrence of leaks or blockages, which had been a frequent problem before. I had the best experience with 535 Plumbing. They are super communicative and accommodating with scheduling and timing. They were very thorough in trying to figure out the problem I had first in order to give me an accurate quote. Their scheduling person, Beth, was friendly and answered all my questions regarding what to expect. On the day of, they text me and called me 10min before they got there and showed up at the front half of their arrival window. Johnny and Jourdan were the guys who showed up and they were awesome. There was a little issue with the spout for my fix and Johnny was able to be creative about what to do and was able to make it work! Jourdan was really informative and explained some things to consider with fixtures and water pressure and event checked the home’s water pressure for me before they left. (There was this sticky glue material that was stuck on the flooring tiles and Jourdan even scraped and cleaned it up for me just because he noticed it. Super helpful!). Johnny and Jourdan cleaned up really well after and were just really professional and informative overall. I would definitely recommend hiring these guys. This is going to be my go-to business for plumbing. Thank you!

Aloha,Big mahalo goes out to Nicko Garcia who did the work for me. Appointment was schedule for between 3:00 - 5:00 p.m. but he arrived at 2:15 - 2:30 p.m.. I had a clog toilet and it was leaking water at the base. He unclog the toilet by dismantling the pipe under the sink and used a drain auger to get down the pipe and was able to unclog it with it. Turned out to be paper towel stuck down there in the pipe.He then had to reseal the wax and rechalked the toilet base because it was leaking everytime I used to plunger to try and unclog the toilet. If I could give more stars, I would. We were very impressed, and would highly recommend this company.I and my family, even a visiting niece, think Shane and his crew are very professional and courteous.I called to ask about changing an old kitchen faucet. After text and talk communication he recommended that we bring our plumbing up to code, instead of leaving the 65+ year old galvanized pipe, which he saw from just the one photo I sent. He came out to do the estimate, and we were scheduled within a few days. The day before, he asked if they could come a half hour earlier. The cooperative crew of 8 began arriving 15 minutes early. They cleaned up during and after the job, even making sure to put their cigarette butts in the trash or pocket. One of them even offered to install some handicap bars. They made sure to protect the floors and even did some extras, like fixing a leaking trap by my request, changing out all the under sink traps, caulking around the commode and adding extra hose bibs outside without extra charge. This huge job was completed in less than 8 hours, and our family couldnt be more pleased.

Great service! Johnny and Rainman (Jourdan) were outstanding, professional, knowledgeable and did the work necessary to repair my toilets and outside hose bibs. They did try to sell excess unnecessary work — just what was needed. The company, 535 Plumbing, is not the cheapest plumbing company out there, nor is it the most expensive. Their employees are a credit to the company. I highly recommend 535 Plumbing.

Please read full review.Overwhelming, thats how I can best describe my experience with 2 other plumbing companies weve spoken to. We own an old home with a lot of issues, one of them being the plumbing. The first company we spoke to understood what we wanted done, but didnt really take in to consideration what we could afford. Another company sent a representative that wanted to pile on a bunch of stuff on top of what we were already asking. That rep literally walked around our house saying we can do that to every little thing he saw. I was beginning to think he was losing sight of what we really needed. Can you understand why it was overwhelming!?!THANKFULLY Shane, Dalon, Pam, Keri and the rest of the 535 crew were able to ease things down a bit for us. Shane and Dalon understood what we wanted, but made us aware of what we needed, all while considering what we could afford.535 handled three separate issues for us within a span of 2 1/2 months. Replacement of our galvanized pipes, sewer repair and installation of our gas oven were the issues/jobs. I HAVE TO SAY MY WIFE AND I ARE VERY PLEASED WITH THE RESULTS AND THE PRICE. During replacement of our galvanized pipes one of the workers, Charles (I think) discussed a couple of things he needed to do to our downstairs bathroom and kitchen. His explanation was very clear and thorough. I appreciated that a lot! Also on the day the galvanized pipes were replaced, a couple of workers were having a hard time getting the downstairs kitchen sink to work, so they ended up staying later after all the other workers had left. I felt so bad for them. Our home is really old and the plumbing has not been updated for some time now, add on the fact the downstairs kitchen hasnt been used for almost 25 years, for them to get everything working again is unbelievable.We did have one small communication snafu, but it wasnt too bad. The workers were able to call the office and we squashed it immediately.Friendly and professional, great quality, yet affordable, to sum this all up! We greatly appreciate everything theyve done.MAHALO!
