My husband fell from a 10-foot ladder while trimming trees and, as a result of his injuries, was unable to navigate the stairs in our split-foyer home. We contacted Options HME Stair Lifts and made arrangements with Shawn to get an estimate for installing a multi-story stair lift. We had the lift installed and are extremely satisfied with the great job that Jim and Mitch did. Not only did they install it in a time frame to work with my husbands release from rehab, their attention to detail was beyond expectations. When they left my home, everything was clean and tidy, in working order, and a beautiful but functional addition to our home. They were a joy to work with and very accommodating and friendly young men. We would highly recommend their services and products! One additional comment: My daughter is an occupational therapist and she was so impressed with the friendly, professional work all the Campbell gentlemen did that she asked that they send her information so she could pass it on to her fellow therapists for recommendations as well. We really could not be more pleased with our stair lift. I had been unable to go into our basement for over 4 years, and I became downright emotional when I sat in my chair and smoothly and comfortably rode the lift downstairs. The very next night, the tornado sirens went off and down I went! 😊. Jim’s presentation was thorough and informative. No pressure at all and he answered all our questions. We were happily surprised that the lift was ordered and available for installation in less than 2 weeks! Mitch was efficient, worked quickly and very clean with the installation! We recommend these gentlemen and their company very highly! Love my new stairlift!!

THIS IS A 10 STAR REVIEW!!! We had a great experience with Options from our first phone call, to install, and follow up. I called 4 companies and Options was the only one that answered their phone. The other companies waited 1-2 days to call back, which had me thinking.... if you wait 1-2 days for a possible $5-10k+ sale, how long will it take you to call back if something goes wrong???Jim, the owner, was able to come out same day to look at our space and provide an estimate. He was patient, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. Options offers a curved product that can be produced and installed in a week or 2 vs 4-8 weeks and the price is comparable with competitors. Mitch, Jims son, was our installer. He was also patient, kind and respectful of our property and time. This is a family run business and I felt like we were treated as a member of the family.

This is a wonderful local company that was a joy to work with. An actual human answered the phone when I called to inquired about a chairlift for my parents. Jim Campbell came out that very afternoon for the estimate. He was professional but very personable and answered all our questions. I had such a good feeling speaking with Jim, and his son Mitch, when they came to tell me about their stair lifts. They made me feel like they were family. The price was so reasonable that I was amazed - as it was cheaper than an estimate I got 4 years ago from another Company. Then I was given an install date within a week and Mitch (who came to install the unit) came exactly during the time given. I just received my Pinnacle SL600 this afternoon and I want to tell you that I already feel like I have been reborn. The reviews say it all....this company delivers CUSTOMER PEACE OF MIND AND SATISFACTION! It is quite easy, after dealing with them, to see how they achieved an A+ rating with the BBB. It started with the information my wife received, over the phone, from Shane. He took the time to provide enough information to make my wife comfortable and interested enough to schedule an in-home estimate.Jim Campbell, owner, then came out and sat down with us. He thoroughly explained the stair lift products that would work for our home, gave us prices for those products along with an approximate time for the installation and an approximate time until the installation, which was very short and accurate. Jim further made sure we fully understood everything he presented, gave us ample opportunity to ask questions, and left us with a total price quote for the options and installation. Jim then went out to his vehicle to leave, but before he could drive off, my wife and I decided we were so satisfied with what he had promised that we wanted to go ahead and sign the contract. My wife caught him before he left and the deal was made!Mitch then came out to install the lift on our basement stairs and did an exemplary job. He was very polite, respectful of our home, respectful and courteous to us as we asked questions of him while he worked on the installation, and went OUT OF HIS WAY to satisfy us when we had some concerns about spacing of the chair lift rail from the wall (which was COMPLETELY our fault). Mitch uninstalled the rail and moved it where we felt would better suit our needs after seeing the initial install. He was very pleasant and accommodating towards us. There was no hesitation on his part to perform that task and within a few minutes, he had everything ready to go. He did a very through demonstration of how the stair lift operated, explained alarms and light indicators that could help us troubleshoot possible problems, and asked me to please test drive it so that I felt comfortable doing so and could ask questions of him, while he was present, if I had any.The stair lift installation now provides me with the ability to quickly and safely get down to my basement during inclement weather and provides an option for my wife to easily get a basket full of laundry downstairs without injuring her back or risking a fall!Believe these reviews! This local family owned business treats you like family! Their prices were very reasonable and their concern for you is very genuine! You owe it to yourself to give them a chance to help you!

I used this at company several years ago when I was working with a client to set up a chairlift in his home. At that time I found the company was in the middle of the price range for similar services, and that their quality of service was excellent.Due to a a complication from hip surgery that I had in March 2022 it became unsafe for me to navigate stairs safely during my recovery. Because my recovery is going to take at least two years to accomplish, I decided to have a a chairlift installed into my own home. I have found options HME to be easy to work with very knowledgeable about their products. Everyone I’ve dealt with at the company has been courteous and professional.

The remote allow me to send heavy object up and down to the basement. I can still do the stairs, but it is so much easier with the lift.

My mom lives on the lower level of my home and fell and broke her femur which involved emergency surgery and a requirement that she stay in a wheelchair and not bear weight on her leg for several months. I researched several brands and design options for a stairlift for my L-shaped stairway. The cost and wait-time for production ruled out a custom curved lift. I ended up renting two lifts from Options HME which makes it possible to transfer from one chair to another on the landing. Jim was kind enough to expedite installation within days of our first consultation. Once installed, Jim made sure that my mom was able to safely operate the lift. As my wife”s physical imitations continue to worsen, we found it necessary to seek assistance for her while climbing the stairs at our home. Given her limitations with back and leg issues, we found the only option to assist her would be a chair lift system. After receiving multiple bids for installation, we discovered that the cost was simply out of our range. Then, while in the hospital, the social worker recommended that we contact OPTIONS HME for a quote. We contacted OPTIONS and found they could provide a system and install it for many thousands less than other companies. We decided to have the system (we needed two separate units given our stairway configuration) installed. What a lifesaver. Our basement steps were becoming hard for us to navigate. Friends who also had this problem suggested we call Options HME. A visit to assess what would be a solution for our steps, questions answered, and the complete cost all professional done. The day came and an equally professional installer arrived and in approximately 3 hrs he was finished and we can now safely navigate our steps. Options HME came to my assistance at a time when my Mother was in the hospital/rehabilitation center and I could not bring her home until I installed a chairlift for her, Jim came out to give me an estimate at my earliest convenience, he was refreshingly optimistic, courteous and professional in every way! He assured me they could install the new chairlift before my Mother’s discharge date (within a week at the time of the estimate) and gave me a reasonable and very good competitive price for the lift, installation and he also offered to replace the batteries and lube the track on the older model lift we have on the upstairs steps which had been running very slowly for a year or more. The day of installation Mitch was out early and went to work, he was very helpful, professional, courteous and explained everything to me and answered all of my questions! This company really went out of their way to help me at a time of desperation and I would like everyone to know if you’re looking for a professional, courteous and reasonable company to install a stairlift, Options HME will go out of their way to make you comfortable and happy with your purchase!
