Steven Pasquesi arrived at our home right on time to assist with a major pipe blockage that was preventing our bathtub from draining. Steven was extremely knowledgeable and professional and treated our home with care and respect. He was careful to clean up after himself and was an expert at explaining the problem as well as how he would work to resolve the issue with the least amount of hassle and cost to us as the homeowners. I cant thank Steven enough for the great service and fair pricing, I can honestly say that I will never call anyone but Pasquesi ever again if I am in need of a plumber! I highly recommend and now understand why our neighbors told us that they only trust Paquesi for all their plumbing needs!

An absolute masterclass in customer service from Pasquesi!I had an issue occur at 10pm on a Saturday night, it seemed somewhat serious and I had called several companies and no one called me back - except Steven from Pasquesi Plumbing.He was very informative, advised me on the options and we decided that we’d have them come out during regular hours. Long story short they showed up at 7:30 am on Monday and went right to work!They took care of the clog and rodded the whole sewer in about an hour. Nate explained the issue in great detail and our options moving forward, he showed me the camera and basically the entire televised mapping of the pipes. Really contributed to the ability to make an informed decision moving forward.The professionalism and attention to doing the job right really stuck with me and I cannot recommend Pasquesi enough. If I ever have any more issues I will certainly be reaching out to them again.

They were even willing to come out on Thanksgiving, but we had them come out first thing in the morning. Two plumbers Michael & Nate came exactly when they said they would. They immediately knew what the problem was and took the extra time and effort to do the job right. Both guys were very friendly and professional which put us at ease that they could solve the problem. Very grateful that they were able to fix what seemed like a catastrophe at the time so quickly. At 10:30 this morning, our exterminator told us that he’d discovered one of our water heaters was leaking in our furnace room. I called Pasquesi Plumbing immediately. Within an hour, Frank arrived and told us we’d need to replace the water heater. I asked him when it would be done. He told me immediately. He just left, having installed the new heater and also recalibrated our second water heater. I am stunned at the efficiency and dedication to excellent service by Pasquesi Plumbing. We are so fortunate to have found Pasquesi Plumbing! After calling others, before calling Pasquesi, we experienced one after another with zero professionalism or the skills to do a basic pressure test for our radiant system. There is no follow-up to one excuse after another. We tried to be understanding of the long waits and the lack of follow-up, as we are in the home improvement business, we understand the struggles. We were able to get help within just a few days of our call to Pasquesis. Tom or rep was able to do the pressure test without a moments notice. We finally had answers to our 6 month puzzle! Tom confirmed that our lower level was not repairable. This is all we needed to know so we could begin to figure out plan B. Tom turned his focus to another area of troubles. After researching the pipes, etc, Tom added a valve to help purge the system. His careful diagnosis and strategies for fixing the system in the other areas of our home were spot on! Our floors were warming in less than 24 hrs. We now have a true understanding of our system, thanks to Tom. We will be working with Pasquesi for any of our heating and plumbing needs for all our rehab homes and our own home. We can easily recommend Pasquesis to all of our own clients! We had a leak in our basement and needed our toilet fixed. The visit started off by Steven Pasquesi arriving on time and giving us a thorough explanation on why we were experiencing the leak. He assured us that he has been in the business for a long time and that he would treat this project like it was his own home. He even noticed a couple of other issues in our basement that he provided quick fixes for and will help prevent future problems. After he fixed the main issue we called about we also mentioned our runny toilet and he was able to knock out the project in twenty minutes. He was knowledgeable, respectful, and a quick worker. I had a clog in my upstairs bathroom sink. I called Pasquesi Plumbing and they sent someone out within a short period of my phone call. It was a very stubborn clog and Michael worked for quite a while trying everything to clear the clog advising me that if the clog could not be cleared it would be a matter of having to replace pipes, (it is an older house with old plumbing) which of course would have been a very expensive proposition. He would not give up until he tried everything possible to clear the drain and, finally, was able to get it cleared. Michael was very knowledgeable, courteous and patient. 5 Star doesnt begin to explain the type of service we received from Pasquesi and Steven, in particular. It was a holiday weekend and roots clogged our sewage line. Bottom line we had a sewage backup in our first floor and our bathrooms and all plumbing were clogged. This happened on a Saturday and most places wouldnt call us back. We called Pasquesi and the answering service dispatched Steven to our house. Keep in mind, its Sunday, on Memorial Day weekend and 90 degrees out. Steven spent 3 hours at our home patiently explaining the issues and resolving them. We cant recommend Pasquesi enough. We were in a complete bind and they came through. Professional, clean cut and polite.

I cant say enough positive things about Pasquesi Plumbing. I have been a customer for years and I have never had a bad experience. They are polite and professional on the phone and wonderful with working with my teaching schedule. Making an appointment is easy and I have always gotten my desired date and time frame. I also feel their cost of having an experienced plumber you can trust is very reasonable. Today I had Chris install a new faucet and hook up my sink. It required a little bit of extra tubing and pipe extension (because I had the new sink moved to the right more when a new counter was installed), but he was organized and had all the supplies in his truck. He was VERY tidy, quiet, and fast! He took the time to explain the tools (provided in my faucet kit) needed to aerate my faucet and adjust the tightness on the handles. I appreciated his friendly nature and special attention to cleaning up. Under my sink was cleaner than it was before he arrived! I am very grateful to Pasquesi and will continue using this company and refer to friends and family.
