    Our insurance company notified us we needed a new roof or they wouldnt renew the policy. Brian came out and said we didnt need a new roof. Brian gave us a fair estimate anyway and we switched insurance company (new one is not requiring a new roof at this time). We will definitely use Top Most Roofing in the future.

    We had an apparent leak from the recent storm and Brian from Top Most Roofing came out to access it the very next day. He didn’t only fix the area of the roof that was leaking the same trip but inspected the remainder of the roof and made fixes throughout. He did a great job and also educated me on our roof and what to look for. I would highly recommend Brian and Top Most Roofing for all roofing jobs. He will definitely be who we call in the future if we need roof repair or replacement.

    Brian stopped at our place to check on our roof after a small hail storm. Our house is older and we figured the roof needed replaced for sure. Not only did Brian make a few minor patches on our roof, he explained thoroughly we probably have more life left in the roof and no need to change it yet. I was shocked by his answer to be honest! We are a young family and were worried about the cost of a new roof. Brian could have told us we needed a new one, and we would have figured it out, but he didn’t. It was quickly noticed that Brian is as honest as they come and extremely good in his profession. No doubt this guy is as good as it gets!

    We just had our roof & gutters replaced by Top Most Roofing from Highland, IL.  Brian and his crew did a great job and we couldn’t be happier. Our roof has many valleys, peaks, and a very steep pitch and was thus a difficult job.  We had a contract with another roofer which didn’t work out for various reasons. Once we found Brian, he gave us a price  at about the same cost and we never looked back.  If we had a question, Brian would get back to us in the same day. We can’t say enough about how happy we are working with Top Most Roofing.  They went above and beyond the call of duty, even doing a repair that wasn’t on the quote. You can’t find contractors like this anymore.

    Top Most Roofing was the lowest bid to replace our roof after we compared five different companies. They got the job done efficiently and quickly. Roof was completed within 2 days time. Communication could have been slightly improved by communicating times the roofers will be arriving. Overall, Brian did a thorough job to ensure we were satisfied and made things convenient by coming to the house to discuss options, sign paperwork, and collect payment. Brian went above and beyond to fix a flashing issue we had with our chimney at no extra charge, which was greatly appreciated.

    Topmost put a new roof on for me this spring, and it looks awesome! The crew did the entire job, tear off, replace and clean up in less than eight hours. Then this summer they did vinyl siding, soffit, facia, and new gutters w/guards all around as well as shudders & it looks great!! Give Brian a call he and his crew can do a good job for you too.

    Brian was absolutely amazing. He was very prompt with the gutters estimate. I was having some moisture issues in my house. He took the time out of his busy schedule to bring over an industrial dehumidifier to get the moisture out efficiently. He was very generous in doing this. I look forward to having his company do my gutters and will give update on the completion. This day and age, it is difficult to find someone that is so prompt, cares, has a great work ethic and is honest. We had a leak in our roof, Brian quickly determined the cause of the issue and was able to work directly with our insurance to have our roof fully replaced at minimal cost to us. Initial nail clean up could have been better, Brian himself came out two additional times to inspect and do additional nail pickup.     Highly recommend Top Most Roofing!!!Brian & his crew did an superb job re-roofing two triplexes. Brian also went above and beyond by identifying a few minor areas that needed repair and he repaired on the site at no cost. It would have cost our Association at least $300 if not more to have someone come out to do these repairs. He also fixed a receptacle inside one of the homeowners garages, again at no cost.All unit homeowners are very pleased with the work done and how their new roofs look!

    This company is amazing. From the customer service to the response time, everything about them is amazing. With the recent weather, we had some roof issues needing some professional touches. We called, and Top Most came out as soon as possible to give us some peace of mind.     They did a good job I do have one complaint because I just stepped on another nail and my foot hurts. Nails were everywhere I walked around my house five times picking them up got a whole bucket full and I still find them here and there I worry about all my tires and stepping on another one I dont want to sound rude I would just hope the employees have a talking with and the nail problem wont continue for family children safety and better business quality
