    First time using this service. The handyman Robert was great with my dogs! He changed my front door lock and deadbolt and then aligned it properly so it would actually work! He noticed that my storm door was missing a lock and fashioned one out of a piece of metal in his truck!Completely satisfied and will use their service again!Thank you!

    I had my front entry door repaired with re sanding and re staining. Al the “door doctor” did a fabulous job. His first try at staining, the wood wouldn’t cooperate so he didn’t hesitate at all to re strip and start over. My front door looks amazing. Al’s friendliness and work ethic are perfect examples of the great reputation ACE HARDWARE has established. I will definitely be using ACE’S HANDYMAN services again in the future!

    Craftsman arrived as scheduled. Had to turn off the main water which he was very helpful in doing. Completed the drywall the first day and was scheduled to come back the next day, for sanding which he did. Craftsman was very nice, conversational and helpful. The drywall looks great!

    Very happy with the work done by Ace Handyman.We had them do a full bathroom remodel. We had Dale do the work and he was exceptional. Very meticulous, and was happy to explain how and why he was doing what he was doing.He was friendly, polite, and even let our dog out if we were out for the day.

Andre completed all the varied items on our list -- from installing a storm window on a tiny second floor balcony, to caulking a shower, to mounting bike racks in a brick garage -- efficiently and with care.     So glad your company has this great warranty! Ace Handyman Services put in two outside hand railings last year for us. One had come a little loose, I had no problems with you honoring your warranty. Actually you were the ones who reminded me of the warranty!Andre fixed the problem on the one railing perfect, he also noticed the other railing was a little loose.     The Ace Handy Man who literally fixed everything around our home in Highland Park is great! He fixed the wood dividers in our driveway, power washed and laid down new silica sand in our front bluestone patio and repaired a window frame of a window in our great room. Al is professional and personable; he worked very hard and repaired everything above and beyond our expectations. Ace Handy Man services are excellent.

    Very satisfied with the job that was done. (The quality of the work).There seemed to be a misunderstanding about the time involved with the work.I dont know exactly what was said because I was not in their presence(My husband and the worker) about extra time. It seemed the time started when the worker got out of the truck and ended when he got back in the truck.It might be helpful if it was made a little clearer about when the time clock starts and ends with a job.Thank you so much for the Vet. discount.

    This company is great. When I was dissatisfied with the work done on a previous call, they sent out another handyman to see what could be done.     AL (Alfredo) was absolutely fabulous!! He was on time, professional, pleasant and clearly good at his job! Fixed the level and other issues from a prior bad installation of my smart lock within the time frame he estimated, including dead bolt installation and vacuumed to clean any debris. Would use Al again for other jobs!

    I needed some handyman service regarding reattaching quarter round molding to the baseboards in various locations in our kitchen and living/dining room. Robert from Ace Handyman Services arrived promptly at the scheduled time. I showed him the known problem areas and he explained what he would do to fix the problem. After fixing the areas that I had pointed out to him, he then looked at the remaining quarter round and identified other areas that needed servicing that I had been unaware of.It took less than an hour for Robert to repair all of the quarter round molding problems. I also discussed a future project that I had in mind and Robert said that he would be able to handle that when I was ready to proceed. I will definitely contact Ace Handyman and ask for Robert when I am ready to begin the next project.

    After a debacle with two projects from Lowe’s resulting in, absolutely the worst possible service imagine Agin, Abel, I hired Ace for the next project, three outdoor exterior lights. Not only was it easy to schedule. It was easy to get follow up information and so simple to get the project done correctly the first time, I will only use ace moving forward

    My first experience using Ace handyman service was very positive. Called them to replace two exterior bathroom exhaust vents - as my existing ones had more or less disintegrated and birds were trying to get in and build nests. Noel did a terrific job in expertly switching out the one vent that he was able to reach with his ladder. Unfortunately the other vent was too high for him to reach and actually too high for Ace to take on with this service - so I have to find another way to get that done.The one that was repaired was expertly done and looks terrific. Very happy with this service.

    I’ve been searching everywhere for a handyman to complete tasks for my rental. It was easy to schedule and very reasonable for services provided by skilled trades people. Robert was early and completely prepared for the varied tasks I had. He was pleasant, professional, and efficient. He installed closet doors and safety alarms. His work is excellent and neat, and he even helped me solve a problem I had with closet doors. I will definitely be using the handyman services in the future, as I am satisfied with the work and happy with the outcome.
