Yale was awesome. Hard to find an honest plumber in the neighborhood. Affordable relative to bigger companies as well. Came by to inspect a few issues and pointed me in the right direction with non-plumbing referrals. Highly recommend using Yale for anyone in the area who needs plumbing done.

I never leave reviews, but I couldn’t not for our experience! Yale was unbelievable. I’m always weary of hiring companies for tasks that I know nothing about. I have been taken advantage of in the pat. From the minute Hale entered our house, he was warm and trustworthy. After spending 30+ minutes with us, not only was he able to find the source of our problem; but advised us to wait on fixing it to avoid unnecessary charges. Mind blown. When we do have to fix it, in a year from now or so, we will definitely have Yale back out to do the job! Highly recommend!!!

Yale was awesome. We had our kitchen sink clogged just before thanksgiving dinner. We called a few 24/7 services to no avail. I called Yale the next morning based off the reviews and confirmed they are 100% fact. Yale is a pro, first came in to inspect and then said he wanted to try plunging the sink first (way better plunger than I had and tried, even shared I can get it on Amazon for $30 which I have bought since) before pouring chemicals that would cost extra. He was right the first time and cleared it. I will be using Yale going forward, he left a great impression not only with his knowledge, but his honesty which is few and far between. Yale is the guy for your next job!

I highly recommend Yale to anyone in the area. We had an urgent plumbing issue and Yale came to our house the same day we contacted him despite us being a first time client. He was punctual, informative and very reasonably priced. He even came back to our home on a Friday night to meet with a separate contractor in order to ensure that the home issue was resolved. We are new to the area and dont know anyone so finding trusted contractors can be daunting. We are so happy we found Yale and will use him for any future issues that may come up!

Yale is a great plumber.We had a leak behind our refrigerator that was leaking into the basement.He was able to fit us in almost immediately. He came, found the problem, stopped the leak and was able to order the parts and repair it in a timely fashion.He is reasonably priced and highly professional.I would highly recommend him.

I trust Yale for all of my plumbing needs. He knows how to get the job done right, the first time, and on schedule. I dont know about you, but I had terrible luck with plumbers. Then, I had Yale out to deal with an emergency and I found what I had been missing all along--a dedicated, knowledgable, and customer-oriented professional. You wont go wrong with Yale.

Yale is amazing. We had a broken pipe burst at night due to the recent polar vortex. It was creating a small flood in our basement and we were totally stressed out. He came on short notice, totally cut out the broken pipe portion, replaced it expertly within minutes, and then gave us advice on how to prevent freezing in the future and what to do to clean up the water damage. He was amazing. Thank you!! You’re now in our contacts to use for any plumbing issues we need, and I just gave your number to my friend!

The plumber we had been using previously was okay but had different answers for us with each visit. We were looking to switch. Many local families gave rave reviews about Yale so when our shower and kitchen sink started leaking I gave him a call. He was able to come the next day, apologized he had to give me a window of a couple hours and came at the start of that window. He was very friendly and explained everything that had to be done. He had to leave to get a part but communicated throughout the afternoon, checking back in with price and time frame. He gave me a heads up that he may not be able to come back until next day but would try to at least send his colleague, he ended up coming back same day himself. Quick, reliable, excellent communicator, very friendly, pricing as expected, and a fellow community member. Ticks all the boxes. A+!

Cant speak highly enough of Yale (and Joshua). I had a laundry list of annoying plumbing problems that I thought for sure he would be here hours for. He fixed everything and was done in under an hour. Super friendly, reasonable rates, and had good suggestions/recommendations for some other non plumbing issues we are having with our house. Would definitely recommend this company!

The 5 star reviews are 100% legit. Had a leaky faucet hose in the kitchen. They came out on very short notice and replaced the kitchen faucet and even provided the warranty registration information on the new unit. Highly honest and efficient. Yale the Plumber is the real deal. Will not be using anyone other than Yale in the future.
