We used All Star Electric to service my moms old Generac generator. They were honest and very fair. It hadnt been working correctly for some years and when we finally called them, they kept working on it until it was resolved. $500 saved us from having to replace it for $10k. No one else was able to get it properly working, so they are great in our book. They also charged a reasonable amount to replace very old, broken dock lights. Ill agree that they arent as organized with billing as they should be--but we will continue to use them and recommend them. Theyve done a great job for us.

Allstar Electric has helped me with two recent post-storm service calls. Once to service an all home generator, responding quickly to the situation of having no power. The second time to assess and repair damage from a massive lightning strike. Their electricians were knowledgeable, prompt and courteous.. I would call them again.

We had to have a worker come out and make sure our new AC unit would work properly, they had somebody out right away, and only took him a matter of minutes. Amazing office ladies and never have a problem. Definitely recommend.

The office ladies were friendly and efficient, even with us living out of town. Service was prompt, and they did excellent work connecting service to a new mobile home on Grand Lake. I would recommend All Star to anybody. Thank you!

We suffered severe storm damage in our neighborhood and lost over 130 trees. The trees took out power lines, mobile homes, and docks. We were without power for five days. We had a portable generator, but it was a small one and we needed it where we could plug it directly into the house without interfering with the power grid. Since I work from home, I was losing money every day that I had no power. Called several electricians and All Star was the one who came to our rescue that very same day. He evaluated what we had and made a recommendation as to how to solve the problem. All Star got me back to work within two days of the disaster. You can better believe that the next time I need an electrician, I know exactly who Im going to call.

I have used All Star Electric for several projects over the past few years and highly recommend them. Their office staff is very polite and efficient. The techs are prompt for the appointment time and are very knowledgeable and they do not cut corners. They have done 3 boat dock projects and have made sure that the electrical service is both safe and meets GRDA Codes. Most recently, they installed an electrical line from the transformer to a new shop for me and did a great job! I highly recommend them!!

I called All Star to fix a low voltage problem I had. The technician came right out and diagnosed the problem as a bad neutral wire. He chased the wire down and repaired it. I am very happy with All Star and will not hesitate to call them for service againThanks

I called customer service for our generac generator, was given All star electric as a registered service co. 1st service promotional was to be free, do too, my misunderstanding as how to handle the promotion & not notifying them ahead of service, led to me paying for the service that they would have been reimbursed for. They are fair in their charges & the service was what went as expected.
