Excellent customer service, superb knowledgeable of heating and air, fair prices, and excellent response to emergencies, and always trust my twice yearly air conditioning checks up. When I moved to Locust Grove 20 years ago, I needed an electrician and Heating/Air company to do some relatively major work. I hired Roberts Heating and Air. The gentlemen who did the work were professional, they worked fast, and the price was very reasonable. Since then, I have called them for jobs both big and small - everything from new furnaces to installing ceiling fans; I have been 100% satisfied every single time. I have had Mr. Roberts come out several times for estimates, and he has never charged me.Roberts Heating and Air is fair, does great work, and I recommend them highly to all of my friends and associates.

My wife and I were in the process of buying a home in the McDonough area of Georgia. I was given the name of Roberts Heating and Air and the Owner of Willie Roberts. From the 1st interaction with Willie, I felt good about the direction he was leading my home in. While he was quiet in his demeanor, Willie knows his business. He was both a teacher and an adviser as to what could and what will work for the needs of my family. He was candid about the things needed and made some suggestions on what would work. His Team delivered on the needs we had.Well done here.I would also like to personally Thank Ricky our Electrician for exceeding on the service delivered. Ricky was courteous, friendly and professional at the many different phases of the project. He was prompt with his timing and always kept me up to speed with what he was doing and more importantly why he did something. Ricky was thrown a few curve balls throughout the project but the coordination between Ricky and Roberts was excellent. Job well done here!My next call for electrical needs as well as other HVAC needs will be to Roberts Heating and Air. They provide quality service at reasonable pricing.Thank you.My final thoughts here are: We are quick to tell others when a company fails to deliver, but not so quick to tell others when a company exceeds expectations. Roberts exceeded our Families needs.

They installed the original system 16 months ago. My system failed last night. They came out and replaced the defective circuit board. No charge. They have integrity and honesty, they could have charged me a small fortune but did not. I will always call them for future needs.

I have done business with Roberts Heating and Air for over twenty years, and have always been satisfied. My most recent experience is one that I wish to share in this review. Our electrical service had been damaged by squirrels, but all we knew is that the lights were flickering, electronics were malfunctioning and there was a burning electrical smell in parts of the house. The people from Roberts Heating and Air responded quickly, helped us coordinate with the power company and then returned to check to help us determine the extent of the damage. They then fixed everything quickly and efficiently. When the bill arrived, I was pleasantly surprised at the price. Roberts Heating and Air is a fantastic business; they are fast, efficient, economical, and stand by their work.
