    I had a fantastic experience with Pro Air. They installed a Level 2 EV charger at my home and did a great job. From start to finish they kept me informed until the project was completed. They are very nice and really professional. Alex, Raul and Sebastian make a great team and I highly recommend using their services.

    Raul and the team at Pro Air Heating, Cooling, and Electrical did an awesome job! Not only were they reasonable on pricing but they also did an excellent job assisting us with our remodel and addition of our half bath. They assist with moving and installing outlets, rough electrical, lighting installation, and adding a vent fan to our new bathroom. They were super responsive and worked with us along the way to ensure there were no hiccups with the village come time for inspection. Not only that but they explained everything and made sure that my electrical panel was up to par too! I would recommend them for any electrical and HVAC needs and will definitely be having them back next go around! Thanks for the great work!

    Im no good at reviews, but I feel it would be unfair not to review Pro Air after the service they have provided. They were able to replace our full furnace, air conditioning unit, and some rather questionable and drafty ductwork. This was no small task, they booked two very long days, and even asked to come by a third morning to do some clean-up and finishing touches.It was above and beyond what we expected, and they came in exactly at their estimate. Their techs (Raul and another gentleman whose name I have forgotten, shame on me) were very polite and professional the whole time, and made sure we understood our new system, how it worked, and why they did what they did.It feels like I havent called out enough specifics on why I would recommend them, but the truth is the whole experience was exceptional. No complaints, no notes. 5-star, start to finish. Have (and will continue to) highly recommend them to anyone in the area who needs their services.

    5 stars for Pro Air! We had a possible issue with a noisy attic cooling fan and their specialist Raul handled the call beautifully! He was very honest when he said our current fan was good and it only needed better mountings! He went ahead and secured it better and the issue was solved. No hard sell for a new fan, just honest, excellent work! We highly recommend Pro Air!

    Raul was very professional, and completed service on our thermostat in a timely manner. Needed to run a new power wire, which involved going up into the attic. Was able to do everything while leaving no mess behind. Would recommend to everyone.

    I had my furnace of over 35 years replaced. I upgraded to a 2 stage furnace which led to additional electrical work for my thermostat and a new venting system had to be rerouted and installed. I was amazed with the outcome the 3 men (one being the owner) did. So meticulous and spot on with all the decision making. I would recommend Pro Air Heating Cooling and Electrical in a heartbeat!     I would give them a 1,000 star rating if that was an option. They are the most courteous, professional, hardworking team I have ever hired for any job. Our most recent project was installation of a new furnace and air conditioner. Everything works great and the team stayed late to make sure we had a/c function the first night of the two day install so my family could sleep comfortably. I would highly, highly recommend them.

    Timely, professional and thorough service. Prior to contacting Pro Air Heating Cooling and Electrical, we had another local company come out for an assessment. They advised that the problem would likely entail replacements/repairs costing up to $6,000. Pro Air determined that the problem was a $300 fix, which was completed. Service Tech Jesse was great - took the time to explain issues and solutions in detail, answering all questions and explaining all options. Very happy with the services provided.

    Finally have time to put this long overdue review in. I never give reviews but this is needed. A few weeks ago it was brutally cold (- 17) and our furnace just stopped working. A friend of ours had just told us a week prior that they used ProAir and what a wonderful experience they had. As soon as our furnace went out we called them immediately. Raul called us back and told us how busy he was because of the weather but promised us that he get to our house that day. Sure enough, he showed up and fixed the problem that night. Stayed until 11:00 PM. I cannot tell you enough how great the whole experience was. He worked his tail off and I will now call PorAir anytime I have heating, air, or electric issues. He did not try to upsell me like it seems most hvac companies do. If I could give 100 stars, I would.

    Raul is absolutely AMAZING! He works quickly and efficiently, has fair pricing and (most importantly to me) hes super clean. A kind and respectable businessman who is sure to get the work done, leaving you with a job well done and leaves nothing behind but works of art. He is incredibly talented, rerouted lightswitches in my home and added new lighting to rooms that had none. When the job was done, he vacuumed and left my floors clean from any and all debris that he made during his time of work.     My central AC unit stopped working right in the middle of a stretch of 90+ degree days. Had someone check it out and they told me I needed to replace the entire system. I reached out to Pro Air for a second quote and he was quick to respond and get to my house. They were able to repair the issue with the AC very quickly saving me from having to spend a lot of money on a new unit. Very knowledgeable and professional. I will absolutely go to them for any future cooling, heating or electrical issues. Will gladly recommend and refer them to everyone.
