    Expert has been a great service provider for all my heating & AC needs for several years now. Today, Anthony did a great job installing a new heat exchanger on my furnace. He was very professional, explained to me the work he was planning to do, kept me informed of the progress and did a thorough job including cleaning the workspace prior to leaving.

    Last week we noticed that our heater was not working properly.I called Expert Heating and Air Conditioning.Anthony came to check our furnace and diagnosed the problem.It was time to replace our 23 year old furnace.Eric and Adam installed our new furnace today.They were both very polite, knowledgeable and professional.I was pleased that they used numerous tarps to protect our floors and steps.The job was completed in a timely manner.I would highly recommend Expert Heating and Air Conditioning for your heating and air conditioning needs.

    Technicians were very responsive and professional. Both Anthony and Adam were great. Anthony was very prompt and flexible. They were able to get me the part I needed and worked with my schedule. Adam was super professional and honest and would feel comfortable with him working on my home equipment. Would recommend!I ended up needing a brand new boiler. They proved to be very knowledagble about boilers and gave me a great deal!

    Expert Heating, Air & Plumbing has been a great partner for our family for the last 5 years. The management and service technicians have been very responsive and great to work with. Yesterday we had an issue with the furnace as we were trying it out for the first time this season. They came right out and had us diagnosed and fixed within a couple of hours. Couldnt be happier and would highly recommend them for ongoing annual maintenance and anytime you need to replace equipment.

    My AC went out unexpectedly in the middle of the night so I gave Expert a call the next morning and they were able to have a technician out the same day! He was able to repair my AC right then and there! They offered a few suggestions and I am very satisfied! Definitely will be using Expert when it’s time to replace my system!     Owner Joe and his team offer quality work at a very reasonable price. His staff is kind, tidy and efficient when they come into your home. I’ve had a fresh air kit installed, new hot water heater and all my air ducts cleaned. I’d like to have them back out for an air scrubber sometime soon.     First, I don’t easily give out a Five rating. I would have given them 4.5 if that was an option. The only reason why not a five is that the first Expert tech to diagnose our AC overcharged for a part and did not have a very common coolant and left us to find it on our own. After learning more about our AC from a second opinion, we connected back with Experts’ owner Joe who apologized and offered a refund. He also provided a competitive price to replace our AC and Furnace and deducted the entire $700 fee charged from the first visit. Joe did the right thing which earned him our business. He also installed our neighbors units so I had another level of confidence. Lastly, but not least, Anthony the technician who did the install was excellent. He answered all of our questions, was very clean, polite, professional and a pleasure to work with.

    Joe just fixed our upstairs AC unit in no time at all. A competitor of Expert had given us a completely bogus repair proposal that would not have fixed the problem. Always get a second opinion, people. We highly recommend Expert!

    I am adding to my review from a year ago. This time around I was a little caught off with some of the charges based on past service experiences, but understood them once explained that I was under charged previously. Service techs are always really nice and explain things. Looks like I will be in the market for a new ac unit next spring 😬...*start of review from last year* David did a great job explaining to me exactly what issues he saw with my furnace and ac. I appreciated that he looked at the furnace even though I only paid for the ac service. Very professional

    Dan and Bobin came to our home for duct cleaning and an A/C tune up. My husband and I are both working from home, so we were able to watch the activity (or at least hear it). It took almost three hours to do all the cleaning (but it was dirty). Super impressed with their thoroughness and respect for our property. They also cleaned up our A/C unit and it literally looks brand new (and its 15 years old!). They also cleaned out the dryer vent, replaced the screws, and even applied some sealant - a little extra love. I contacted another company for a quote and that company wanted 3 times what Expert quoted us. I will highly recommend these guys. No pressure sales or anything of that kind. Excellent work, excellent price.

    My wife heard a noise coming from our AC unit. She turned it off and called Expert Heating. They came the next morning. As it turned out a critter got into the unit. Since I needed to have the unit cleaned and checked, David from Expert only charged me for that and adding more refrigerant and not for the original service call. A few days later the unit went out. Called Expert and David came out first thing in the morning. He explained to me that the capacitor went out. He said it may have been because the unit is old and was just serviced to provide more cooling or it could have been a coincidence. In any case since he was out last week he only charged me for the part and not for the service call. I appreciated his promptness in coming out both times and for not charging me extra given the circumstances. Thank you David and Expert Heating and Air Conditioning.

    Expert originally installed my furnace 10 years ago. At that time they suggested to keep the original Ap[ilaire humidifier, which worked well until it quit. When the repair technician came to look at the old humidifier, we both quickly agreed that replacement was the best option.
