Figured out my leak into the garage was from the wobbly toilet and replaced the ring then made the toilet not wobble anymore, then found my other leak from a broken valve in the ceiling and only had to made a small square to fix it. Not to mention always cleaned up afterward and used towels to make sure nothing would get wet.

I had a leaking outdoor faucet and called out Pierpoint due to the rave reviews of our Greenwood neighborhood. Called Friday morning, first appointment was this morning on Tuesday. Simple fix of a single loose nut, took 30 seconds to fix. I wish I had asked about the trip fees before making the appointment. Expensive $90 for a 30 second fix.. but it is what it is. He was nice and professional otherwise.

Id like to share my story about Pierpoint Plumbing.I hired them in Feb of 2022 to have some work done. The work done by the employee was definitely not great work. I actually had to fix a few things after the fact.Fast forward to November of 2023 and I ran across another issue from the work that was done by this employee back in Feb of 2022. I had to fix that work as well and by this point, I was very frustrated and irritated.I reached out to the ownership of the company and they were unaware that I had any issues with the work done (I didnt reach out to them initially with the problems) and they informed me that the employee that did my work was fired just a couple months after the work was done at my house.They were extremely apologetic about the problems that I had with their work and they let me know they take pride in their work and stand behind it. They offered me a full and complete refund for the work that was done.I would definitely give them another chance to do work in my home considering they gave me a full refund and they fired the employee that did the work.

Estimates were shared for the sump pump replacement and they even assisted me in picking the right pump based on my needs. Scheduling was easy. There is definitely room for some improvement as the actual service could have been stellar barring some minor issues. But those are typical with most plumbing jobs. They were able to get me on the schedule fairly quickly and were very friendly. EDIT: After posting my original review, the man who came to do the work reached out to me personally to refund me the money spend on the labor. I feel much better knowing he did his part in apologizing and following through on customer service. Im glad we got the miscommunication cleared up.I recently contacted this company for a quote on my main water valve. We just bought the house and the inspector stated that the valve was leaking. I called Pierpoint in addition to a few other companies for a QUOTE ONLY. When we spoke on the phone, I told the guy who came that I just quickly wanted to resolve the issue and I needed to get quotes ASAP. Not only was he an hour late, but when he came, he started looking at things and touching the pipes. He just started working on the valve, clearing off corrosion. I just stood there watching, while I figured he was just looking to see where the leak was or what he needed to fix. He then stood up, said he needed to tighten things and that was it. It was $100 bucks for 3 minutes of, what I thought was, an inspection to give me a quote. Im a new home owner and I felt extremely uncomfortable telling him that I didnt think he deserved $100 when all I wanted was a free quote. So I paid him uncomfortably. He did fix the problem, so Im thankful for that, but I honestly feel very taken advantage of. A company should never belittle a client nor make them feel uncomfortable when they speak up about only wanting a quote and forcing payment for labor I did not authorize.

After texting Melissa, she replied in less than a half hour and had an estimate scheduled. We were fortunate enough to have Tom Bridges come out and complete the work. Tom’s customer service is A+++. Aside from Tom’s skills and knowledge, he was patient enough to walk us through and explain the repairs. He kept us in the loop throughout the process and even sent photos of the completed work.
