Absolutely stellar company and customer service. I called for a same day appointment and GOT IT within a few hours! The trip charge was very reasonable and then the service tech was very efficient and frank about pricing and what services he would need to perform. He was in and out in 2 hours after unclogging a bathroom sink and completely installing a toilet. I’m was super impressed and will only use this company going forward! Harry was our tech and is highly recommended!

I recently had an outstanding experience with this plumbing company. Their customer service was incredibly helpful. I was quickly scheduled with the next available plumber. He arrived promptly and fixed the issue at a very reasonable price. I really appreciated his professionalism and evident passion for his job. Very pleased. He arrived and looked over our plumbing issue with our front sink. He was very efficient and had a new faucet installed quickly and nicely in no time. Cleaned up where he worked. Very polite and knowledgeable. Explained everything he did. We told him we didnt know who to call but their reviews were good and we liked that they gave back to the community with their water heater program for those down on their luck. He expressed appreciation for our awareness of the program. If we have future plumbing needs will definitely call them.

My water heater went out last week and I called Carter’s My Plumber. They came out to provide a FREE estimate which is unheard of these days. Usually you are spending $100 for a service call for someone to spend 5 minutes looking at a broken water heater and telling you have to replace it.Carter’s came out last Friday to install a new tankless water heater. Wes and Ryan did an amazing job. They were extremely professional and left the area very clean. Wes was sure to give me several options on how to run vent lines and plumbing to ensure the work was done to my liking. I will definitely be using them in the future.

I had a wonderful experience with Carters! I have used many plumbing companies in the part, with not great experiences. Joe was very prompt and when he came he asked what I needed. He explained he would take a look at all of my concerns and let me know that he would give me a price before he started any of the projects. He explained what would need to happen and asked if I was okay with that and the price. Joe completed the projects in a very timely fashion and cleaned up afterwards. Joe was great! I would definitely recommend Carters! I had a great experience!

Carters did a fantastic job. From start to finish the whole ordeal was simple quick and efficient. Easily the best pricing and quality in the area. Paul Pierson and Zack reached out early to let me know they were on their way. They arrived early and they were quick and professional the whole time. They took out my old water heater and replaced it with a bigger, new one in less than 2 hours. Everything looks great and they cleaned up very well afterwards. I had to have my water softener looked at because I was no longer, if ever, getting soft water. I called Monday. Carter’s came Tuesday and I found out my whole system was installed incorrectly. They brought a team back Tuesday afternoon and completely fixed every thing. When they were done 3 hours later the price quoted at the beginning before they even knew it was plumbed wrong was still the same. They put customer service #1 and clean up was well done too. 100% recommendation!

This is my second time using Carters Plumbing. The first time was an emergency leak,which they arrived within 20 minutes and even helped clean up the mess. This time it was blocked plumbing. Phil and Ryder arrived on time , and fixed the problem with no fuss. I was so comfortable with this company, I left them here while I had to collect my 5year old Granddaughter from camp . Holy cow is all I can say. Had a leak in my basement that I was pretty sure was the main soil stack in the wall. Huge job that I didnt want to deal with. I called them at 7:30 am. They were here at 8:30, assessed the problem (huge Crack in the main soil stack) and had a team out working on it within another hour. The price was significantly less than I was expecting for such a big job. Replaced the pipe through the wall from the 2nd floor to the basement with all the fittings and they were pleasant the whole time. In one day!

I called this morning at 11:00 am for a leaking clogged toilet that was backing up into the tub and Keith was here by 4:00 pm. He pulled the toilet, snaked the drain and replaced the seal. He reset the toilet and CLEANED everything up when he was finished. He was finished by 5:45 pm. In my opinion thats a super fast fix to a major problem. The total cost was $580 which is comparable to other companies in the area and theres no guarantee that a different company would have been any quicker. He was very nice and respectful. Im very impressed at how professional he is and should I find myself with a plumbing need in the future Ill definitely call Carters. Thanks Keith and Carters.

We had two showers replaced upstairs. Mark consulted with me and was willing to work with me on several different options to meet my budget. He was informative and quick to respond to any questions. Alex and Ryan did the install. They were amazingly professional, polite and were a pleasure to have in my home while the work was being done.During the install, they came upon a wrinkle. My shower drainage wouldnt fit into my plumbing without compromising the integrity of my joist. They could have said nothing to me and just cut out the joist and, most likely, I would have (hopefully!) never known. And they could have gotten the job done A LOT faster. Instead, they hit the pause button, consulted with me and we came up with a plan. This required them to pack up for the day and order a whole new shower that will fit my home better. They ordered me a larger shower that would fit my home at no extra charge. Alex called around until he found one that they could get first thing the next morning and they were back at my house by 9am to finish the job the right way. I cant say enough what this honesty and professionalism meant to me.

Had a water line to the water heater start leaking and found one in the crawl when I went down there to turn the water off. They showed at 9 and fixed both. My experience was awesome from the time I called them. Very satisfied. Highly recommend!

Paul was prompt and courteous. He covered his shoes to protect our carpeting and went straight to work to recreate the leak we had experienced. When the leak could not be recreated, he didnt just shrug and leave it at that. Instead he worked with me to establish the layout of our plumbing and isolate a probable cause relating to old caulking in our shower. I appreciate the extra time and effort he shared with me.

Paul and Zach helped me with my plumbing issue. I really appreciated how they gave me multiple options for addressing my issue, but I never felt as though they were pushing any specific option upon me. Instead, they explained everything and happily allowed me to choose how I wanted to proceed. They were also extremely respectful in my home. They asked permission before doing anything and set up a way to get in and out of the house while causing the least amount of disturbance since I have little children in the home. I’ve used Carter’s multiple times before and will continue to use them for my plumbing needs.

My wife and I woke up early this morning (Saturday) and found out right as she was getting ready for work that we had no hot water for our showers. Fortunately for us, even though it was on Saturday, Carter My Plumber, is all set up to handle these kind of emergencies. I called them early and they were able to get out to our place in a couple of hours. Our technician was Dempsey. Great guy, personable and professional. I explained to him that I had carefully followed the instructions to re-light the pilot twice without success. I left him to do his thing, and within a few minutes he had the pilot re-lit and ready to test to see if we had warm, and eventually hot water again...and we did! It seems like there wasnt anything wrong with the heater itself, yet the pilot light had been out?...Carter has a really great internal support for assisting their techs. Our tech Dempsey, ran the situation by a coworker to help assess how the pilot light could have been rendered out, yet was able to be relit and now staying on just fine? Well, it was theorized, based on recent occurrances and experience, that with the very hard winds (which had even dislodged nails from our roof) had blown back downward through the pipe and had blown out the pilot light. My wife had mentioned that recently the water seemed to be slowly getting less hot? I agree with the wind assessment. We really appreciate how our situation was handled so professionally and friendly by Carter My Plumber. The job was also very reasonably priced.

A week ago we had the dreaded cold shower in the morning due to our water heater not working. Added onto that was a difficult schedule of when someone could be home for evaluation and repair to occur. I called Carters in the morning with the issue and they were excellent. The lady asked me when someone would be home for them to come out and look at the issue. I relayed that my spouse would not be home until later in the afternoon. They came out, diagnosed the problem and provided an estimate to the fix. By 6pm the same day I had a new water heater installed, hot water again and no evidence of any work being completed. The mechanical room was clean and the install looks great. I really hope i dont need a plumber again, but if I do, I will not hesitate to Contact Carters again.
