I was very pleased with my first dealing with Mr. Quik. I had an electrical issue this morning and didn’t know who to call. I checked online, read very positive recent reviews about Mr. Quik, and decided to call. I received courteous, professional, and indeed, quick, service. The technician who came to my house was pleasant and knowledgable, even stopping to make friends with my 2 very large but sweet (gentle giants!) dogs.The problem was quickly analyzed, service recommended, and successfully completed.Thank you, Mr. Quik, for bringing a smile to my face today! I call Mr. Quik when I can’t wait. They cost more but usually get there faster than anyone else with their fleet. On this occasion they told me between 10 and 11 am when I called with a leaking spigot at 8:43, but they didn’t arrive until the afternoon. I thought I had broken the valve and the leak was continuous so it was concerning not to see a plumber until 3ish, but Tom eventually explained that the leak was only with the water on. The frost proof spigot had been left attached to the hose through the winter by the previous owner, and trapped water burst the connecting pipe between the outside handle and inside valve. It cost over 900 to replace, which seems high to me, but at least I feel better that I didn’t break anything, and the frost free design kept water from leaking continuously even with the handle off.

Three technicians spent the day with me. There goal was to clean and seal the ductwork for my two level home. They also cleaned the dryer vent.Before photos showed much debris in the ductwork and the after photos demonstrated how well the guys’ hard work became a bonus for me.They also measured 21.7% leakage lost. By sealing the ductwork, leakage was reduced to an acceptable 3.9% yielding an 81.9% improvement. An additional benefit is a tax rebate. Mister Quik has been a very good choice for me.

The Technician and his Apprentice were as professional as I have ever seen. They both worked to get a solution to our issue, and did the best they could do. Unfortunately we came to the conclusion that our issue is above what they are allowed to do for a normal pipe clean out, (think we might have a collapsed pipe or a root). We discussed alternatives to move forward. Would definitely call Mr Quick again if I need the assistance.

I called Mr. Quick yesterday afternoon due to my kitchen sink being clogged. We tried everything but nothing would work. They had a technician out that next day. The technician I had was kordell. He was very punctual and polite. He went above and beyond to get our drain cleared. He also was friendly and polite to my fur babies and my younger kids. He stayed extra to make sure that the drain was completely cleared out. He even went in deeper then what he intended. I will definitely be using you guys again. First time customer and will definitely be coming back again

Genuinely awesome service. I had a different plumber initially come out and they quoted me over $12,000 for a complete break in my main telling me I had concrete pipes with no clean out trap. I called Mr.quick and Katherine was so so helpful and kind. She was so knowledgeable and I genuinely appreciated her demeanor. They offered to come out and run a camera for free. John was on time, and within 25 minutes John was able to tell me I had pvc and had a clean out trap. Based on the video he took. He walked us through the entire video. Answered questions and was able to locate the clean out trap as the other company was not through three appointments. He did further work from there to identify the true problem. This ended up saving us $7,000. We will be using mr.quick services for all of our future needs. We so appreciate this entire experience.

We had Mister Quick come out to work on our hot water heater. While they were here we also had them replace our water softener and also replace our kitchen faucet. We also had them work on a few other things around our house and all I can say about the men that were doing the work and the company they were fantastic.I will definitely be calling them next time we have any problems come up.I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs service.I am so glad that I called them for the original work.

The customer service representative was courteous and professional. The were able to send out a technician the same day within 3 hours to evaluate the situation and then scheduled a next day appointment to change the bulbs. It is pricey but you want to pay a professional electrician to make sure it is done right. I have also used their plumbers and AC/ heating technician over the years. The team has always treated me with respect and dignity and I appreciate it. You dont always get that from other companies.

We only had an annual check up on our ac and furnace. T was very nice and professional. His partner was also very pleasant but very pushy and tried to sell us a new system. They had alot of great information and showed us plenty of detail about our system. I did not like being herded in to buying a new system after expressing several times that I did not want it. T just gave the facts while the other guy was trying to upset in a big way. I was glad to have a better understanding of our system but was agitated with the extensive sales pitch.

He walked me through what he was doing the whole time because I wanted to learn. He was able to identify a different problem I didn’t even know I had. He fixed my AC unit quickly know exactly what as wrong. I was so impressed with him I even got their yearly inspection package! Worth it!

I had Mr. Quik come out to do a furnace inspection and they found that my current furnace was in bad shape and in danger of leaking carbon monoxide. I purchased a new furnace from them and they installed it the same day. Their employees were very considerate of my house and my time. They answered all of my questions patiently. Called Mr. QUICK to have some electrical work done to help refresh my kitchen and bathroom. It was a little pricey but ultimately well worth it because they showed up on time and did quality work. I had the Electrician change out my vanity lights in my bathroom and add pendant lights in my kitchen over the island and disconnect the dated flourecent lights that were installed when we built the home 23 years ago. The technician Brandon F. was kind, courteous, neat and knowledgeable. I loved how he level set each project so tgat he understood what I wanted. Great customer service and high quality work!

Our air conditioner broke down on a Friday evening. Isiah was there within an hour, evaluated the situation, and gave us several options. Mike and his team arrived promptly the next morning and installed a new unit so we were without air conditioning for less than 24 hours. Every employee we dealt with was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Even though a new air conditioner in August isn’t the ideal situation, we couldn’t be happier with our Mr. Quik experience!

We paid $80 for our warranty company to send someone, they could not get it unclogged, stating they needed a camera to run through pipe to see clog, which would be another $250. We called Mr. Quick, and in less than an hour, he was here, unclogged drain and gone. True, it cost me another fee, but it was less than $250, and well worth it.

Mister Quick did an excellent job of helping us with our clogged sewer line. Drew, Billy and John are great communicators and went way above and beyond with the work that they did for us. John, without me even asking him to, took it upon himself to contact our HOA / PMC, spoke with them about what they had found and within minutes the PMC contacted me and said they would take full responsibility for our drainage issue. This would not have happened without John going the extra mile and making the phone call. Mister Quick was recommended to me by a a Friend because MQ stands by their work. I recommend MQ to anyone who needs help with maintenance issues at their and will definitely call them in the future for other needs that come up with my home.

We are on well, it went out about 6:30 pm, called Mister Quik, secretary was very polite and working there schedule to get us in as quick as possible, gave us a time of between 8-9am next day. They arrived at 8:15, accessed the problem, explained what was wrong, gave us price on what needed repair. Relayed info. to techs. Told me they should be here in less than 2 hours.Techs. arrived in 45 min. The problem was fixed in about an hour. We had running water again. Thank you for being so prompt. Highly recommend Mister Quik for all plumbing problems, and will use they again. Thank you so much.

The crew did a great job cleaning the air ducts in my new home. My air ducts were super dirty and dusty it seemed as if the previous owners had never thought of cleaning them, but by the time they were done and out of here they were clean and sanitized.
