Service was exceptional!! Cody and Diego went above and beyond replacing our water heater. Fixed a couple of leaky plastic elbows in the lines along with cleaning an aeration filter on a tap for my wife with low water pressure. Not a ding or scratch on our floors or newly painted walls. Answered all our concerns and gave us piece of mind. Referred my neighbor the same day who had their water heater quit. Scheduled for Monday!!! A+++++

We went thru the quoting, purchase and installation process for a new water heater with Mr. Plumber. Every person was pleasant, personable and communicated details and answered our questions. The price was competitive, and even saved us some money because the other quote we received was for a heater that was too big for our house and the space. Josh and Trey were the installers, and they did a great job - despite the frigid temps in our garage! Were very pleased with Mr. Plumber and highly recommend them.

Mr Plumber sent Jared Johnson who has 14 years of experience. He had so much wisdom and knowledge. Explained issues so well and offered affordable and reasonable solution. The new disposal unit had issues and instead of retrofitting it to work he repackaged it and went to Lee supply to get a fresh new unit with no manufacturing problems. Could have not told me but went above and beyond to do the right thing. Gave me estimates for future projects when my current equipment needs replacing and I can budget now for them. Wonderful experience.

Highly recommend! Scott took way more time explaining all of our options than he was obligated to. He answered our MANY questions and once we decided on our plan of action, he had the utilities marked, permits pulled, a crew out to our house, and the work completed the next day. This was a major repair that was seamless from start to finish. He even sent someone back out to help the evening before the repair was scheduled to get us through until the next day when the repair was going to be completed. I had an issue with water coming through a basement window, and after trying to manage it with a pump that kept running, I called Mr. Plumber. Justin came out first and did an initial assessment, and then Jen followed up with a thorough camera inspection of our sump line and downspout. She spent a lot of time ensuring everything was checked properly and never rushed the process. Her dedication to finding the source of the problem was clear, and she even arranged for Jeff, an emergency plumber, to come out that evening for a fix. Great service from a great team.

I have been doing business with Hope Plumbing as of late, but I decided to give Mr. Plumber a try due to (a) very decent Google reviews (4.9 over 4000+ reviews?) and a $100-off coupon from its website. The reason for Joes visit was to address an outdoor water spigot that was leaking badly. I was given the choice to attempt to repair it, or to replace it. Given that its well over 30 yrs old and has never had issues until now, I opted to replace it. Most of the work was done in our not-so-tall crawlspace, which admittedly is messy with droopy floor insulation and construction debris. Kudos to Joe for crawling in and out of the space several times. I could not have done that. He was here for a couple of hours and did what appears to be a nice job (only time will tell, right?). My only disappointment, as is usually the case with plumbing, HVAC, and other services, is the price. Mr. Plumbers standard billing for replacing an outdoor faucet from the crawlspace is $599. And there was a $98 trip fee on top of that. $697 to switch out the old with the new seems to be excessive, but maybe thats just the new standard these days. Other service calls seem excessive to this old fart as well. The good news is the $100 coupon, and that we now have a new, fresh, improved faucet/spigot going forward.As an aside, I found it interesting that, while Google reviews (all 4000+ of them) were very positive (4.9 rating!), the reviews on Yelp are average at best (2.5 rating over 40 reviews). Makes me wonder a bit if a bot is influencing the Google reviews. Just an observation.

I was very skeptical at first thinking that it would be a service similar to the previous five, where the issue was not resolved and the blockage in my drain kept worsening. The two men that came to the house were very professional. They asked few questions and immediately knew how to approach the issue. I couldnt believe how simple at the end was the solution. They were efficient, knowledgeable, respectful to my property, fast and clean. They created a follow up plan. I was supplied pictures of the problem, the area, a short video, clear bill of service and a charge. I am soo pleased! 5 STARS WELL DESERVED!!!

Positives: Came in a pinch to help with a water leak. The plumber was very helpful and resolved the primary issue.Concerns: They charge quite a bit for their services. I dont know the market comparison however. They have a central call center and then service out a plumber. They are not the classic mom and pop shop.I called them a few days to see if they could help with a garbage disposal repair, and they wanted to send a drain specialist and then a plumber. The representative did not quite understand that the primary issue was the garbage disposal. Not sure what the motivation there was.

When i got home on Friday night (Sept. 30, 2024) after work, I noticed that my toilet was clogged. I tried using a plunger to no avail. I went ahead and went to bed thinking I would call someone in the morning. I went to Google to see who the plumbers in my area were. There were several, but being a weekend, most were closed. One claimed to be open 24/7, but wouldnt answer their phone. I started calling plumbers in other towns that said they covered our area. I got one excuse after another as to why they couldnt send someone. My daughter finally suggested Mr. Plumber, so I called them. The lady that answered the phone was so nice and polite. She informed me of their $97 or free if they couldnt unclog it, then informed me that there would be an additional fee for the emergency call, since it was not only a weekend, but a holiday weekend. I said Ok. I would gladly pay to have my only toilet functional again. She gave me a time frame of about two hours when someone would call me back about it. Then I got a follow-up email on it. Just a few minutes later, I got a text informing me that someone would be at my house within 45 minutes! And then I got a call from the plumber that was coming over to tell me that he was on his way. The text message I got about the tech was informative and included his name and a picture. When he arrived, he was very polite, he also informed me about pricing and I said ok. He made sure to flush the toilet a couple of times after he unclogged it to make sure it was working properly again. Overall, I had an excellent experience with Mr. Plumber. If I ever need them again, I will call them first. I will recommend them to all my family and friends for sure. Thanks, Mr. Plumber, from a grateful customer.

Chris F., plumber, went through everything concerning the water heater. Both were very thorough with their information and recommendations.

Separated primary and backup pump discharges and added clean-out ports to the discharge line. At 11pm on a weeknight, the main supply line into my house blew. A connection broke, and my basement filled with water within seconds, before I could get the power off to the well pump. Obviously, I needed a plumber and fast. I called several supposedly 24/7 plumbers and most had no one on call, except for Mr Plumber, who had Jeff to my house within 20 minutes. Within a couple hours, hed replaced the the connection and had my water back on without any drama, and he was super super nice, and super calm in my moment of panic. He was a God-send!

We had a clogged floor drain upstairs which was dripping through to the downstairs at 10 PM. A real person answered the phone and a few minutes later a plumber called back and we discussed the problem. It was the drain which the A/C was draining into. By shutting off the A/C overnight, the dripping stopped which allowed Mr. Plumber to come at 9 AM the next morning.The plumber professionally assessed the situation and explained what he was going to do in clearing the drain. After snaking the drain for a few minutes, it was clear and working fine again. They charged their $93 Drain Clearing promotion price and the problem was solved and it was a win-win for everyone.Ive used their sister company Williams Comfort Air for 15 years and give them 5 stars as well. Both companies are have amazing customer service with reasonable, cost-effective solutions to get you back on track.

When my sewer backed up I called a plumber that I had used previously and got an outrageously high quote to replace the entire 66 sewer line, which was the only option provided to me. I then called Mr Plumber and Andy met me later the same day. After showing me video of the line, he assured me that most of the sewer line was in good condition and didnt need to be replaced. He provided multiple options for a spot repair of the damaged section. He was extremely professional, knowledgable, patient, and easy to work with. Unlike other plumbers I wasnt put on the spot to immediately sign an estimate and commit to the work. The work crew came out less than a week later and completed the entire job in a day. Im very happy with how Jason and his crew did the repair with minimal damage to my yard and trees and worked with me to collect the information I needed for my insurance adjuster.

I entered my issue on Mr Plumbers webpage. i received a call within 10 minutes from a very helpful person. We worked out the schedule of 8-10 the next day. I received a text reminding me of my appointment. Then I got anther text letting me know that Thomas was going to be coming to my house. This text had his photo and some bio information about him. Very helpful! Thomas arrived promptly and warmly introduced himself. We walked around the house and then into the affected bathrooms. I had a clogged main line that was causing very slow drainage. Thomas got into the crawl space and decided on a strategy. He had to remove a toilet to get him access to a big enough pipe to get his drain auger machines cutters through. He quoted the price to remove and reset the toilet. He also recommended a new riser on the toilet pipe to provide better performance! Very reasonable. After I gave my approval, he got to work. We engaged in conversation on and off the entire time. He answered my questions politely and accurately. The smaller auger did not do the trick so he brought in the calvary: the big boy machine and it did the trick! Thomas reset the toilet and cleaned up after running a lot of water down the drain to make sure the clog was cleared.Thomas was the best service professional I have had to my house in a long time. Again, professional, personable, engaging, knew his stuff, punctual. I would insist on having him come to my house again for any plumbing issue! Give this man a bonus! He was THAT good! Thank you, Thomas for your bang-up job that restored my drain to new quality! Mr Plumber, your entire team performed to perfection. I love the one year warranty so if it happens again, no extra cost to remove the toilet again. They will camera scope it at no cost. Reasonable price. Kept me informed via text the entire way. Man came out, but tree roots were so thick inside drain pipe to sewer that he could not get water to drain—his roto-rooter machine got stuck, but he finally got it out. So no charge for his visit.He called for backup Supervisor Andy Dodge came out with his inside-the-pipe camera & explained that our 55 year old clay sewage pipe had so much root damage that it would need to be replaced by 6 inch PVC pipe. He gave us the price & arranged for a crew to come out the next morning to dig the 5 foot deep trench & install the pipe. The crew did a very professional job & cleaned up afterwards. So we only had to spend one night in a motel, due to lack of a working drain system. I am a satisfied customer. John Burns

I have utilized Mr. Plumber for the past 8 years. I had a garbage disposal fail and start leaking and Mr. Plumber was the only available company willing to come out on a Sunday and that was in 2005. They also installed a water heater and a water softener in 2006 which are still going strong as they come out every year for free to check them. When they come out they also check all of my valves inside and outside to ensure that nothing is corroded and if I have an issue with a faucet or drain they assist me at a discounted rate.I will say that over the past 7 years not all of the technicians who have come out have done what they were supposed to do such as fully flush out the water heater. I recently had Dayton come to my home and he pointed out the dirty water in the water heater. The technician last year did not do his job. Daytons attention to detail was very good and he took pictures of areas that I should pay attention to but nothing that needed replaced right away. He even checked my crawl space which no one has ever done before. I would honestly say that I dont know if they are considered pricey or not but if you want a quality product installed with reliable check ups (90%) overall they are worth the price especially when you have a 55 year old home like I do.

Jeff Lacy and Clayton did a fabulous job. They were efficient and left the kitchen in perfect order. The parts of the kitchen faucet were so old that they were more or less sealed together! But slowly but surely they were able to loosen the parts and install the new!! My very attractive gold faucet was saved and good as new!! Thanks Jeff & Clayton!

Jeff Lacy came to our rescue today and repaired and replaced a leaking copper pipe, an old corroded valve, and another old copper pipe. Both pipes went to our gas water heater. He intently listened to our questions and concerns and provided in depth explanations. Jeff was friendly and very professional and did an outstanding job! When the next plumbing catastrophe happens (God forbid) we will be requesting Jeff and hoping he is available. All around, he did a WONDERFUL job!! Thank you, Jeff.
