Benjamin Franklin Plumbing is the best. After I tried to save myself a buck be doing a plumbing job and breaking the pvc piping behind a commode in my house, I called BFP. He was his usual wonderful self and answered all my questions about the new system. He walked my daughter and through absolutely everything. I asked him to look at another issue before he left which he did without hesitation, confirmed a quote and got me on the schedule for Monday morning. Hes awesome. Our water heater went out in the middle of the night, and Ben Franklin not only had someone on call 24/7, but they were out to the house the very next morning to diagnose the problem. My toilet stopped up every time I flushed it (with the last straw being my bathroom flooding), and when it didn’t, toilet water spewed up from my sink. Edward was extremely quick in ascertaining the problem, which was a stoppage in the plumbing, and removed the culprit within the hour. Robert came out and looked under the house and checked the pipe to the toilet and stayed awhile to see if maybe the toilet itself was leaking.
