Andrew was awesome! He was honest and quick to figure out the issue. He and Jason were willing to come out in the freezing rain and fix and replace a mainline water pipe to my house. This company was also very fair and very reasonably priced. In fact, they were literally $7000 cheaper than a quote I got from another plumbing company for the exact same work! I would highly recommend and cannot thank them enough!

Jacob did a great job explaining the issue with our septic system. Unfortunately Fowler Plumbing doesnt do that kind of repair work. However they did recommend another company that does. Fowler didnt charge me for the visit which was a pleasant surprise. I would definitely use Fowler plumbing in the future if the need arises.

We called John Fowler Plumbing and quickly got someone to come out and install 3 bathroom faucets and new gate valves, and to do some work in our laundry room. Our plumber, Jacob, was kind, professional and knowledgeable. We had one issue with our job and he came back a few days later to resolve it. The price for the job was more than expected, but times are changing prices everywhere are higher than they were, and we were given details as to the breakdown of the price, which we appreciated. Like I said, when we had an issue, that was resolved with professionalism. We do plan to use them again.

Our bathroom sink drain started leaking down the wall after attempting to clear a clog. They were highly recommended on our neighborhood Facebook page. Our plumber was fantastic. He kept me in the loop of what was needed and gave me a few different options for what they could do. Since we own an older house, he had to cut out part of the wall in the closet because that pipe went to the far wall before going down to the basement. He were super fast at cutting out the part of the pipe that needed replaced. I was pleasantly surprised by the cost for the repair. He left the closet with a small hole in the wall, but he cleaned up everything so it didnt look like anyone had been there. We made the small hole into an access point in case we had to call again. I will never call a different plumber. Prompt. Fast. Knowledgeable. Professional.

John Fowler Plumbing helped us out after Citizens turned off our gas due to a leak. They ended up replacing our natural gas lines from the meter to all our appliances. Jacob was very friendly and professional. He gave us our options in an easy to understand way. It was my understanding that even though they were all booked up his father took all his jobs so our family could get our heat turned back on. I cant express in words how much that means to us. Out of several calls they were the only 24 plumber who called us back. I cant speak to price as they were our only quote but the work was relatively extensive. I greatly appreciate their help.

Our main drain was clogged, they came out same day and after snaking 80-100 ft didnt work they went back to their store to get different equipment and came right back and finally got it cleared. Was kind of on the expensive side then again Im not an expert on plumbing cost. He did find us a discount and offered to bring the snake back to get the rest of the stuff out of the drain. So overall Im very satisfied with their work and would definitely recommend them.

This was 2 stars, but how a company responds to customer service issues is important as well and it would be unfair to leave it at 2.You just need to know upfront that it is $545 to have a main drain line augered with them. I have had this done almost every 2 years (shame Lees went out of business) for 14 years and that is more than double what anyone has ever charged and every one of those came with a 1 year guarantee which we did use on 1 occasion.They came, augered the line, it seemed clear apparently and after they left it backed up less than 24 hours later. I called at 2pm and they were unable to get someone out that day. They did make an appointment for 9-11am the next day.They re-augered the line and ran a camera at no additional charge to try to locate the issue. (I think they offered the camera service the first say for $100+ on top of the $545 for the auger.)The technicians were professional and knowledgeable.I have no idea what to make of this company. I ended up getting close to what I paid for value-wise, but if the drain had not backed up in less than 24 hours, the camera and second line clear would not have happened. After seeing the camera, the line definitely needed to be cleared again.Did I get my moneys worth? Well for 2 line clearings and the camera, yes. But it was the same as I paid for 1 line clearing from them. Another company maybe would have just charged me for 1 line clearing and not had to come back? Maybe I would have paid $100 - $300 for another company to clear the line and then another $100 - $150 to have the camera run?Thats what happened, make of it what you will!

Ok seriously this has been one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. This company went above and beyond to meet our needs. They were to our house within a half hour of calling and it was one of the owners that showed up. Jason was very thorough and down to earth. We had to replace the whole water main line a month after moving into our new home and they were so good to make sure we were able to get the fix done in a cost effective and timely manner. I liked that it’s a smaller family business and that we were able to work with both of the owners. Their warranty and cost of the fix was unbeatable for what they did. We will definitely refer and go to John Fowler plumbing for all future services!

We recently were told our water pipes were full of rust and needed replacing. We contacted John Fowler Plumbing for a second opinion. Jacob Knapp gave us a detailed description and estimate of what needed to be done. The job was completed with skill and thoroughness by Jacob and his assistant Dalton. They also made sure that our water heater, that was placed by someone else, was working properly too. We also needed our laundry drain system replaced. Drew was able to configure the laundry drain and our water softener so water drains better now. Thank you for taking terrific care of our plumbing needs.

I’ve always had a good experience with John Fowler’s Sewer and Drain, their techs are very friendly and up front.My new shower and tub look great. They were able to complete the job in a single day and cleaned up upon completion. My only complaint is they left about and inch or two open drywall above the shower panel when they had to cut into the wall, so now I’ll have to find a way to cover it. Other than, excellent work.
