Wow! I can’t say enough good things about Full Scale Plumbing. From the customer service to the work being done, the team at Full Scale Plumbing goes above and beyond. When calling to have someone come out and look at our water heater that wasn’t up to code, Heather was so friendly and had someone out the next day to assess the problem! Jason showed up at the appointed time and explained what we were dealing with and how he would fix it. They got us the quote in under 24 hours and scheduled us for the week we got possession of our home, and the date I had asked for the work to be done. The company is extremely reliable and their work is pristine. I am so thankful someone recommended them to us and I will definitely call them for another project!

Jason and Heather are some of the nicest people youll meet. Theyre quick to respond to all of the questions I had during my bathroom remodel. They did a fantastic job and kept me up to date every step of the way. I wouldnt hesitate to use them again.

I can’t say enough great things about this company.This a locally owned family business that understands how to take care of their customers.Without going into detail, there was a situation that occurred that most companies would have tried to blame on preexisting condition, NOT THIS COMPANY. The only thing they said was “We will do whatever it takes to make it right”, and they went above and beyond!!They do quality work, at a fair price. The owners, Jason and Heather are awesome, and I will be using them for all my future personal and business projects.

This quality minded, family team, renovated and updated our 1958 bathroom to an upscaled beautiful room to even enter. Their professional craftsmanship is second to none. They were courtious and mindful to any changes that I wanted at all points of renovation. Not only are they expert plumbers. Their reconstructive,electrical,tile-work,drywall and flooring techniques far exceeded my expectations. For all my future plumbing and remodeling needs, this is the only company Ill be calling. Our bathroom is the best looking room in our house now. And I really enjoy showing it off to everyone. Thank you so much.Heather,Jason,Jason,and Paul. Looks fantastic😁

Cant recommend these guys enough. I manage 100+ rental properties around Indianapolis and Heather is always my first call when I need any plumbing repairs done. Ive used plenty of other companies over the years and havent found anyone who comes close to their level of quality work, professionalism and customer service. Ive had them out to do work on my personal residence and theyre the first company I recommend when someone asks who to call. If you want something done right call them first!

Theyve fixed leaky garden spigots, replaced a water heater, fixed a drippy garbage disposal....its just amazing to have a reliable full service team in town who I can trust to resolve any plumbing issue great or small.

I cannot say enough good things about Jason and his wife and the work they did. We were quoted $18,000 from Peterman to replace our main sewer line and bust up the road. Jason did the job for less than half that and now that it has been over a month since his work, everything is still running smoothly. Cannot recommend them highly enough!

I have used other plumbers on my investment properties, but I felt they always overcharged me for poor quality work. Full-Scale Plumbing came out on a service call for me recently and checked out the drain in question for no charge.
