Excellent service and tech, Brandon. Everything wasnt perfect but the true measure of reliability and customer service is how glitches, which can happen in any situation, are resolved. Today, Ashley was AWESOME in helping us figure out why our thermostat wasnt working correctly! AND everyone who has helped us from Allen Home Services has been extremely friendly and helpful, prompt and knowledgeable. We have there service plan, and it is SO worth it! If there is a problem, we get a discounted rate due to the plan, and I NEVER feel as though the people are trying to upset me, quite the opposite!! They all want to provide the best service for the situation and at a good value. I highly recommend them! AND Tyler came to check all the plumbing and drain the water heater and asked if there was anything else he could do to help. I said I had a dripping faucet, and he replaced the mechanism with a new one that I had purchased. It only took hil a few minutes, but it would have taken me MUCH longer! He hasnt been with Allen for very long, but he is definitely Allen material!

My mom’s water heater went out at the worst time. I called Allen Home Services, who were already my go-to home service handlers to the rescue. I am a member at Allen Home Services. They have performed preventative maintenance and completed repairs for me in the areas of plumbing, HVAC, and electrical services. Ashley, Dave, and Sean have all been terrific! They are polite, friendly, and professional. They do NOT try to hard sell me on anything but point out potential issues and make suggestions. They are also great about answering questions. I have been very pleased with the work of all those with whom I have had interactions! Highly recommended!!!

Integrity means doing what you say you will do when you say you will do it. Allen demonstrated that characteristic.I have never required a plumber but was unable to clear a toilet clog myself including using 2 different augers. Allen quoted a range of $91-199; actual was $104. Additionally the lead plumber, Edgar, and helper arrived during the scheduled time and called 30 minutes in advance of arriving. He also related that Allen was by far the best plumbing company for which he had worked. There was no expectation of a tip but I was very satisfied and actually gave them a 50% tip.

The work was just done today and Chris was here on time and ready to go and TJ was right behind him.I’m certain that it’s going to last so I can go ahead and write this review.I am beyond thrilled with how fast they responded the same day I called and needed an estimate they got somebody out here to give me one a free estimate to boot! let me tell you I haven’t had any sleep or very little food I was a nervous wreck! crying and feeling sorry for myself when I was told that my two-way clean out pipe repair was going to cost me thousands of dollars we’re talking like $5000!Their estimate was a lot lower than that, and the final cost was remarkable! Chris and TJ..sigh.. let me just say that in my book they are Gods sent to me by the heavens! I cried in disbelief when they gave me the good news that nobody else had given me, Mr. plumber, Mr. quick Roto-Rooter, and ARS.TJ and Chris hand dug and they worked quickly and efficiently..oh yeah they’ve done this before and it was obvious. TJ and Chris were calm and collected even though I was a nervous wreck they were respectful, upfront, personable, kind, caring human beings, and isn’t that what we need when we’re looking for someone to do work for us?They are the masters of this craft they are skilled surgeons of the plumbing world! and I’m so thankful.They are a miracle workers the gurus of plumbing. I won’t use anybody else for any of my plumbing needs.Allen Home services has won me over and they have earned a five star review and they deserve any business I may have going forward. Our AC went out during an upper 90° temperature heat wave. Everyone at Allen was great to work with us. They got us on the schedule quickly as both my husband and I have health issues. They worked hard in the intense heat to install our new furnace and AC units. The house feels great now. I would highly recommend them, and we will continue to use them going forward. I have been having drain issues for a while, so I gave Allens a call at the suggestion of a friend. They got me scheduled for same day in the afternoon !! Edgar was delightful and friendly, and made best friends with my dog too !! He was very professional,knowledgeable and above all, honest. It was delightfully refreshing. He had the drain cleared in a jiffy, and I was back up and running in short order ! Overall , it is probably one of the best service experiences I have had, and could not be more pleased. I will absolutely call Allens next time I am in need.

I could not be happier with Allan Home Services. They overcame the impossible with my lighting installation. They also installed several dimmers and switches throughout the home, and they did it fast and at a reasonable price. The work quality was impeccable, even my father was impressed - and hes seen a lot of electrical work at his stores. My experience with Josh and Brandon at Allen Home Services was nothing but superior. Ive had a small project in the past that Josh had done for us and he has a very easy going professional demeanor. It’s hard not to like him and Brandon as they remind you as every day guys working hard to make a living like the rest of us. They don’t try to sells pitch you anything or sugar coat anything, just straight forward details and options. Installed a new tankless water heater and looks great. Look forward to working with these guys down the road.

I called because I thought had a problem with my water heater. The bottom of the panel had rust. So I was concerned. I asked them to come out and see if it needed to have a new element or a new water heater. Much to my pleasant surprise it didn’t need anything. We think it was because the water heater was turned up to high. The gentleman that came was clean, friendly, and knowledgeable. I would definitely use them again.

Jake and his guys came out and installed an entire new Daikin fit heat pump/electric furnace. Not only does this system make my home way more comfortable than its ever felt, There are no longer any cool spots in the home. its always a constant temperature. Also the savings in the electric bill is a huge plus coming from a 15 year old system. This system is so quite I cant even hear the outside unit which is right beside my bedroom window. Jake and his crew were very professional, and Jake explained the entire process along with the ins and outs of the system and thermostat. My whole interaction with everyone from the office staff to the install crew was pleasant and smooth. I definitely recommend using them for any of your needs.

Allen Plumbing installed a new claw foot cast iron tub in my basement. The job involved sawing through concrete to extend a drain line and extending hot/cold water lines since there had not been an existing shower/tub. They were very professional and upfront about their services.
