    I had another company come out to service my furnace. I then called The Plumbing & Air Service Co to get a second opinion.Tony Moreno-Driggs came out; assessed my furnace and gave me options for repair. He was very professional in his assessment, explained procedure for repairs or replacement in easy-to-understand language.Visit was pleasant and informative!!! Scheduled next day appointment for financing and equipment replacement. Would recommend this company to everyone.

    We were looking to replace our ac unit on the second floor. The person came out and went over all options. We had about 5 different companies for quotes. We decided to go with the plumbing and air because they were reasonable. We decided to get both units replaced because we knew it was a matter of time before the other unit goes out. We got the estimate last Wednesday and made the decision to go with them on Friday. They set up to come on Tuesday and then they called and said they would like to come out Monday to begin work. Two crews showed up and they worked hard! They never took a break or lunch. They were at my house at 9:10 and left at 7:30. Tuesday came and one crew showed up at 830 and left at 7:45. Again, these men worked hard and did not take breaks. The men were clean and careful to lay drop clothes as not to damage my floors. They were very respectful! I without a doubt would highly recommend them! You will not be sorry.

    Dear P & A Svce. Thank you for repairing our toilet. From what we can see it is fixed and no longer wobbling. Both of the young servicemen were very kind, helpful and informative.     We couldn’t be more pleased with the responsiveness and service we received from Josh and his assistant. They were prompt, professional, and they were able to find and diagnose our problem quickly and thoroughly. Josh told us exactly what our issue was and different options and price levels of what they could do to remedy the problem so we could make the best decision to fix it based on our budget. The work they did was excellent and tidy, and in less than 24 hours from when we first found the problem and called it in, the source of our leak was fixed. We are so glad we chose your company!

    My toilet and shower started overflowing and I quickly called this company. I expected then to come within the next 3 days. To my surprise, they sent out a technician within an hour! They assessed the problem and unclogged my main water line shortly afterward. The men were super professional and knowledgeable about plumbing. They also explained to me everything they were doing as they were doing it and let me know ways to prevent future clogs. I feel great about the service I received and the price was very affordable.

    First time using this company for a persistent problem every 1-2 years. Had a special on drain cleaning and they honored that price with no problem. Anxious to see how long it stays unclogged this time. Friendly personalities, and very professional and knowledgeable. If it stays clog free for at least my usual time, will definitely call again or would call for other services as needed.

    Great company to deal with, very professional, friendly and responsive. My AC went down in middle of summer. They came right away, checked the units, gave me few options. I decided to go ahead and replace 21 year old unit. Then my heater starting acting out few weeks ago. I decided not to wait until it completely brake down and get new one as well.     Both our toilets were clogged wouldnt flush water was coming up through the base all over the floor 😱 this was our first time using them they showed up quickly after hours and fixed the problem. They were quick , courteous ,friendly , professional. We got the service membership they explained everything that was included in it...the prices we thought were right , the clean up was immaculate when they were done youd have never known there was an issue...we were extremely pleased and will definitely use them for All future jobs we highly recommend them ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐5 stars 😁👍

    Ive been a customer of this company for 2 or 3 years, and they continue to impress me. I like their processes for documenting the work they do, they are mostly responsive, I do buy their service agreements, I recommend scheduling the included service calls before they leave even if its 6 months out because my only issue is that they didnt call me to schedule and let my contract run out. My units are quite old but not ready to replace them yet.

    This was my 3rd time dealing with The Plumbing & Air Service Co. and in each instance they have been thorough, communicative, and easy to work with. They installed a new HVAC system in my house quickly and gave me lots of options concerning the systems available, payment, and scheduling. My house is older - which presents problems when doing upgrades like this - and these guys really went above and beyond to make sure they took care of everything. I dont just mean that they did their job without complaining about it, I mean they did things they easily could have told me I needed to take care of and pay for myself. Will be using them in the future, and recommending them as well!

Alex and Jake were awesome in hooking up the plumbing, finding solutions quickly and perfectly. No fuss, no muss.     Job Well Done. Brian and Devin had come out according to appointment time scheduled. They replaced a kitchen faucet that I had purchased. Did a great job but I believe the cost for less than an hour was very expensive. I found a coupon online which I would prefer a company just to provide a price without me having to search for a discount. Most of the plumbing companies in my area charge a service fee of $49.99 to $99.00 just to come out to the house. I understand that, everyone needs to be paid for their time. However, I think that that charge shoud be deducted from the final bill if you are hiring them for the service. In this case it is not. My repair was over $200.00 with a $30.00 coupon, approx. 30 minutes of work. The technicians themselves very knowledgeable, respectful, and friendly. They cleaned up and even took the trash with them. Great service for a big price.

    I had an big issue with one of my outside faucets. I turned it on and NO water came out. I quickly checked the other side. It worked fine. They called back right away to schedule an appointment. Appointment Day...they called earlier to see if they could come, but I was on work call so I missed that. But an hour later they appeared.     I really enjoyed meeting the team that came out today to give us a quote on two new HVAC systems. They were incredibly kind and knowledgeable.     The Plumbing and Air service company employs a good bunch of guys who took care of my HVAC needs. The service guys were honest and showed me everything that was wrong with the unit and gave me several alternatives as to how to solve my HVAC issues. They had their salesperson, Donny come over in less than an hour to provide me with an estimate on replacing the unit since my HVAC was dying. Donny is an excellent sales person and explained everything in a very clear and informative manner. They were able to get me in the following day and had a brand new system installed so ease my mind of my new condo purchase. A+++

They were originally scheduled to arrive yesterday, they didnt and there was no notification. They did arrive the next day, surprise, again no notification. In addition Im still waiting for my invoice, because pretty sure I was not given the discount I was promised. But David and Davanti were wonderful.

    We called at approx 10am. They had a professional at our door by 12:19pm. They were courteous and knowledgeable. They replaced our water heater in a few hours. Afterward, they vacuumed and removed all debris.A class act. I would definitely call them again.NOTE1: If needed, the real review will be provided in several weeks. Hopefully, i wont have anything negative to add. 😉NOTE2: They used blue work coverings for their shoes. However, they did not use masks nor gloves. Im attributing that to the line of work?PART IIOur tech wanted to save us money. It appeared that the pressure relief valve didnt need to be replaced, saving us over $400. Great news.Unfortunately, later in the evening our water pressure dropped throughout the house. Bad news for my wallet.A testament to a contractor is their followup. Our tech returned the next morning (with mask and gloves), replaced the PRV and departed by 9:30am.We are pleased.

    We were on vacation and came home to wet carpeting and bubbled up flooring in our living and family rooms. We don’t know how long that had been going on but the plumbing service sent someone out immediately even though they were booked up. They found the leak and they handled it and even found a second leak. I’m just so glad to have it taken care of the same day that we found the issues. Of course we will have to have remediation and other work done but the plumbing aspect of it is handled. We have used this company numerous times

    Ethan is pleasant to talk to. I was very disappointed to pay $345 and find my plumbing issue was unchanged by his work . I called another plumber to do the job and called Ethan’s company to tell them to refund the money and I didn’t want them to do anything else. They explained that the $345 I’d paid covered a $300 camera service to determine the cause of my problem. Eventually I decided to let Ethan’s company continue work and I am glad that I did.I imagine Ethan needs experience and may learn to explain what your payment covers as soon as he finishes his work. He could have told me I was also paying for a camera survey of my sewer line that would be done for me if his work didn’t fix my problem.

    I would highly recommended The Plumbing & Air Service Co. I called due to a leaking bathtub faucet. The techs office even called and asked if they could come earlier than my scheduled appointment time, which was good for me. James and Brad both explained what the problem was, the cost and how long it would take to get the parts and repair it. They were both very friendly and I enjoyed talking to them. I am planning on getting a quote on a new HVAC from the company. I am a satisfied customer, and I will be a returning customer.

All of the management, staff and technicians they sent to our home were extremely professional and courteous. After finding the water shutoff he called these guys and in less than an hour they were here and had it fixed properly within 30 minutes.     My husband and I closed on our first home recently. Within two days of moving into the house we discovered there was at least one rodent (likely more) in the HVAC duct work. We peered into all the floor vents throughout the house and each vent was disgusting. We were pretty upset and frustrated because wed paid for a pest inspection and HVAC inspection before closing and were given clear reports. My manager recommended The Plumbing and Air Service Co. I called and explained our situation and asked for a quote on duct work cleaning. The person who answered the phone was friendly, empathetic, and professional. Scheduling an inspection was without hassle. Perrin and Tony were sent to inspect our duct work and HVAC. They too were friendly, empathetic, and professional. They spent nearly three hours performing a thorough inspection of all our duct work and HVAC. They took videos and pictures and documented their findings. Something else that I really appreciate is they took the time to involve me as much as I wanted and to explain their findings. There is a service charge for the inspection but its worth the cost to know the inspection was thorough. After they completed their inspection they offered me three separate quote options to allow me to choose what would be the best fit for us and our budget. I was extremely impressed with Perrin and Tony and the customer service they delivered. I highly recommend this company and their technicians!

    Just had a water heater replaced yesterday. Matt and Gary performed the work and did an exceptional job! Ours was a little complicated in that the water heater is in a kitchen pantry under a stairwell.They had limited space to work with and had to find a 40 gallon tank that would actually fit since the one that was on the truck was too large. These guys had a great attitude and did an excellent job in spite of the challenges with our water heater location. We couldnt be happier! Love doing business with this company!

    Fall 2029....Our Plummer, Devin, was professional, knowledgeable, and did a great job installing our new under mount silgranite sink which was deeper than our original sink. This company and the technician went above and beyond to ensure the proper installation and fit when the sink manufacturer strainer baskets were defective and they had to return to re-install the replacements. Can’t say enough about this company!Fall 2020...We were offered a complimentary fall check of our furnace and were very pleased with the service. We know our furnace is on its last leg at 17 years old and the technicians were able to replace our capacitor and clean the fan and furnace unit for a reasonable price. While additional maintenance services were offered, I never felt pressured and the advice and expertise offered by our technicians Devante and David was exceptional. It’s hard to find people you trust to give you good service and reasonable prices and this business is definitely one we will stick with for all our HVAC and plumbing needs.

    Symptoms: Over a 2-day period 2 toilets on the 1st floor became clogged, and draining the bathtub in the master bath resulted in water flooding the toilet area, coming up through the base of the toilet through the tiles.1st visit (Thursday): Joe and Ryan kept me in the loop at every step during their 3-hour effort to identify and locate the source of our main sewer line clog. They clearly explained each step in the process and made sure I saw what they saw during visual inspections, that roots had clogged the sewer line just outside the house. They showed me with their remote camera that trying to clear the blockage with an auger was ineffective. I couldnt help but be totally confident with their work.They explained that that portion of the sewer line would have to be excavated and replaced. I was amazed when they were able to schedule the work for the coming Monday. They explained that the excavation would likely take all day Monday, and possibly part of Tuesday, and would probably result in removing all (or most of) the bushes in the area and removal of tree branches in order to get the excavator in close enough.2nd Visit (Monday): The job went exceptionally well! The crew was able to expertly maneuver the excavator in with minimal impact, they only had to remove 2 bushes, and the excavation and pipe replacement was completed very quickly. In fact, the entire job was completed in only a litlle more than 5 hours!This is a company I could easily recommend to anyone, and I will certainly be using them for any future plumbing problems I might experience.
