Derrek was wonderful! Hes an expert at what he does. Fixed the drain issue and also discovered that the washer faucets were leaking. He was able to replace them and get everything back to normal. Great customer service!! I highly recommend him and Zoom Drain!!

Not only did zoom drain get me in last minute, they were able to come in earlier than expected and arrived promptly. They came in and were prepared to wear shoe coverings which Ive never experienced with other services. Anthony and Everett were extremely professional and pleasant to work with. It was a minor fix that was quick and easy. Overall very impressed by the communication and professionalism. I definitely found my go to plumbing co. My dogs also really liked them which means they are definitely good humans. Dogs know all.
