Talley Water was the original installer of the softener system in the home we purchased. Had them come out and check to make sure all was good and they were very professional, he tested the water and went over the whole system with me to show how it works, when to add salt, how to reset in power failure and what to look for when not working properly.Much appreciated and will continue to use Talley Water to service and maintain the unit. I would recommend Talley Water due to their incredible knowledge of all things water, their water filtration systems and very courteous and prompt service. Glen was an absolute pleasure to work with! He was very factual and took time in explaining everything to us. I never felt pressured or made feel guilty into buying the most expensive packages, which was what I had experienced when receiving quotes from other companies.

Im a first time customer who purchased a home with a Talley Water System already installed and working. The previous owner highly recommended them.She was a customer for more that 15 years. So.... I called and asked for a tech to come by and show me how things worked and what he would recommend for my particular system. Weve been using Talley Water Treatment for several years now. We had problems with the minerals in our water in the past and once the filter system was installed, those problems ceased! Our water is clear and wonderful now. AND, the service by the team is exceptional for regular maintenance and if there are any occasional issues, they are quick to provide assistance. These days I have a hard time trusting any company, but from the moment I first called Talley I knew they were different. When I first bought my house and inherited a water treatment system the owner came out and taught me about the system free of charge, and when we had some troubles with our equipment recently they went above and beyond in helping us take care of it. If you have water treatment needs I can’t recommend Talley water enough.

I had to have my home replumbed and the plumber advised that I should consider having a filtration system put in because of the water in my area. This was summer of 2014. My friend recommended Talley Water Treatment to me. I had their system put in immediately. Talley shows up to replace the filter and salt as needed. The first year they came once every 6 months until they knew my water usage, now they only have to come once a year. This is one thing (in my home) that I do not have to worry about. Call Talley and enjoy “clean” “healthy” water! Highly recommend!

Never had any problems with this company. We have had them service our whole house water for over 20 years now. Last year I asked Mr. Tally for advice about re-doing our water back-flush/French drains. They did a great job and Mr. Talley even called back to ask if he could come by one Saturday just to check on it. You can not ask for any better service than this!! We highly recommend this company to anyone who has water issues or just wants honest advice.

The project (acid neutralizer install) was done quickly and neatly, in spite of some unexpected issues on my end, which the techs addressed in short order, further demonstrating the depth of their experience. New customer per another 5 year customers recommendation. I have to say this company is very nice and reminds me of that old business mantra of a hand shake is all it takes! They responded on time and installation by Glen & Jack was about 2.5 hours approximately. Glenn explained everything in detail and even went over by-passing the system if you pressure wash so as to not use the system then putting it back in service. They even ran the flush out into our gutter underground drain that expels into the wood line which we are fortunate enough to be sitting on some acreage and near the wooded area beside our house to do this. The owner even followed up with a thank you note the day after! How is that for a company that most take your money and run. Now to the quality of the system.....Immediately and I mean immediately the cold water was a very noticeable softer to the touch and actually felt silky to the skin! Needless to say my wife was very happy. The pressure was even adjusted being a new build residence by Glenn & Jack due to the pressure tank having some air in the system as we have noticed a drop in pressure to an almost stop in water when we first turned on the faucets most often. Really I could go on more about this full house filtration system but it is pulling the iron from the water and no more stained toilet tanks as well. A great company to deal with and you even get one year service with the purchase of the system like we purchased. Hoping the longevity of the system is there too but for right now I can only report on the immediate and it is wonderful! Thanks Talley Water!

Talley Water really care about me and my service. I received a hand-written thank you note from the owner after I purchased a water treatment system. He followed that up with a personal phone call to see if everything was ok. A year later (Nov 2018), I had a small issue and left a message with them on a Sun afternoon. Just a few minutes later, I get a return call with a plan of action to correct small issue. Again, Ive had nothing but excellent customer service from the Talley team.

32 years of excellent service. I could go out of town and leave these employees with access to my house. I have hard water with a lot of iron and minerals that could ruin my pipes, yet the pipes have been fine and no stains on laundry or plumbing fixtures. This system has saved me $$$ in repairs.

I have been a customer of Talley Water for many years. I would be hard-pressed to think of ANY other company I work with that is more customer-service oriented, professional or ethical. They have bailed me out on a moments notice in an emergency. They looked at my service history and actually suggested a better plan with them that allowed me to pay LESS! Talley installed our unit in the 80s. A water test was performed and found high iron content which was making our white clothes dingy and dull. Only one small inexpensive piece has been replaced. Talley took over service of the unit about 15 years ago, the cost has barely increased over time. They are such nice folks, always announcing their arrival and departure explaining what was done. Could not ask for any better. Highly recommend.

I’ve known Warren for over 15 years. I never had the opportunity to consider water treatment until we moved into Guilford county. With a well service In the house new to us we ran water tests from Guilford County came back acceptable. Soon later we found out that we had an acidic water situation that contributed to the deterioration of copper piping in our home and also was exacerbating my wife’s stomach issues. We tried BOTTLED high pH water and this resolved her problem @ $.79 per gallon! Needless to say Talley water was less expensive.Talley water service was able to eliminate the acid water situation and provide additional filtration To improve the quality of our water. The previous owners had recently installed a well liner to eliminate iron content in the water while that was a beneficial and eliminated staining in the porcelain fixtures in the house there was still a significant amount of iron in the water needless to say we had to consider some help for our water system.To improve the quality of our water. We had some future house improvements that required that they make a substantive change in the normal installation that require drilling through masonry foundation work in brick brick veneer. In addition to that they had to deal with extremely tight crawlspace in over 3000 ft.² of crawlspace.Glen from Talley water service did a masterful job of installation and correction in our wellhead and the infrastructure from our well to an improperly installed pressure tank. He removed very old and ineffective filtration devices, incorrectly installed plumbing to and from the pressure tank and neatly and compactly installed the new filtration devices.This was all done in a single day! In our difficult plumbing circumstances and incorrectly installed water delivery Glen did an excellent job in an unbelievably short period of time and very difficult circumstances.We couldn’t be happier with the results. The change and not only the pH of the system and the removal of latent amounts of iron but the delivery of the water to our home really never changed!I would give Talley water my highest recommendation!
