    When we purchased our home four years ago it still had the original gas water heater that was installed in 2006. Over the course of four years wed contracted with other plumbing companies for small jobs and they supplied us with quotes to replace the water heater (with either another standard tank or tankless). We had concerns with replacing the water heater due to it being located in the attic. Eventually the time came when the pilot would not stay lit on the old unit. Not completely satisfied with the service delivered by other plumbing companies we found Central Carolina Air (CCA) online and were impressed with their Google reviews. At this point, the pilot is out and were without hot water. I called on Wednesday and the person I spoke with was friendly, informative, and up front about the diagnostic fee if we opted to troubleshoot the issue. Instead, we chose to schedule a visit for a free quote (for replacement). Chris arrived and discussed options with us. He was very knowledgeable and assured us that we would be 100% satisfied with their work. Calvin and Dacoda arrived the next day to install our new tankless. They went above and beyond; excellent service! One of our concerns about replacing the water heater was removing it from the attic without damaging the attic access. Impressively they did just that. They did a wonderful job installing the tankless and ensuring that everything met code. I highly recommend CCA!

    My experience with Dakota Valenzuela-Garcia was excellent. He was professional and trustworthy, and he did a great job installing a new hot water heater and fixing a leaky tub faucet. I have the “whole house” contract with Central Carolina, and I love it. Everyone who comes out to my house to do work has been excellent. They take care of me, with above and beyond service. I highly recommend Central Carolina Heating and Air!

    Friendly and knowledgeable. Brandon answered all of our questions. Took before and after pictures of the maintenance visit to show exactly what was addressed. Appreciated that our options were explained clearly and in order of priority of what should be addressed first and what could wait until a later time. Also love that there is a call and text before the technician comes, letting you know the name of who is coming and showing a picture of the technician coming. Excellent customer service!

    Jorge came on time as promised. We had a little personal conversation and then went right into servicing the generator. He taught me a lot of things about the generator and what to do when certain lights come on. He did the service and cleaned to look like new. He tested it by turning off the main power and letting it come on. Great job done by a great employee. Never once tried to push anything on me to buy.

    CCAC did a great job on a heating repair. They arrived same-day when the unit went down. It was much appreciated with it being 15 degrees out. He diagnosed the short and had it repaired with a new breaker in no time.

    Very pleased with CCAC. My tune up technician, Joseph was very friendly, professional and courteous.     Christian was pleasant, professional, and thorough. He answered all my questions, cleaned and checked every thing necessary. He also recommended 2 repairs for preventative care for our hvac unit and performed them right then and there immediately.     Chad Maness is a professional and knowledgeable technician who was the lead installer for the complete forced air heating and AC system we purchased from Central Carolina. The new American Standard Gas Furnace replaces the 42 yr old boiler-baseboard hot water heating system which was no longer efficient or safe to operate. Chad explained all the work that would be involved. He and his assistant, Brandon Courtney were very respectful about preferences we had re: location of the new gas supply line, exhaust venting, electrical connection, thermostat location and other homeowner options for the new furnace. Likewise, our install preferences for the new American Standard AC system were honored. Chad is an expert in everything that was done and his long-term service with Central Carolina made us feel confident about our selection for the equipment and required work. In fact, after observing how diligently Chad and Brandon worked on that job, we decided to replace another AC system for a separate addition to our home. We had a pending proposal from Jason Glancy in Sales for that job. After observing the top-notch work performed by Chad and Brandon, we decided to purchase the additional AC system. Another crew installed that unit, but Chad was involved, as well. From start to finish, both jobs were expertly installed, passed Greensboro City code and safety inspection and are operating beyond our expectations. Kudos to Chad Maness, Brandon and Central Carolina. We are switching all our HVAC business and maintenance services to them. We are impressed by their personnel and the high quality work and service they provide.

    Good Day,Trajan Weatherspoon came to us very early in the morning. He took his time to explaining every little detail. In addition, he even put the screws back in place.     My experience with Central Carolina Air Conditioning has been a very pleasant one. My interactions with team members Roger Bostic (technician) and Roger Tullock (sales) were very professional and informative. Both have solid knowledge of HVAC systems and were very patient in explaining things to me before I made the decision to proceed forward in replacing my older unit. The installation team were prompt on the day of the install and workd very hard in getting the new system up and running in a timely fashion.     CCAC always gives us great service and advice when we have options. We switched to CCAC after another large HVAC company repeatedly tried to fleece us on furnace repairs.     Central Carolina Air has been to my home several times for Preventive Maintenance and everyone Ive interacted with has been wonderful.     My experience with CCAC has been great. They put a new furnace and A/C unit in last year and they do maintenance twice a year now. David came today and was great!!     Brian was very knowledgeable and caring. He performed his diagnostics and quickly knew what my issues were. He offered to fix them the same day. Due to my elderly aunt and 2 kids living In This home so i agreed.     It was blooming hot and I just wanted to get my AC checked over. Better to be aware of potential future problems than be surprised. The service was done well and done quickly. I was provided pictures of the unit before it was cleaned. I was impressed enough with the overall service that I signed up for the year long service plan. Kind of like AAA for my air and heat.Edited add-on:Months later I had an issue with my heat. Called on a Friday, they came out and found the problem, we had a nice weather weekend with space heaters, and then Central Carolina Air fixed the problem on the next Monday. I am still 100% happy with their service.

    Terrance and Jorge installed a transfer switch for me. They are both highly professional, friendly, and thoroughly competent in what they do.     Jamel came to our home to complete our biannual maintenance. It was great to open our door to such a cheerful and respectful technician. He was happy to listen to any concerns or requests I had; as I did ask him to adjust the air flow going to our bedroom, which he took care of. And he also looked into another potential issue for us as well. Before he left he showed me what the report would look like that I’d be receiving via email with all of his findings. Definitely excellent customer service all around. We’d highly recommend Central Carolina to anyone!!!

    I feel very comfortable with this company and staff. I was given ALL of the information available (needed) so I could make the best decision. I asked for my yearly maintenance, and they found a problem with my 3 year old heatpump. He explained about the service fees and possibly of parts and suggested that I go to the company that installed the heatpump. While that seems counterintuitive, it is not. They are not getting a (hopefully) small fee from me now, but they do have all of my business from now on.Excellent, excellent, excellent.

Every single issue we had was from an install.     Willie was awesome! I have 4 dogs and he is allergic to dogs but that didn’t stop him one bit. He was prepared for this.Willie took his time and found the problem. He was able to find a part for my old unit and ordered it.He then came back and replaced the part and now my AC is working again. I am so grateful.Even though he was here way past 5pm he was not in a hurry. He treated me like I was his first customer of the day.

    I was fortunate enough to have Joseph S. come out and handle the start of my maintenance contract today. Not only was he professional and polite but he was very good at explaining what he saw and recommended. I could tell that he did his work very thoroughly and cared about doing it right. Not only was Joseph good but the company has a good system in place as well for documentation.     Roger was very thorough in his analysis of our furnace, picking up some items needing attention on his initiative. He offered us three options on future maintenance so we were satisfied with our choice. He also replaced our carbon monoxide monitor which had become faulty and advised how to test a unit if the alarm went off in the future . It was a good visit.
