Phay Plumbing is a total 5 star plumbing company. They are knowledgeable, quick to respond (they came out on Christmas Eve on very short notice) and have very good pricing. We found them by chance after our old plumber retired. We will be only using Phay Plumbing for the future. They did water softeners for us, reverse osmosis at several locations, adjusted all the tankless water heaters, and chased down and repaired a lot of other plumbing issues. They can handle any project, big or small. I talked to the owner, Michael, at length and he is a family man, proud small business owner and total professional. He has other guys that work for him (Jake is one guy we also really like) who are equally impressive. Plus, they are veterans!!!!! I can easily recommend them to anyone.

Phay Plumbing is an exemplary company that leaves other companies behind. The quote was reasonable and the work exceptional. The quoted price did not change even when they had to do additional work. Communication was the best I have had with a company and contractors. The office staff was friendly and took pride in their company. The contractors called daily with updates and were always on time, clean and professional. They took photos during the work and explained each process as they completed it. I would definitely recommend Phay Plumbing.

We were in a pinch with some kitchen plumbing concerns hours before our new kitchen cabinet remodel. We called Phay plumbing and were helped with a live person right over the phone. And then they came out to replace what was needed. They showed up promptly and even showed us what he was doing so we could do it ourselves in the future if needed. That kind of customer service is hard to come by these days. Super friendly, fast and efficient. We were thrilled with our experience and I saved his number in my phone so they’re my first call next time we need a plumber.

Im not one to leave Google reviews, but the service I received this morning from Mike, owner of Phay Plumbing absolutely warrants a 5 star review. I own a 22 year-old home in Canyon Trails in Goodyear, the Moen shower cartridge had gone bad on existing shower handle. I extracted the original one, but couldnt for the life of me get a new one in. I started with one of Phays competitors and was told my brass valve was too pitted and he would need to cut an access panel in drywall and replumb, for $1300!!! Mike came out within an hour of speaking on the phone, recognized that a piece of the old cartridge was lodged in the valve. He extracted it, installed new cartridge, shower handle and head, and saved me over $1100 right before Christmas. Amazing service. Integrity still matter at Phay Plumbing. I will never call anyone else again.

I had a leak around 8:00 pm under my kitchen sink. My husband is a truck driver so he is not home most of the time. I spoke to Britney over the phone and she was so nice and understanding of my situation. I felt like I was asking dumb questions, but she was so professional and was ready to take care of what I need. Her husband showed up within 20 minutes and there was no more leak. I guess I had fixed the problem when I had tighten the tubes together. I wasn’t aware that I fixed it. I was ready to pay the $150.00 for the emergency fee and he didn’t charge me. Even though the leak was fixed, he couldve charged me for his time. It was late at night. I totally recommend Phay Plumbing and I will for sure be using them moving forward for any plumbing issues.

We called Michael, owner of Phay Plumbing, because of his five star reviews and because we had a clogged sewer pipe. When he arrived he used his snake to find the obstruction, then he used a camera so we could look at what it was that was blocking the flow to the main. What the camera saw was Mesquite roots. He told me it wasn’t going to be an easy fix and explained what he had to do to make the repairs. He used a mini backhoe to dig 7 feet and then 3 feet, by hand, to make the repair. When he finished you could not see where he had dug . He gave us a fair price and was professional in all aspects. Thanks

Toilet FIXED! We called Phay to help us with a clogged toilet despite all of our efforts to use a toilet plunger with no success. Jake, one of the technicians, was super friendly and knowledgeable and after a 5 minute assessment of the issue he was able to figure out what he had to do. He fixed our toilet within 15 minutes!He also spent the time to go into detail as to why the toilet was clogged in the first place and what things we could do to help prevent this issue from happening again. 10/10 experience and we will definitely be using them again in the future. Hello...this review will serve as an update to my review below pertaining to the installation issues involving our stainless steel kitchen sink.I commend Michael for his positive and great customer service promotion/response involving his business. Once Michael gained an understanding of the appearance issues pertaining to the installation of the sink, he worked to offer/provide a VERY satisfactory response. GREATLY appreciated!++++++++++Below you will find my first review of Michaels work at our home, which resulted in a 5 Star result. However, and unfortunately, I need to provide only a 2 Star review for his latest work at our home, which involved putting in a stainless steel kitchen sink.Our old kitchen sink was cast iron, so taking it out wasnt an easy project and I think Michael and his assistant, Jake, worked hard to remove it safely. The issue resulting in only a 2 star rating this time involves a very sloppy sealing the area around the sink using a clear silicone substance. This resulted in Michael using a sharp tool to remove the silicone that was excess placed around the sink.The aforementioned effort resulted in a number of cuts to the stainless steel top on the left side of the sink. My wife found them after Michael left; he didnt even mentioned what had happened. When I sent a text the next day to inform him of what we had found and asked for his guidance on how to possibly remove them. I didnt hear back from him, so I followed up with another text asking for assistance. Jake responded to my text stating that what I had found on a Google search for assistance was about the only way of trying to remove the cuts.My wife and I are extremely unhappy with the cuts to our new sink that apparently cannot be removed AND the fact that Michael didnt inform us of what happened when he made those cuts while trying to remove the excess silicone he applied.+++++++Our first time having Michael in our home to work a couple of different plumbing endeavors. Very nice gentleman with a great understanding of how to address our plumbing needs.Pricing of work was reasonable and accomplished within a reasonable time period. Michael shared his plumbing knowledge with his apprentice, Jake. Also, a very likeable man eager to learn.In summary, we will continue to use Michael for our home plumbing needs.

Came home to realize water leaking out from bottom wall in garage (behind the laundry room). Called them and they arranged Michael out the next day at 8.00am to check it out. They were quick to find out the leak coming from the hot water line concealed in the drywall. Although they had to cut 2 holes in the laundry room to fix the leak but they were able to repair the leak. Its been 3 days and I dont see any water leaking out from the wall anymore. Michael and his team was professional, knowledgeable and polite.

Michael came by for water heater pilot light problem. Fixed in minutes and did not charge anything for his visit. He has a high standard for excellent work coupled with high integrity. His attitude and perspective was a nice surprise give out past history with Parker and Sons (too expensive and always upselling - I suspect they get a commission on sales).

Contacted Phay plumbing & spoke with the owner Michael that was kind enough to come out that same night after his already busy day. He explained in our initial call that he would come out for a free estimate & if he was able to fix the issue (leaking laundry valves that were beginning to cause water damage) he would repair it right then & there. Thankfully he & his coworker were able to replace the valves, fixing the issue. They took the time to answer all of our questions & give us all of our options. They were very nice & easy to work with, well priced as well & will absolutely be using Phay Plumbing Services again. I had a licensed plumber not finish the restoration of my home after sewer pipe replacement. I waited over 60 days with little communication. My big mistake was paying this plumbing contractor in full, before the work was completed.I needed to get my sewer lines, plumbing, and home restored.I sought out quotations from 3 different plumbers.I selected Michael Phay because he took the time to listen and provided solutions. He promised he would be completed in a week. He did not ask for payment up front. He finished my plumbing, completed as promised. Would absolutely recommend Michael to absolutely everyone!! We had a pipe break inside our wall and my kitchen sink was draining into my dining room and also exterior entryway. Called one of the big name guys and waited all day for them to show up and tell us they couldn’t do anything without a camera first that they did not have on their van that day. With an estimate of $312 to $600 plus to do the “necessary camera inspection” prior to starting any work “depending on the camera that was on the van dispatched” that just felt like a big red flag with the big name guy who is always on radio and TV ads. Called Michael and he was out and had it completely fixed for about $300 more than the camera diagnostic quote from the big name in less than 24 hours. I am so, so glad that a friend recommended him!! He is extraordinarily professional, courteous, friendly and just all and all a very nice guy. He absolutely has my business from this day forward and I HIGHLY recommend him for all your plumbing needs. There needs to be more Michaels in this world! An afterhours snafu with an outdoor hose nozzle led to our SOS. Water shut down and help was on the way and yes it was late! Mike came to our rescue. We highered another well known company to service our soft water system and the tech turned on the unit. Mind you it had been off for 3 yrs. The unit blew up and shot beads with resin in to our entire home. When we called the tech to come back, he said we would have to call a plumber. We panicked because we had family coming into town for the holidays and had no water. Thankfully I had scheduled Mike the same day to service our water heater. I messaged him what happened and he cleared his schedule to fix our major issues. I cant thank him enough. He was honest, proficient and very reasonable with his prices. Hands down, hes our guy👍

I am very thankful for Michael Phay with Phay Plumbing. He called me back within minutes after I reached out and his knowledge was immediately evident. He was able to make an assessment from the pictures I sent him and fit me in the same day , it was late evening so it seems to me this was above and beyond. When I worked with previous plumbing companies I have had to wait days to get help so talk about being prompt! My issue was related to a dishwasher not draining. He quickly diagnosed the issue in the drain tube and walked my husband through the process as he did it so if it happens again we can fix it ourselves. While this is not necessarily an emergency with two toddlers, it was really great to get our dishwasher back with our busy family! We used a previous chain company for a similar issue and it was not a great experience. I would absolutely recommend Phay Plumbing and will 100% using them again if the need arises.

He ended up having to replace the valve, a flange that was extremely old and even installing the new toilet for free.
