First, Austin showed up right when he said. He gave me a window, but I didn’t have to wait all day. As a first time homeowner I had lots of questions about the reverse osmosis system and the issues I was having with it. He explained how it worked, things I could do, and rather than try to sell me some outrageously priced system he let me know I could pick one up at Home Depot and he’d install it for me. Second, I had called a few places and been given quotes, but Austin’s prices were fair and he actually came in less than originally quoted. Super grateful to find an honest business owner in the area.

He troubleshot the problem to the shower valve and replaced it. It now works better then it ever did. He also was able to repair it under the estimated price. My 6.5 year old water heater (with a 6 year warranty) had a steady stream of water leaking from the upper panel. I called Barrett Plumbing and Austen arrived later that afternoon. I had the option of repairing it for around for a third of the price of replacement. I chose the replacement option. Austen arrived within the schedule window and was finished shortly thereafter. Once again, we can take hot showers.

I noticed a leak starting to develope on the piping of the temperature control valve going to my master bathtub. I contacted Barrett Plumbing and very quickly had an appointment set with them to come out. I was able to take some pictures of the issue and email them in so the plumber would have a visual of the problem before arriving.Not many plumbing companies do that. Within a couple hours, I was notified that Austin, the owner, had completed his last job earlier than expected and was able to stop by the same afternoon. I of course jumped on the opening and am not disappointed I did. The leak was fixed in minutes after arrival. He was extremely knowledgeable, used the latest and greatest equipment to get the job done right, and was very professional. He left the area he worked on cleaner than he found it and of course leak free. I will be using them in the future for any and all of my plumbing issues.

He was on time and informative. He had to replace our water heater completely. He was only supposed to replace heating elements and it turned out that we needed to replace. He had stock and went to pick up and replaced that day! He didnt say I will schedule for tomorrow like most commercial companies say when that was not the original plan. He also had great prices. Gave his opinion as if it was his home and what he would do. He also recommended against a rebuild due to cost efficiency and us wanting to replace eventually. So we just did it. I had a clogged drain in the sewer line to the street and ultimately was told by another company that I had a tree root entering the line and the line appeared to be collapsing but Barret took a look at it and I had a belly sag in my sewer line to the street that clogged. Austin came out was in time and quoted me a price. Said it should only take a few hours to dig up and repair. The line ended you being a little deeper than thought and the had to tunnel a little bit. When they were done and I was billed price came out a little better and Austin took the time to explain what the issue was and explain the repair they did. I hope to not ever have to call them again but if I have an plumbing issue they will be my first call

These guys are top notch and amazing! After out kitchen sink started to back up and our own drain clearing did not work, we called someone out. Found the problem (sort of) and what needed to be done but it was a little obnoxiously priced so we sent out this project.
