    I believe my technicians name was Brett he was fabulous. He came out asap and had my AC up and running within 1 hour. He was up front with everything he did. He also let me know that one other part is ready to go out. I didnt have enough to fix that right now. So he did show me what to look for. Just in case it does go out. I cant say enough good things about ICON and their technicians.I highly recommend this company for all your AC needs.

    Rhett, Oscar and Adam are amazing!! They came out and installed a split unit for our office. They were very professional and friendly. They cleaned up after themselves and left the place much cooler then they found it. :) HIGHLY recommend this company and these guys.

    I have worked with ICON for years without worry that my needs will be met. I get 24/7 service and response. Just last night ICON was at one of my stores almost as i hing up the phone requesting them onsite. Issue resolved within minutes and the tech checked for alternate issues and tidy-upd some things that honestly he didnt have to touch but did so that we would be taken care of above and beyond. Thank you ICON for being that work horse I cant do without.

    Wow....there are a lot of Scams and Bad AC companies in AZ.....this company is what an outstanding AC service should be and what other AC places should strive for. Rhett is not only knowledgeable and a hard worker, but a very nice and friendly person. He helped us above and beyond. Price was extremely fair and workmanship top Notch. Also they dont look for problems so much as future fixes so you dont have costly issues down the road. I mean why have a yearly maintenance check up if the AC experts cant foresee some issues. Rhett will be our AC go to guy. This company is stamped in my contacts. You wanna be cool Rhett is your dude!!!!😎

    We recently had Shelton Commercial Refrigeration Repair come out and install a new American Standard heat pump system in our house. Their work was very professional and the installers were great - informative and knowledgeable. We are very impressed with the company and will be recommending them to all of our friends.     Icon is the best!My AC kicked the bucket. Had Icon come out, let me know what was up. Decided to replace the whole system. They gave me three estimates on different options. Unfortunately, I had to wait to save up money longer than I initially expected, but they honored their original estimate when I was finally ready to pay and get started. Their techs are world-class. Text us on the estimates, updates on options and everything. They notified us immediately about everything.I even reached out to them weeks later to recommend a trustworthy insulation installer because I don’t really have good references. That’s how much I trust them to give me accurate info. They did a great job and a great price and always with professional service. They’re my go-to for my AC needs.

    I called Icon due to a 2006 Carrier heat pump tripping the breaker and not working. Erica from the front office called to let me know when the tech was going to be there. The tech Rhett showed up on time and went straight to work. He explained what he was checking and what he found. My condenser was bad, Rhett gave me the options and we went with a new system. Rhett went and picked up the new system. He had it installed the same day. His professionalism was amazing. This has been the best experience I have had with a HVAC company ever. Their pricing is good, and their work is top notch. I highly recommend Icon and their team. They care about their customers and it shows.

    The last week we have had the best experience with this company! My family was without air conditioning for 2 weeks while we were waiting for someone else to repair it. Got ahold of Ernie at Icon Mechanical and he sent someone out to fix the problem. The gentleman that repaired our air conditioner, Rhett, was so kind, helpful, respectful, informative, made us feel comfortable and did the job so quickly. He even stayed until my house cooled down to be sure it worked efficiently. 10/10 recommend them and if you can, request Rhett, you won’t be disappointed!

    I spoke to Erica about my AC early on the morning she was awesome she took my information said she would call me by 7 with an ETA she called a few minutes before letting me know the tech would arrive about 8 am.. Erica was friendly courtesy and professional. Thank you Erica I appreciate you.The tech (Rhett) arrived at about 8 started work right away. He fixed what needed fixed did not try to sell me additional work. He went out of his way to explain everything he had done. I asked for a new thermostat he put one in with no question showed how to program it. Very professional.     From the first phone call this was a good experience. Dispatch was friendly and gave a reasonable timetable to expect the tech to arrive. Rhett the service tech went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of while preparing the estimate for a condenser. He checked in and kept me in the know where we were at in the process until the unit was installed. And even followed up to make sure that we were satisfied with the job a few days later. Hard to find employees like Rhett in any line of work.

    I recently had a horrible experience with Fernies Heating and AC but ICON Mechanical blew them out of the water. After waiting over a month in a half during the hottest time of the year for a part, ICON fixed everything within a week. WOW, not only absolutely professional but they took the time to explain the process and what was exactly wrong. The Technician Rhett was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond (Thanks Rhett)! I work for a well known Fuel Retailer in Arizona and deal with many Vendors daily. Without a doubt Id suggest ICON Mechanical to join our Team as a Vendor. After going from one bad experience with the Owner of a horribly ran Company to one that operates with the utmost respect and precision was FANTASTIC!     We own a restaurant and our walk-in went out during the hottest part of the summer. We called another company and they charged us an arm and a leg to come out before telling us it would be over $10k for a new unit. We wanted a second opinion so we called icon and Rhett came out and he was the best technician ever. He tried to find us a used unit to help us save. Trust me we wanted a new unit but as a restaurant struggling through covid that wasn’t an option. When they couldn’t find us a new unit Rhett came back out and rebuilt our unit. Best company I’ve worked with in a long time.

    It’s the beginning of summer in Arizona and temperatures are starting to rise past 100 degrees and my air conditioning went out at my home. I called Icon Mechanical and they swiftly came to diagnose the problem and fix the unit that same day, along with fixing other issues due to previous AC mechanics. This is by far the most professional and most reliable company I’ve dealt with throughout my 20years of owning my home. Not to mention the best price. Thanks to ICON Mechanical, my long Arizona summer will be as cool as an igloo!

    Heats coming soon I should turn on my AC to check it. What do know no cold air?? Had two different AC companies come out and examine my problem both said your systems old going to be exspensive to fix it and who knows how long it will last if they do? Called ICON spoke with an awesome gentlemen named Rhet. Gave him the rundown on everything said I needed a new system, he had all my info and a quote ready for me in a matter of a few hours (while he was still working elsewhere!) I look over the quotes very reasonable, next thing I know I get a phone call from Rhet saying hey Id like to look at your old system, just to make sure its truly not functional? I said sure. Punctual the next morning, runs a few tests fixes a quick part...bam cold air! Saved me a fortune in these tough times! They truly do see us as a big AZ family, and its the only phone number for AC repair youll ever need! From my family to yours I say thank you Icon Mechanical!

    Our A/C went out the day we were going on vacation. I called ICON and they sent someone out to see what the problem was. I was afraid that when we got back a week later we would be miserable. I noticed on my cameras that one of the technicians (Jose) was there installing a new motor. What a relief it was to know that when we got back we would have a/c. At no time did Jose need to enter the house, very professional! Jose left me a note explaining all that was done. Thanks to Jose and Team ICON we have a/c and it is working great!!!!Ray
