I had a fantastic experience with the company. From their service coordinator on the phone, to their technician, Austin. He was incredibly nice and friendly, even taking the time to greet my pets and make them comfortable. Austin arrived at my house in less than two hours on Labor Day weekend, which was impressive. He was very considerate of my space, ensuring everything was kept clean and orderly. Austin took the time to explain the repair process and clearly outlined all the costs and services involved, so there were no surprises. I highly recommend Austin for anyone needing AC repair—excellent service all around!

A Quality HVAC/Plumbing was fantastic! We felt they cared about our air issue from the time we made the initial phone call until the tech left our home.It was 114° outside and our air was out. Within 3 hours they had a personable and knowledgeable tech at our door! Aidan was very thorough and informative; he even had a diagnostic video of our A/C unit to show us the issue. He said he would do all he could to leave us with cooler air before he left and he came through on that promise. His bid was a third of what we had been quoted by another company.They have our future business and we will recommend them to anyone we know who needs HVAC/Plumbing services!

While inspecting he volunteered to replace my filters I had on hand but just hadnt gotten around to bringing out the ladder to do. Answered all my questions and concerns regarding AC replacement during estimate.I have not decided yet, but this company and Enrique made me feel very comfortable with how they would perform replacement of my 25 yr old system.Enrique was also able to advise that I had an air balance issue without running the system, he confirmed that master bedroom is coldest room in the house (it really is without me telling him that info). No other company advised me on this...Im just saying he really seemed to know his stuff and assured me the air balance would be taken care of during replacement if I chose their company.

Chase was awesome. Arrived on time, did an inspection of my HVAC unit, complete with video, and pointed out the areas that will eventually need to have work done. Brought in his ladder to check my air filter and explained the difference between filter ratings and what they can do for your home and your system (I upgraded to the Merv 11 rating). Overall, Chase was very knowledgeable, friendly and when we discussed eventually replacing the a/c unit, wasnt pushy or trying to be a hard sell. This is the second time Ive used A Quality HVAC and will continue to do so. I have some plumbing projects coming up and Ill probably use them there as well. Give them a call. You wont be disappointed!

Chase went over the complete system, making a video to show me all of the details of the current setup. The result of his complete, detailed evaluation of the system is: need new zone board and rewiring of the system that currently has some jury-rigged wiring. Excellent job!! When all the parts are available, he will be back to do the zone board/rewiring. I am super pleased with his work - and the pricing for the big job! And looking forward to my club membership with AQuality HVAC!Chase came back and installed the new zone board and accomplished the rewiring. All was excellent. With other aspects of the system needing some maintenance (mostly preventive to keep the system operating at top efficiency) we scheduled the Mid-Range Service which includes duct-cleaning and cleaning and upgrading work on items in the system.We had discussed possibilities of separating the hallway bedroom from the casita and Aidan would come and evaluate if/how that could be accomplished.The duct-cleaning crew came and did a great job. Then Chase came back to do the work on the cleaning/upgrading of system items in the attic. Aidan also came and did a lot of evaluation of the bedroom/casita zone to try and determine what might be feasible to take care of that problem. He thinks that if it is feasible to move the thermostat from the casita to the bedroom that would basically alleviate the problem. He decided that he needed further technical consultation before a decision could be made. He carefully explained all of the factors to me.Meanwhile, Chase worked for several hours on the system items performing the cleaning and upgrading. His video clearly showed that the job had been accomplished extremely proficiently. As with his previous visits, he demonstrated the highest degree of professionalism, courtesy and thoroughness in his work..

Doesn’t appear that I can write a new review, so I will just add to my original (still 5 stars).We had a duct cleaning done on Tuesday and then Chase came out on Wednesday to clean our whole AC unit. He spent all day here and worked hard. We keep our home warm in the day and then cool way down to sleep, that night the house didn’t cool down. Called A Quality HVAC the next morning and explained (to the very nice receptionist that is always pleasant to speak with) the situation. Chase wasn’t available but they sent another qualified technician (Manny) to investigate the situation and he did find a leak. The company determined that the leak had been missed or perhaps it might have even happened during cleaning but they were going to remedy the issue at no cost to us. Manny fixed it to a point that would last until morning until they could send another technician out with the proper tools to fix permanently. The next day Chase arrived and explained what he was going to do and how long it would take. Our AC is now working properly and I’m very happy with the service I always receive from A Quality HVAC.Our technician was John and he was very knowledgeable and helpful. Very respectful of our property and understanding of our elderly dog that barked at him and we asked that he just ignore her. We loved the video he took and explained to us his suggestions. We feel good about having A Quality HVAC Services as our company to take care of our air conditioning and heating needs.

We are in the market the get a new A/C unit installed and asked A Quality to come out for an estimate. The gentleman that came out was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He took his time and looked over everything before providing the estimate. After receiving a few other quotes from highly rated companies, A Qualitys quotes were quite a bit higher, by roughly 25%-33%. Additionally, the brand A Quality recommend Goodman which is a very popular but also considered to be the bottom of the barrel or affordable systems. For that reason, we decided to go with another company.

I originally wanted a second opinion after another company was not successful in doing the repair, but I ended up having A Quality complete the job. We are very happy and cool customers! (Summer 2023)********The review above was posted the first time we used A Quality. We did have to call them out again for a different issue on our HVAC system. I will preface this by saying that before we found A Quality, we had spent almost 4 years doing different repairs with other companies on our unit. Here is an update from Jan/Feb. 2024:A Quality lived up to their name on our recent install. Our 9 year old heat pump stopped working and their team came out the next day to check it out. They diagnosed a condenser leak and gave us estimates on repair. When we looked at the cost of repair, we asked for a quote on a whole new system. Enrique was so pleasant and informative. We never felt pressured to buy a new system, in fact, Enrique told us that on a 9 year old system, they dont often mention whole replacement. After deciding upon going in that direction, he gave us many different options. This being our first major HVAC purchase, we got several other estimates from other companies just to do our due diligence. While a couple came in a bit lower than A Quality, the quality of their units was less than the Inverter unit we ultimately decided on. That coupled with the comfort we felt with every interaction, either over the phone with Rita, or in person with several technicians, made our decision easy. Looking forward to working with them on the upkeep of this new unit along with the plumbing services we have now subscribed to. Coming back soon to install a kitchen faucet and a bathroom faucet and replacing the turn off valves that dont work.He is a very reliable young man.

We had the BEST experience with Quality HVAC! We’ve used them in the past and we’ve had the same consistently exception experience every time. Today we had Adrian out, he was so professional and thorough. He put together a personalized short video of our system and what he saw during his inspection (which was super helpful because it was all stuff I wouldn’t have seen otherwise in the attic and within our A/C). It was so cool! Such a special touch. We will definitely be using them again and recommend them to everyone!

My heating system wasn’t working just my AC. Aidan came out looked over everything in great detail. All I needed was just a new thermostat after careful examination. He was fast and thorough with everything. Probably one of the most professional genuine individuals I’ve had assist me with my home.
