Last year they jumped to the call when there was a major bathroom leak. Previous year, I had him install a tankless water heater. I wouldnt trust anyone else to do the job! Happy satisfied customer for 5 years now.

I am beyond happy that I called Tommy at Estrella Mountain Plumbing! I had a sudden leak in my kitchen sink and texted them to schedule an appointment. They literally texted me back in minutes and were at my house that same morning. It was a garbage disposal issue. So Tommy went to pickup a new garbage disposal and came back to install it very quickly! I am super happy with the service and very reasonable price. Customer for life! Thank you all at EMP!

From start to finish, my experience with Estrella Mountain Plumbing showcased what customer service with honesty and integrity should be. Hesitant in making the initial call as it was something I knew I could do but didnt want to make the investment in the proper tools I decided to outsource my plumbing need to a professional - and true professionals they are. I made the call late in the afternoon and let their dispatcher know what service I needed performed involving my water softener (the company who installed it never installed any bypass valves on the loop) and I inquired if an estimate could be given, having been in the service industry myself, I truly appreciated being asked if they could return my call as the person who answered wasnt entirely sure. To me that was the best way of handling my request. In just a short time, a return call was made and was surprised that the ballpark estimate was below what I had expected and the communication didnt just stop their. I was called and told that there was a slight delay in parts and called a couple of times to confirm the appointment. Once their tech showed up to my home, he introduced himself with his name and a firm handshake, his appearance and attire was very clean considering I could very well have been his last job for the day. I walked him over to where the water softener was and was blown away that he took the time to explain to me what needed to be done and how it needed to be done. I was further impressed by his honesty when he said that an accessory I had purchased in preparation for the removal of the water softener was really all I needed and that ball valves were not needed. He also took the time to educate me on a couple of things and answered a few questions I had. Not once did he make me feel like I was an idiot for not doing the job myself. I happily paid their invoice (which was obviously less than I was quoted) for the quick work and the knowledge he left me with.

Great Service!!! Had a Delta shower valve that reached its death bed and had to be buried. The entire housing had to be replaced and they got it done at a very reasonable price compared to some other shops. They got me switched over to Moen and took care of the issue ASAP! Huge thank you again and would definitely recommend their service!

I moved here a year and 1/2 ago and didn’t know anyone. My house is not new so things started needing repair namely plumbing. I had no hot water in my tub and needed a new garbage disposal so I googled good plumbers near me. Estrella Mountain Plumbing had awesome reviews and now I know why. Tommy is amazing, super knowledgeable, courteous, prompt and friendly! He fixed the tub and installed my new disposal in no time. I just had him and Nate (also amazing) back to install a new water heater last week. What I thought would take many hours was done and working in an hour and they fixed some leaks in the bathrooms. I recently purchased a home in Goodyear, and wanted to do several upgrades before moving in: tub in the second bathroom changed out to walk-in glass shower, replace and upgrade shower fixtures in master bath, new toilets in all bathrooms, add a laundry room sink, install gas lines for dryer in laundry room and for gas stove in kitchen, and install an on-demand whole house water heater.Estrella Mountain Plumbing handled everything perfectly, from arranging for the needed permits and post-installation city inspection, to coordinating their onsite activity with other trades. Tommy (the owner) and his office assistant Nicole were terrific to work with, always arrived when promised, and always either answered calls live or returned voicemail messages very promptly. Workers treated the property with respect and cleaned up after themselves each day. Tommy made it a point at the end of each phase of the work to ask if I was happy with the job, did I have any questions, is anything else needed. His pricing was more than fair, and he did quality, professional work.This is a great company to do business with, and I couldnt be happier with their performance.

Have used Estrella Mountain Plumbing for three different jobs on two homes. Tommy takes pride in what he does, completing each job with thought and as if it were his own home. He is always on time (beat me to my home once and I felt terrible for making him wait because I know he cares greatly about getting to his next appointment on time). As for price, he is about as honest as they come. There is no hidden anything, and he communicates greatly. Never will use another plumbing company in Estrella while Tommy is out here doing his thing.

Such a wonderful company. I called in an absolute panic because my toilet supply line had broken and was leaking everywhere and I couldnt figure out how to shut off the water to the house. Calmed me down and walked me through shutting off the water at the main valve, then came less than an hour later to replace the line. Really great, friendly service. Highly recommend!

Tommy Barba is genuine, honest and efficient. His work ethic is superior and he wont stop until the work is professionally completed. Our repairs took the majority of his morning but he was extremely patient and explained each step of the process. We required both his plumbing skills in changing out the diverter valve and a leaking faucet - and his construction skills in re-attaching the vent pipe for our water heater - which was disconnected in the attic. I highly recommend this man of honesty, integrity and precision. An even bigger asset was that he is located right here in the community. Great to have you in the neighborhood, Tommy!!!!

Extremely honest plumber! I had something that I thought was broken, he came out, said it wasnt broken and that it just needed to get adjusted, then didnt charge me for it. While he was there, I had another plumbing issue I asked him to look at. He first tried to fix it with the original part, and then when he couldnt, he used the replacement part that I already had, and the labor was extremely cheap. He was nice, polite, and honest! Would recommend and WILL be using again!

I thought I had a leak in the shower, I didnt and he told me that after looking behind the wall with a camera. Just had a whole home reverse osmosis system put in to fix my well water problems. They came out and reviewed my water tests. Re-tested the water and then made some suggestions on what would solve my issues.I could have gone with a cheaper option but the guy who came out (Tommy)took his time and went thru the options with my wife and I so we would fully understand what we were buying.No pressure to buy just solutions to fix our issues. I had previously spoken to a number of water treatment companies and all of them did the same song and dance with their beakers and test strips showing us how bad our water was. Then the pressure sale came.Not the case with Estrella Mountain Plumbing.Honest, Affordable and did a great job.They have a customer for life in us.

We hired Tommy at Estrella Mountain Plumbing to fix our shower and to install a soft water system in our house. The shower incident was an emergency and Tommy was very responsive and arrived in record time to fix the problem.He was very courteous and professional at all times. The quality of work was excellent so we hired him to install a soft water system as well as to install a water loop. He arrived at the scheduled time to begin the work.
