Great company with a knowledgeable staff! Initially had them come out for pool/spa leak detection, but had no findings. The crew stayed and helped troubleshoot my irrigation completely free of cost and eliminated my $900 water bills. Then the invoice came in well under the quote even with the added troubleshooting. Tacked on a generous 10% discount for military as well without me asking. They don’t make companies like Leak Busters anymore!!! Thanks guys!!!

Leak detected near retainer intake basket. Hopefully only a smal pipe leak and not the basket-Both tecniticians knowledgeable and found the problem leak within one hour. Now to find a repair person to fix this leak.

Explained everything they did, and what needed to be done.Both were friendly and easy to talk to. Actual work was done a week later by two very nice men - friendly as were the first two who came. Darren was a breath of fresh air when it came to his honesty, and straight dealing. He had quoted me a price for doing a pressure leak test on our in ground spa to find a leak, but when he got there he was able to isolate the leak without the pressurization by using dye flow tests. Since he didnt need to do the pressurization, he only charged us half of what was originally quoted, and fixed the leak with some epoxy putty. He said it was a temporary fix that could last a couple weeks or several years, and then a more expensive concrete repair would be needed. It has held a year and a half so far with no further issues. So far so good, but I know we will be calling Darren again when we need a more permanent repair.

We had a leak in our spa and after months our pool builder couldnt find the leak and sent several plumbing and pool superintendents to our house and then when they couldnt find the leak they told us we were responsible for any repair. We hired Leak Busters that found the leak and also worked with our pool builder to advise what was needed to repair the leak. Leak Busters were very professional and very knowledgeable along with providing the best customer service. We highly recommend Leak Busters and refer them to any and all that have a leak from something simple to the most difficult. Thank you so much Leak Busters.

Before calling anyone do yourself a favor and call Darren at Leak Busters FIRST. Save yourself frustration, time, money and sanity.Had dealt with an ongoing pool leak over 4 months and more than 4 repair pool people later had reached out to Leak Busters. Darren nailed the trouble spot on the head and took action. After another pool repair technician failed to adequately correct the issue, Darren returned and finished their job the right way. The honesty and integrity of this business far exceeds any company. Darren took the time to thoroughly explain things easily that can often seem technically complicated. His honesty, professionalism, and work ethic speak volumes. Their business was also always a phone call away for any question or concerns I had. So grateful.

Thank you Leak Busters! I have had an ongoing problem with a leak since my pool was built in 2016. The pool builder tried to repair the leak in the past, but every year it came back. The pool builder (Platinum Pools) did not want to work with me on finding the leak nor did the want to assist in the repairs. Its not about the money, its the fact that they built my pool and the leak has been in the same spot since the day they filled it. LEAK BUSTERS CAME OUT TO SAVE THE DAY! I had Leak Busters search for a leak in my pool & spa in April, 2020. Darren arrived as scheduled. We agreed to check the pool only, and he promptly found a leak in a fill line at the opposite end of the pool from where I had observed wet ground. I would not be able to determine if that was the only leak, until I repaired it. After I made the repairs to the fill line in a week or two, I continued to observe water in the open trench at the original location where I had observed the wet ground.I contacted Leak Busters again and scheduled them to return and look for another pool leak. The pool checked out fine, but it was still possible that there might be a leak in the spa plumbing. I asked Darren to check the spa, for an extra charge. He checked it thoroughly by pressurizing the drain and fill lines, and he actually put on a swimsuit and mask to look underwater for any signs of leaks in the spa. He found a minor defect in the plaster surrounding one of the fill line fittings, but no further leaks.He noted that there were some mosquitos in the water found in the open trench which indicated the water was not chlorinated pool water in the trench. We concluded the trench water was coming from nearby plant irrigation. Case closed. I was very pleased with Leak Busters efficiency, promptness, and warranty to return for free, if an additional pool leak were found. Darren knows his business.

Ryan came out, explained what they were doing and was very quick. Explained what they found, and what timelines I needed to be aware of. The great thing is they put my mind at ease and KNEW that is why I called them. I had water level dropping in the pool and couldnt figure out why. They addressed my concern, and while I will have some expensive repairs in the future they were good about explaining how to mitigate the same from getting worse until I could get to all of it. That is the sign a company cares about not just the $$$, but developing a relationship. Would for sure call for additional repairs if needed.
