I had the pleasure of working with Consul Properties Service over the winter. They were able to lay down a concrete pad (for our shed) and capped off sprinklers in that area. They also worked on converting the other side of our backyard fence into a swinging gate so that we can now access everything on both sides. Lastly, they converted the area of the new gate into a pad to place our trash bins as they had been in the garage previously. Their pricing was more than fair and they were quick to turn around and get the projects completed. I would recommend them and will keep them handy for future projects!

Leandro and his crew did a superb job on our landscape project. He was fully engaged throughout the process from planning through implementation. We added landscape along the back fence and wall which totaled approximately 100 linear feet. During the planning stage we were able to modify some of the design and these changes were readily incorporated into the final layout. He connected us to a horticulturalist who helped us select native plants, number of plants, and distribution within the landscape. We also had him build a concrete pad and fencing to hide the garbage/recycling cans we keep in our backyard. That addition is fantastic. Based on our positive experience I would highly recommend Leandro.

We Used Consul Property Services for both a Backyard makeover and to build a fireplace wall and they were amazing to work with. They were communicative showed up when they said they would and did a fantastic job. I would use them again for any remodel in the future.

This is the second project that Consul Properties has done for me. The first one was repairing the kitchen cabinets under my kitchen sink. This time they rebuilt my shelves in my kitchen pantry. I was totally satisfied with their workmanship and professionalism. I highly recommend them to anybody needing a great handyman.
