Cool Kids returns phone calls quickly, arrives to appointments on time, is highly efficient and respectful of your property and your time. They are professional and knowledgeable. I always felt they were transparent and fair with their assessments and pricing. Now that I have repeatedly experienced their consistent high quality level of service, I’ll never consider using anyone else.

When my AC system wasnt cooling in the summer, I called Cool Kids and they were prompt and helpful, even handling all of the warranty issues. I was so satisfied that I signed up for their Preventative Maintenance program. Now that the weather has turned colder, my furnace is humming along just fine!

Love JJ and Darrin - we had some major issues with our AC system which took many visits and creative thinking regarding resolution. They are quick to respond, and good at what they do! Havent used plumbing service yet, but have been very happy with the company!

Absolutely excellent service from these guys. They came out next day to fix my AC. I have a very old AC unit that harkens back to when they made their own zone boards from scratch. They needed to retrofit a new zone board to work with my old ac unit. They were able to get it all dialed in to the point where the AC is humming along so well, it is making the vent under it rattle, this is a good problem to have. The house has never felt cooler. The bid they gave me was half of the cost I got quoted from another AC company who came to my house prior.I went through 3 AC companies who did shoddy jobs until I hit Cool Kids. I highly recommend giving them a call, you will not be let down.

We cannot recommend Cool Kids highly enough! From start to finish, their service was exceptional. The team was not only incredibly knowledgeable but also respectful and friendly. They arrived promptly and wasted no time in diagnosing and fixing the issue with our HVAC system. Our unit is as old as the house (2007) so it was past due for a replacement. What stood out was the honesty. They couldve just fixed the issue (cleaning the coils), but they were upfront that we would have issues again due to leaking. We made the best decision because we were given multiple options. Their financing options were quick, easy, and straightforward (no hidden fees or surprises) to complete, which only took a few minutes.Their efficiency was remarkable - they had the new system installed the same day, literally a few hours after the initial visit to diagnose the issue, and the quality of their work was top-notch. They were also very personable, as if we were old friends. Its rare to find a company that combines technical expertise with such genuine customer care. We wont hesitate to call them again for any future HVAC needs. If youre looking for a reliable, friendly, and professional HVAC service, you wont top Cool Kids, yall.

I came home Friday afternoon after a week on the road to find my AC wasn’t working. Most of the big names in the area told me the earliest they could come was Monday morning. JJ was in the middle of a job but still picked up the phone, and came over as soon as he was finished. He walked me through what he was doing, and why… the whole process. He presented me with options but didn’t try to upsell me unnecessary stuff, and provided documentation of everything he did with before and after photos of the testing equipment readings. Definitely recommend the Cool Kids team, and happy to support a local business!
