    Our needs were unique and a lot to ask for, but Sagamore listened to us and delivered a beautiful backyard fence that is extremely sturdy and secure enough to contain big rambunctious dogs with advanced degrees in escape artistry. They accommodated our unusual requests such as having a double-sided gate and fence so the dogs cannot push and pop out the planks so easily as it ages, adding rot board along the bottom to strengthen and reinforce which also closed the gap between the fence and the ground helping to discourage dog digging, and even adding reinforcement bolts to the corners to be able to withstand big heavy dogs jumping and crashing into it for funsies. I am blown away as to how quickly and respectful the process went... from receiving a free estimate, to getting on the books for the build and completing the project timely, and making sure we had appropriate consents from our neighbors to make sure they and we were all happy and informed. Sagamore certainly went above and beyond to create our safe backyard haven/fortress exactly as we had hoped it would be. Pics are attached including the dog-proofing fence and gate, along with the happy clients - Courage (from Wilco shelter) Wednesday (from Wilco shelter), and Odo (free craigslist rescue).

    We are so grateful for Sagamore! We had an emergency situation with our home insurance & needed to install a fence around our pool (we only had 3 weeks to do so…). Sagamore pulled through for us! From point of contact to install date was around 10 days. We are so impressed! Loren, our sales rep, was amazing. He took extra care of us & we are blown away at how efficient & fast he was at making sure our quote was right where we needed it to be for our budget. The crew that installed took one day! They didn’t stop working all day & made sure we were happy with the install. We are in Georgetown so the rock is terrible to get through-but they made it happen! All around 10 stars for us!     We called several companies to give us quotes and Lauren with Sagamore gave us the best quote so we went with this company. The crew that came to work on our fence did an amazing and professional job, they cleaned up everything and the work was so incredible that our neighbor used them as well.     What a really fantastic experience with the Sagamore team! Our business urgently needed a gate and fencing due to thefts that were reported in the area. We were worried the uneven land would be difficult, but they were total pros and somehow made everything look perfect and professional.     I had Sagamore Fence and Deck build a deck around our above pool this summer. Tony and the craftsman who built the deck were all great to work with. We got multiple bids and were most comfortable with Tony and his responsiveness and attention to detail through the design process. He even made a few suggestions and recommendations about the overall project I hadnt thought of, that when completed really made the deck and space around our pool, more functional, enjoyable and beautiful. When you make the decision to build a deck or fence, you want to know its being built with quality and will last, that you are getting a fair price, and that the people you are doing business with are honest and trust worthy. I highly recommend Sagamore for your deck and fencing needs, and I will definitely be contacting them again in the future for additional work.

    We hired Sagamore to build a custom deck around the back half of our stock tank pool. We obtained three quotes. Sagamore was the best in terms of understanding what we wanted and best in making recommendations. They also were the best priced of the three! The workers were great and the project manager made sure we were fully satisfied before pronouncing the job complete. Would definitely recommend them and absolutely would work with them again!

    Alfonso was awesome to work with. I had originally thought I was going to work with a local guy in the area who was recommended by the builder. Turned out he had terrible reviews and was known to take your money and never to the work. Alfonso basically walked me thru the process saying a reputable company no matter what size never asks for money in advance. That means they aren’t successful. So I went with Alfonso. He did all the legwork with the HOA and had his team put the fence up in 2 days. Great job and my dog loves his new freedom in the yard!

    Fantastic company to work with I would recommend you call them. They were great about giving me a timely quote, and gave me food for thought about my project. I ultimately went with a cheaper option, but the bid from Sagamore was very competitive. I ultimately wanted to go with Sagamore, and if our budget was a bit more, I definitely would have. They seem like a great company to work with, and in the future I will definitely give them an opportunity to come bid on my projects.

    Excellent team of work. Professional, fast, with great communication and customer skills… excellent work performed in the installation of my fence (in a very challenging weird shaped vacant lot) The team was very knowledgeable on material, and methods to install the fence; and also had great disposition to help me engage with the HOA board in order to have the work approved. On top of that they help me by acquiring the permits with the city and county. They answer all my questions and were able to fit all my request. Is been a great experience working with all of them. I totally recommend them as a company

    Tony and team are the best! They showed up on time, the entire crew was smiling (my kids noticed that), they cleaned up after themselves and produced a gorgeous fence. Tony even followed up because they *thought* they made an error, but they did not. Old fashioned customer service at its finest!     Sagamore Fence did a great job installing a privacy fence at my home. Alfonso was my estimator for the job. We contacted them on a Tuesday asking for a quote. Alfonso came by Wednesday morning to do an initial walk down of the property, and then came back late Wednesday afternoon once I was home from work. He was extremely responsive and communicative throughout the process. After doing a walk down at ~7p on Wednesday, Alfonso worked up the quote and got it to us early Thursday morning. After getting a few more quotes in, we decided to go with them on Saturday. They started the following Monday demoing the existing chain link and finished with the 6ft, horizontal plank privacy fence Wednesday afternoon. Essentially a week from starting the quoting process to having 270ft of fence stood up is pretty good! Although they don’t offer tree removal, we had a few trees along the fence line that needed to be removed to put in the new fence. Alfonso was able to help me find a tree remover and coordinated with them to knock out the work. Not only did Sagamore have a competitive price, they delivered on a very tight timeline. Alfonso was extremely communicative and helpful not only in the quoting but throughout the entire build. He helped troubleshoot issues we ran into, would meet with me in the late afternoon multiple times once I got home from work to check in/make sure I was happy with the work, and would promptly call or text me if they ran into anything. I would highly suggest using Sagamore for your fence needs! I was so impressed, I may even use them to put in a deck in the future.

    First of all, this review is way overdue but had to get this out there. So for 24 yrs we have resisted putting up a fence in our backyard. After doing research and getting quotes, we settled on Sagamore Fence & Deck, and we dont regret it one bit. From the beginning, to the end, it was a cumbersome process but not because of Sagamore. It was the city of Gtown that was the issue for really no good reason. Through all of the hardships, Sagamore was patient, understanding, and more than willing to work our job through the process with the city. They stuck to their original quote plus some of the upgrades we did once construction started. They are very fairly priced and do very good work. Throughout the process, Tony and Bella were just wonderful to work with on all aspects. The best compliment came from neighbors who said the fence looked like it had been there all along. Their subcontractors were very good and willing to work with you on small changes to make the customer happy. We are very pleased with our new fence! I know people read reviews on here and they say look no further, this is the best company. Well, Im here to tell you that it is very true in this case. If you want a fence or deck, please call Tony and his crew and they will take care of you and your project needs with great satisfaction.

    I have been a Realtor in Austin for over 20 years and I have worked with so many tradespeople during that time so when it comes to completing projects at my own home I am cautious and I do a lot of research. I had heard great things about Sagamore and my experience with them has exceeded all expectations. They built a beautiful front yard fence for me with two gates in 2 days. 2 days people.Welding so much welding happened---setting steel posts---they are a well oiled machine! They communicated with me consistently through the entire design and build process and were so kind and patient with me as I was pretty disorganized during the build (had some unplanned family stuff going on that required a lot of my attention during the build) They hauled off the old front yard fence and in the words of my 9 yr. old son Mom. This fence is beautiful. I agree. I will be referring them to all of my clients in the future and use them for any future projects at my own home.     Our PM Arthur and his crew were absolute professionals. Any time I called or texted with questions, his response was immediate and informative. They were extremely efficient and tore down our old fence, built a perfect cap and trim cedar fence in one afternoon and one morning, and built a flawless gate as well. I can barely find a spot in the fence that a playing card would slide through. Call Sagamore and save yourself the headache.

    After meeting with 5 different vendors, we went with Sagamore. Their pricing was right in our range, they had excellent reviews, and offered financing for our fence and deck.Our fence and deck needed replacement BAD. They came in and updated everything. We were originally going to just go with wood posts, but they had a surplus of black metal posts and offered that to us at a major discount, which was super nice! And all along the way, if there were any sticking points or questions that came up, Tony kept us in the loop and was super communicative, timely, and thoughtful.Would absolutely hire them again!

He also help with some needed documentation for our HOA.Tony stayed in contact with me after we set a start date just to keep me in the loop with the requested building materials and their status.The workers showed up on the scheduled start date and did an excellent job on the deck, rails, privacy wall and new yard side gate.     I had the best experience using Sagamore Fence & Deck. Alfonso was a huge help; he was very communicative, helpful, responsive, and really went to bat for me with HOA. He came out to take measurements and within an hour or two, was able to provide a quote. We went over several different options together over the phone and provided me with exactly what I was looking for! We ran into some issues with HOA approval, but he handled all correspondence with them. As a result, I have a beautiful new privacy fence. Their crew was fast, efficient, and would have finished the product in a day had we not run into issues with my neighbor. They hauled off the old fence and left my yard in good condition.     Tony Perez and his team are fantastic. Excellent work,on time fair priced and professional. I had a metal fence and gate installed it was mostly built on site and exceeded my expectations. They also installed 130 feet of cedar fencing and living in Serenada the post holes had to be Jack hammered due to all the rock. I had a few issues with the initial product, but all in all, we ended with a beautiful fence that I can be proud of.
