Tony sent a very qualified technician, Josh, out to my house to repair my faucet in the shower. Josh was very nice and knowledgeable. Im a single mother and wanted to watch what he was doing and he told me that he didnt mind me watching him at all. Even with having to go and exchange the valves that he had brought with a different type, he was in and out of my house in what seemed like minutes but was probably less than 45 minutes with both visits. I would definitely use Tony Smith Plumbing again.

T.Smith plumbing came out and did an installation of a new sink and faucet in my home. The old sink I had taken out and found that things would not line up with the new one. Not being a plumber I called them and they worked diligently on getting the new sink, reconnecting the dishwasher, garbage disposal all into working order. They were timely, professional, and did a great job. They were also very cost efficient compared to some others I spoke with. I would highly recommend them and will use them again if needed.

Called T Smith Plumbing at the last minute after another contractor backed out to fix leaks in the bathroom and the kitchen. The owner was professional and more than accommodating. He diagnosed and fixed the problem all in a few hours. I will definitely call T Smith for my future plumbing needs.

I had a serious issue at my rental house. The water heater had been knocked over, its stand was damaged, and carbon monoxide was getting into the house. I had gotten a quote from another plumber, that I thought was ridiculous. I googled plumbers in Gastonia, NC., then called TS plumbing and contractors. It was the start of the memorial day weekend, but Tony went out that day told and me that he had stopped the carbon monoxide from getting into the house and gave me a quote that sounded very reasonable. He also said he would apply the cost of the service call to the cost of the repair. He ordered parts and completed the repair within a couple of days. He was professional, prompt, friendly. I would recommend his services to anyone I encounter who needs the services he offers.
