Woke up to a busted shower. Long story short I called Rotor Rooter and scheduled an appointment. They called me back to say that they could send someone earlier than my selected time, which of course worked for me because who can afford money literally going down the drain. Not an hour later Ruan arrived. He quickly assessed the problem and laid out my options. He was very pleasant, knowledgeable and fast. My shower is now fixed and I’m happy with both the price paid and the professional service received. I would definitely recommend Ruan and will ask for him again, if a situation arises. FMcNeill

Ruan from Roto-Rooter showed up at 6:30 on a Wednesday night and stayed for 2 and a half hours to make sure our main sewer drain line was cleared. He explained the entire process and took his time to walk me through my options. The very next day, first thing in the morning Lee was at the house to drop a camera in the line and mark exactly where the roots were so we could get them fixed. I was hesitant to use Roto-Rooter because they are a large national brand and I worry about being taken advantage of but I was wrong. We had our line snaked one time before and the smaller/local company only went to the first section where roots were and stopped there telling me the problem was fixed…unfortunately the problem was much worse farther down the line but we never knew until everything backed up again. The smaller company charged me more than twice what Roto-Rooter did and they only did 1/2 the work! Roto-Rooter then worked with the city to get them out to show them the bigger issue was actually part of the city line so they are fixing that for free! So…they did a more thorough job, for less money and helped me get the city to fix the major issue at no cost to me. I’d recommend Roto-Rooter to anyone who is having plumbing issues…fair, honest and fast…top notch!

I would rate the team from your company who came to our rescue: 4 Stars, A+, 10 out of 10.Was at my wits end as to how to correct my getting worser by the day sewage system problems. Called RotoRooter and got friendly and fast service.Technician, Ruan Hill inspected and cleaned our sewage system completely. the most egregious problem was a root mass located at a joint where the pipe entered the house. At each step he informed us of his findings and how he was going to correct the situation. He went above and beyond to make sure the problems were corrected and his work area clean before he left.Field Supervisor, Lee Cook followed up with his drain camera the next day to inspect the drainage to the city sewer line. He gave some important tips on maintenance, showed me where an outside clean out was located, and fully answered all of our questions.I would not hesitate to call RotoRooter again for my plumbing needs and highly recommend their services to others.Thank you RotoRooter.

The plumber that came out to help with named STAN. I couldn’t be more pleased with him. He not only fix a problem efficiently and quickly he was very friendly and extremely informative telling me which toilet paper brand to use, how to flush so are weak toilets etc. so it won’t keep clogging. He was very very helpful. (The only negative thing I have to say is NOT about STAN but about the cost. Almost $300 to unplug a toilet is outrageous. Totally not his fault but I probably won’t be using Roto-Rooter again if I can help it.)

Plumber technician was very professional. Excellent work!! Paid him $476.59. He replaced a $25.00 part. The top heating element was burned out. The bottom wasnt wired up& caused top to overheat on a brand new water heater I purchased at Lowes!! Company wouldnt pay but $125.00 on their 6 year warranty because I call roto.rooter. they recommend a guy who couldnt come because he said it was too far to drive. So I called you guys. The company sold me a defective water heater and made me pay for most of the repairs.🤕😓

Charles came out very quick and did a great job fixing the broken PRV. My only concern is he put the new PRV upstream from the main shutoff valve. If the PRV ever fails again, the water will need to be turned off at the road. The original was downstream like it should be.

I am writing to express my satisfaction with the professionals at Roto-Rooter, specifically Lee (#1716), Christian (#9318), Phinius (#7943) and Dennis (#4908). Ive never met a group of individuals that were prompt, courteous, responsive, knowledgeable and diligent. All four deserve raises and promotions for their exemplary service. To explain, there was a crack in the second floor toilet. This caused water to leak all over the floor, through the ceiling and onto the first floor bathroom down below. We called Roto-Rooter right away, and Dennis came shortly after. He diligently and thoroughly inspected the plumbing and situation. I could tell right away that he was very knowledgeable. Then came Lee from the Water Restoration team. He was also very knowledgeable and served as my liaison throughout the entire process from the beginning to end. Each time I had an issue or a question, he gave speedy responses. He explained the entire home insurance process to me, and helped me contact them. There was one point after the installation, where a hose got disconnected, and he showed up within in 30 minutes of contacting him to help fix it. Then there is Christian and Phinius. They were very crucial to the process as they fixed the water damage, and monitored the progress in my home till the end. Both were excellent communicators too, and they were on time. Phinius worked on the second floor bathroom, and made sure to be very courteous by keeping my family in mind. I have a toddler and two dogs, and he made sure that there were no loose nails, tacks, or staples in the carpet or near by in the hallway. Christian did the same when he worked on the first floor bathroom too. When he installed everything, all of the equipment was neatly organized even though he was working with a tighter space. WOW! Excellent services!! So blessed and thankful we contacted Roto-Rooter when our upstairs washing machine drain backed up and flooded the utility room pouring water down out of our kitchen ceiling. It happened Sunday at 10am, I called and by 1pm Justin was at the house, shortly followed by Tim and another worker (sorry cant remember his name) to assess the damage. The plumber (through Roto-Rooter) came, fixed the drain and by 5pm, Tim and his guy started the drying process by installing fans and dehumidifiers. They worked into the late evening hours, removing the carpet, baseboards, dry wall and parts of the ceiling. They removed all of the damaged material from the house and did a fantastic job. They closed off the kitchen and affected areas upstairs. They put down paper and plastic on the hardwood floors and stairs so they wouldnt get ruined. They were very clean and thorough. By 9pm they were all done and came by daily to check the moisture levels. They submitted the paper work directly to the home owners insurance and made this whole awful experience so much better!
