They were very accessible and accommodating through the entire process. Billy and the field crew were professional and knowledgeable explaining everything that was going on and answered all of my questions. We had an emergency situation that was causing a lot of issues and Next Level Pipe Lining did everything they could every step of the way to keep the process moving. After doing a bit of research I believed pipe lining could be a viable way to fix our pipe issue (a lip had formed at the connection from our line to the citys). Next Level was, timely, professional and provided an accurate quote. They took the time to explain the process thoroughly and made sure the job was done right (completed 2/22). Additionally, we had just had our front yard landscaped and the pipe lining process was minimally intrusive, i.e., you cant tell a major pipe repair had occurred. And one last thing, not only do we think that pipe lining was our best bet, it happened to also be thousands of dollars less than a traditional repair.
