My kitchen sink was getting backed up and filling with sewage water for multiple days due to a blockage somewhere between the pipes of my upstairs neighbor and my own. Ted came out to look at the sink and figure out how to stop the blockage and health hazard to my home and was very kind and helpful in explaining how it happens and how he would fix it. Dwell Townhomes helped the process with Richard expediting it so this emergency could be solved as fast as possible. Ted was super helpful and awesome in getting the problem fixed fast and making sure it stay fixed. Thank you Ted and Superior Plumbing!!!I have posted pictures showing how my sink looked before and how it looked after Ted was finished fixing it. I could not be happier with the results!

My experience with this company has been absolute amazing! Brittany was a breath of fresh air, and worked to get me scheduled in. I’ve had plumbing issues for quite some time and have hired and paid other companies to correct the problems that the Technician, Que identified on his 1st visit out!! He was the first one to inspect the craw space under my house, and there lie the major issues that were causing the problems!! On day one, his first visit out he replaced my kitchen faucet, and my bathroom commode. He texted back the estimates for the other work that needed to be done later that night, and Brittany scheduled it for the next business day. Que arrived promptly and worked hard as long as it took to complete everything he had on his list!! I can not say enough about this young man’s skill level and his work ethic! Him and his crew were young and hard working, respectful of my property, polite, and well mannered. I felt comfortable with them at my home. I am a very satisfied customer, and would recommend the company, and Que to anyone else in need of a plumber. To bad only 5 stars are allowed to give!😊

Travis Deacon was assigned to replace my water heater through Home Depot. He was professional and offered his expertise on multiple options and truly wanted what was best for us in our current situation. He was not pushy or attempting to upsell us in any way. After the quote he schedule the replacement the next day as we had a slow leak that needed to be dealt with sooner rather than later. He brought a couple things up to code as well. Enjoying hot water, worry free thanks to Travis.

I had a water spot on my living room ceiling and I called several plumbing companies to look at the issue. I decided on Superior Plumbing. Zach Herms was my technician. He was prompt, very thorough and knowledgeable about the issue. Once Zach completed his inspection he explained in detail what the issue was and the next steps. He did an outstanding job completing the work and before leaving he cleaned up everything. Zach then outlined the next steps and asked if I needed anything else looked at. Zach was outstanding and Superior Plumbing has just gained a life time customer.

Joshua the installer was truly 5 star. Having to pay over $1600 for install when I supplied the water heater and lugged it upstairs myself was exorbitant. The scheduler not listening/honestly answering my questions is what prevents a 5 star rating. Next time I will install myself or allow my friends to help me rather than be concerned about warranty and insurance. $800 opposed to $2500 total is huge. Joshua, however, was awesome! Great meeting a fellow brother in Christ!

Shout out to our technicians, Jonathan and Tristan, for an outstanding job at our place! They rerouted our plumbing in a tight crawl space, accomplished hooking us up to the new sewer line and decommissioned our old septic. The guys were professional and kept us in the loop with everything going on during a big three day job. They stayed late to finish and while the yard was a mess, by the time the job was complete, it was returned to working order with some extra straw to go around.Thanks again for taking care of everything! The county water department came to see why we had such a high water usage. They said there appeared to be a leak on the residential side. I called and got an appointment for the next day. Within minutes the problem was identified. The tech provided a quote on the spot and said it would be repaired same day. He was a man of his word and the work was completed with professionalism and quality. My 2 water heaters were removed and new ones installed same day.

Initially we weren’t getting what we needed but once I spoke to Tim (the owner) he made sure we were going to be taken of. He sent Vinny and Zach to come replace the main sewer lines outside and change out the backflow. It was a big job and did not completely solve the issue. We just bought our house and started having all of these sewer/plumbing problems as soon as we moved in. We discovered after excavating that the main sewer line broke and dropped so luckily we decided to replace the cast iron to PVC anyway. Vinny and Zach did everything they could to unclog it from the inside including running the camera, unclogging it from a toilet and opened up pipes downstairs to run the snake. We still had issues with the kitchen sink not draining. Vinny and Zach also ran a snake through the kitchen sink and replaced a part to make sure it wouldn’t leak and that we could use the kitchen. We really appreciate these guys today. They spent over 9 hours here at our house today and did not want to leave us with any clogs or major issues. These guys stayed late and worked until almost 8 P.M. on a Friday night. We are very grateful and can finally do some laundry and dishes since our sewer is fixed now. Thank you Vinny and Zach for taking the time today to answer all of our questions, explain everything and for providing great service.

Since the water heater was in my attic and Im home alone I didnt want to mess with it myself especially since the price was right and I wanted to be sure my water heater was in proper working order. Chris was a great service tech and his service was far more than I could have asked for. I recently had Home Depot set-up installing laminate floor in 2 bathrooms in my house. A part of the process required having to toilets removed so the flooring technicians could install the floor. Home Depot scheduled Superior Plumbing and Drains to remove and reinstall the toilets for the job. Josh from this company was able to quickly remove and reinstall both toilets. I was also impressed with how diligent this company was with confirming the appointments and their technician tracking system that let you know when the technician was on the way. I was really impressed with how smooth this process was with this company.

A coworker recommended Superior highly, so I made an appointment and hoped the bill wouldnt sink my budget.John arrived, inspected everything and walked me through the work needed and the cost for each part. He gave me great advice on choosing new toilets and which manufacturers had the most dependable basic models. Saved me money!!I felt confident leaving him a key to get in the next day to complete the work while I stayed at the office. As a single older woman, it takes a lot for a tradesman to earn this kind of trust from me. He called on arrival, texted progress updates and was careful to keep my cats from getting out.I had asked him to estimate based on a worst case scenario, being new to this property and not knowing what hed find behind the current pipes. Things went well and the price went down. WHO ACTUALLY LOWERS THEIR PRICE WHEN THE JOB IS EASIER THAN EXPECTED?? Yall do not waste time on another plumbing company, I’m serious!! We own a home that’s 120 years old in downtown Statesville. I called almost a dozen plumbers to have them come out and replace our main line that runs from our crawl space all the way to the city line. It was old as hell (120 years old) and had been giving us issues. Every other company that came out charged us a ton to check it, then said they could only replace the half that was in the yard and not the part under the house, which is pointless to have a half new and half 120 year old pipe RIGHT?? I don’t know about you but I don’t have the time or funds to keep doing do overs like this. After I’d lost all hope, I see Superior Plumbing and take a shot. They come out same day first off… who even does that anymore?? Then Jason J. shows up. Heaven sent y’all! They charge me 2k less than any other place, right? …. And JASON FINDS A WAY TO REPLACE THE ENTIRE PIPE IN 2 DAYS!!!!! How is this possible?? My main pipe was like 12 ft down, not the average 4ft and they still got it done and didn’t even touch my sidewalk fence or trees. 🤯They’re an awesome company and he went ABOVE AND BEYOND!! You can’t find that anymore anywhere. He replaced the entire line, capped off old line, left the yard and all his work looking like he hadn’t even been here and I have no worries about my line anymore. That is PRICELESS!!! I called the big names and the little names and I will never call another plumbing company again because Jason and his team has won us over with his honesty, integrity and ability to think outside the box and be strategic. Definitely wasnt in my plans to need a plumber but when I found out I needed one for a potentially bad problem, I started calling many places. No one could come same day (many places could not come for several days). I decided to call Superior and Tori answered the phone and she was just incredible to work with. She had me send photos of the problem and within a few minutes, I was told a technician would be out that same day! Holden was our technician. He was awesome, very kind, very knowledgeable. He calmed my fears about the issue and told us exactly what needed to be done. He came back the very next day with the supplies and fixed our problem quickly and thoroughly. The technician reported that I needed new supply lines under the sink because they were leaking while he was there to disconnect a toilet for a flooring job. When I got back to the house, the replacement lines were actively dripping. I had to tighten the fittings on the new lines myself to stop the leaks. After I reported this to the company, they made it right by admitting their mistake, apologizing, and also refunding my money. Things happen but I was impressed that they reached out to make sure I was completely satisfied and took action.

Superior did a great job with a complicated smart toilet install. The booking started with Brittany in the office. I needed a 2 step appointment, she made sure that I was scheduled quickly and was updated when the guys were on the way. For my first appointment my technician was Waide. Waide quickly identified what would be necessary to complete the task and explained it to me simply, insisted on wearing disposable covers on his shoes that were put on and removed during each entry and exit, he worked efficiently and left his workspace clean. He was very kind and professional and quickly determined it would be a simple auger job and got it unclogged within 30-45 mins. I was referred by my excellent roofer, Mario at Roof Sentinels. Michael from Superior plumbing was amazing. He was nice, professional and he kept me in the loop on every single thing. He took the time to explain everything to me. He was very kind. The cost was also reasonable. He even had a referral for me for restoration and that person was great too. Thank goodness I didnt need it. He also stated he would provide a referral to fix the drywall and paint. This type of customer service and empathy is of utmost value and I sincerely appreciate it. Amy, the receptionist called me after the fact to check that everything was good and I appreciated that too. Thank you guys so much, this is the type of service and costs that has a customer coming back and will refer others.

Austin Herns came out and did a great jobHe was very nice and explained what he was doing.Austin saved me I think thousands of dollar based off other quotes I got to replaced my water heater, he replaced only what was needed in my case a valve.No attempt to get me to do repairs not need at this time but he did point out what should be replaced when i need to get a new unit.When a customer call a service provider it is a little stressful becuase in most cases the customer do not have the knowledge to understand when we are being taken advantage of and we have no idea what pricewe will be given.
