Update! I had an issue with my A/C. I received a call back about 5 minutes after I left a message and they came out first thing the following morning! Jarib fixed the issue, even though the part was not under warranty, they gave me a heck of a deal - and he finished the repair quickly! The team always respects my home and are professional, polite, and super reasonable in price! 100% would recommend!Original - Excellent service. Super nice staff. Responds quickly to questions and concerns.

Rich and his team are an absolute pleasure to work with! We have used Rich in previous years for maintenance of our HVAC system and water heater, but this year when our HVAC unit finally went out for good, Rich was right there at 8:00 at night to help! They ended up putting an entirely new Goodman system in our home, and were even able to help with financing for it! They were all friendly, respectful, and hard-working men that got the job done in a timely and efficient manner! The cherry on top was they even trimmed back some rose bushes for us that we had around the old unit to give our new unit plenty of space. We will ALWAYS stick with Pinnacle, they really are the BEST!

Rich and his guys are always professional. They show up and do the job and never try to sell anything you dont need. They have handled residential for me as well as commercial jobs. HVAC, plumbing, electrical and other odds and ends. Would definitely recommend as your next call when issues arise.

We had family staying with us for Thanksgiving and the heat went out two days before they were expected to arrive. We called Pinnacle Home comfort and Rich came out the same day. After diagnosing the issue, he took the time to explain what was going on and provided multiple solutions with different prices. Given the holiday and supply shortages, I was expecting a delay in material and installation, but Rich got on the phone and found a hvac unit that same afternoon. The team arrived the next morning and did a fantastic job with the install. It was 24 hours from the initial consultation to the completed install. Efficient. Quality work. Great customer service. I absolutely recommend Pinnacle Home Comfort for any HVAC needs.

I recently had my AC serviced by Pinnacle Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, and Electrical and wanted to leave my honest review. I called and spoke with Rich on Thursday about my AC not working anymore and he had Jarib come out to my house in Concord on Saturday morning, 4th of July weekend, to have it repaired. The communication and explanation of my equipment failure and possible solutions from Rich were outstanding. Rich was able to walk me through the different options and help me choose the best solution for our problem. Jarib came to the house Saturday morning and was extremely polite the whole time he was here. He worked efficiently and got done in a timely manner. Afterwords, he was able to explain and show me the things he had done and why the needed to be done. He also gave me recommendations for a future replacement of my system when the time comes as my system is 20+ years old. After the repairs, my house was back to being cool and comfortable! I would not recommend anyone else over Pinnacle after this experience. Thank you!

I first called Pinnacle to install a washer dryer hook up but also needed new plumbing. The team was fantastic! Everyone was friendly, courteous and professional. Prices are very fair and affordable! I came home to no heat after work. After checking the obvious I decided to call Pinnacle Home Comfort. The owner answered and when I told him my situation he said “Let me grab a truck and I’ll be right there.” He shows up less than 30 minutes after we hung up and greets us and asks where the unit is. We show him and he trouble shot the system and pinpointed the problem. He got us back up and running and we were very pleased with the service we received. How many companies can you call and the owner walk out on a hot supper to come help you. Pinnacle Home Comfort is one of those companies. Professional, fast response, good price point for the work. Quality work for sure. Don’t hesitate to call them. It will not be a mistake.

Great service. I totally recommend. My mothers AC has been out for about a month,and a lot of other companies kept telling her that she need to replace the whole system,and wouldnt return our emails and calls. So we reached out to rich and his team and in two days he had a technician out that worked in to the late evening to get the job done, they fixed more problems at a cheaper price. Just outstanding. Rich was awesome. He fixed the knocking sound on our outside unit, checked everything, and was great with my daughter who was his shadow. Highly recommend.Update: we signed up for their yearly plan, and when Brandon checked our furnace he found one small issue. He was able to replace and install the new piece within 30 minutes because he already had the material on the truck.Super impressed with this company.

My husband discovered a water leak early in the morning while getting ready for work. We had used Pinnacle Home Comfort Solutions once before for an A/C repair and was satisfied with that experience so we called them to repair the leaking water pipe. They were quick to arrive and were very courteous and professional. They finished the job quickly at a decent price. Eathan even took pictures of the finished product and explained exactly what they did.

Pinnacle Home Comfort is a class act. Rich and his folks have been to our home on several occasions to assist with a variety of needs. Several years back they installed a dual mini-split and did some plumbing repairs along with some AC repairs. Most recently PHC was scheduled to come out and install a valve to prevent back flow should there ever be a situation where the city sewer would be flowing into our home instead of out (which would be very very bad). I have to admit I was a little bummed when we didn’t see Rich pull up as I am a very picky client/homeowner. But that quickly changed when Brandon got out of the truck. We found Brandon to be knowledgeable, professional, considerate of our home; and when we was finished he left no trace that we was even there. Additionally, he was able identify a few small leaks that were inexpensive to repair that could have caused a catastrophe in our basement if left unchecked. We appreciated Brandon’s expertise and his kindness. So if you’re reading these reviews to try and decide if you are going to use these services, we couldn’t recommended the folks at Pinnacle Home Comfort enough. (Thank you so much, Brandon!)

My AC unit went out Sunday afternoon in the middle of celebrating my granddaughters first Birthday party. That was so embarrassing. But anyway, I put a search on “What’s Up Kings Mountain “ about my AC unit being down n got a lot of responses. One of them was Rich saying check our website n check out reviews, so I did. I liked what I read so I called and right away they came out the same day n told me it was low on Freon that’s why it was freezing on the inside coils. They proceeded to fill it up and afterwards it started to cooling and I was so happy. Then later the evening it started freezing again. Now mind you our AC unit is very very old and also obsolete ( not in production). Old n dated things do break. So I called Rich again he sent Tristan to check it out and half the Freon has leaked out. They were nice enough to refund half of my money back, but instead of getting my money back we just decided to put a new AC unit in and be done with it. Rich and his crew brought new unit installed it made sure it was working properly and even cleaned up after themselves. We are very very very happy with the professionalism, respectful, friendly and efficiency of this company. Rich Hayer , his wife and his crew most definitely got our business for life and I will highly, very highly recommend his Business to everyone we know. Thank you all for the awesome job you did..
